The App is very good for keeping track of calorie count of meals and nutrients. The new feature of taking photo of the food is finally included, which I had been suggesting for long. So no need to manually enter each food item, just take photo and it adds to your meal. The fitness coach is very very good but cannot say tge same thing with suggested diets. Best to use your own commonsense and also control the intake, which does the job equally well.
The plans are priced a bit high but can manage as it doesnt burn hole in the pocket.
