In one of the recent training I attended, the facility had high accomplishments, on work as well as professional education. The thought that caught the attention was, during introduction to the team, the faculty stressed upon being Single Mother. Why does being successful, climbed the ladder of corporate, I couldn't get why they stress upon a single mother is it a Trump card to get sympathy or an decorated designation..
There are few single mother, because of tragedy. Some choose this because of misunderstanding leading to ego battle.
