Electric Chimney - Faber/Elcia/Glen - Delhi/NOIDA

Hi,

I am planning to purchase an electric chimney for my kitchen and have read many reviews and comments on different products and am scratching my head to zero down on a single product. Seeing the different reviews I got to know 2 things the first one is "BAFLE Filters' which are good as compared to Mesh Filters. Second, as per my requirement I need a suction power of 1000.

Now I need the help from active members who are using different products to suggest a good chimney considering the following factors:

  1. Functionality - how good is the functionality of the product, does it meet its purpose etc.

  2. Usability - How easy it is to use the product?

  3. Maintenance - How easy (or often) is the maintenance/cleaning.

  4. Installatioin - How easy the product is to install?

  5. Service Centre/Staff - Which Comapny has a good service network in NOIDA i.e. come and provide service on time and also have trained staff members.

Please don,t buy any glen product from Hyderabad . There is collusion between mr sandeep owner of vardhman enterprises himayatnagar and mr manoj glen person of Hyderabad. I had purchased a chimney from mr manoj 3 months back with 2 pipes for fitting. I paid every thing in advance including fitting charges. The glen person krishna came to my house cut down my chimney hood, telling me that this pipe cannot be fitted without cutting hood. After 2 month of continuous complaint I had one new hood from Delhi as my product was I in life time warranty. They ( sandeep, krishna) cut my dome to save one pipe for which I already paid money. Now mr sandeep of vardhman enterprises asking more money for new pipe . When I told them that it had already paid money for 2pipes and you had fitted only one pipe last time. He is saying do what ever you can I will neither give u pipe nor refund you money. In all this event mr manoj (glen hyderabad ) is helping mr sandeep and mr krishna rather than acting against them .
That the reason complain is forwarded against mr sandeep and mr manoj in Delhi for there wrong doing. I hope good sence prevail and some action against them will be taken against them by there higher authorities.
Otherwise buying glen product from Hyderabad specially from mr sandeep of vardhman enterprise is a nightmare. If iam able to with hold few to not to buy product from him that is sufficient lesion for mr sandeep....Read More
