We had very high and genuine expectation for my son's study (std-4) with Byju's. First shock came when they mentioned online class is not in my package when the marketing team told online class and app based learning is given for 4 years. I fought for 2 months and finally they agreed for 1 year online class. The class schedule was discussed but they assigned as per their choice keeping back to back classes. The teacher never tried to have personal relationship with students who are kids of 9 year old. Even my request for a dedicated mentor never entertained. My son got mentally disconnected with the program and we had to abandon Byju's. Not at all happy with our experience and our Rs70000 went in vain.
