"I Dream of a Genie" :D

Am moving around in a lush green place with my cousin Ridhi… it’s a wonderful weather… cool breeze and serene surroundings… the deer running nearby and then Ridhi clicking their photographs…her favorite job… everything is so smooth… Suddenly there is a high tide in the sea and we start running for our lives… and we end up in a dungeon where the song “In the End by LP” is being playing since long….

Wasn’t this sounding weird??? I realized it after few minutes that it was my Alarm snoozing to the song… And Lo!!! It was a DREAM… I woke up giggling…

Recently, I have been having all kind of uncanny dreams… some make up a story, some are just vague thoughts with no connection whatsoever… funny, scary, witty and intense… all the moods… technically correct or just something stupid…they are now a days an integral part of my sleep physiology…

Had been thinking about a theme for the whole day for a party and ended up watching a dream showing the new “Dum Maaro Dum” title track with the promo just in place of the movie characters, I saw all my best buddies introduced with certain emotion… strangely I gave all my friends the role that suited them… Amazingly, I hadn’t seen the promo on the last day at all… in fact I din’t watch TV that day… why did that strike my dream??? Only my brain knows or may be Abhishek Bachchan knows :P :P

Sometimes I see a dream which is so mystifying that even reality seems like a myth… If m not yet done with the dream and it’s time to be up, I make it a point to get that extra sleep just to complete it… and wake up happy… If I see a nightmare… I wake up with palpitations and console myself to sleep back…

Unfortunate are those who don’t dream and have bland sleeping… they are missing some real fun… Weird are those who get these dreams… reveals the heights of the imagination that our brains can achieve…

William Dement quoted once, “Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane everyday of the week.”

And so do I say… Get the brains to work in sleep too… You never know what bizarre feeling you may wake up the next morning with…
