I have booked for Kaziranga trip well 2 Months in advance through Make-my Trip Holiday Packages. Well on arrival I found the Hotel included in the package was third class and even itinerary was also not properly designed.
We reached Kaziranga in the middle of the night on reaching we found the Hotel was not good enough so we didn't check-in the hotel & moved to a different hotel.
The itinerary was designed in such a way that the point of stay was way too far from the sightseeing points, that led to a tiring experience & lot of time spend in travelling to & fro.
On trying to raise the issue with customer-care not only did they put us on hold but lately on contacting customer care, I was told that my ticket has been resolved that too without even listening to my side of the story. It's pitiful how taken for granted they consider their customers.
