A punch

I wonder why we say the sun rises when it’s the earth that moves round the sun. May be we imagine the things to move around us, we being centre of universe.

No one can make you feel inferior/weak without your consent. Eleanor Roosevelt.

Is this statement true? You are standing at a place, looking at someone you know, who is nice to you, giving him/her a welcome smile, totally unguarded, he/she comes and punches you on your face and leaves. You stand there lifeless, totally blank for few moments, but as you come back to life, you just feel one thing, Why? There is no pain, just a feeling. The punch hits you so hard, it mutilates you, distort you. You are left with the question, unanswered. The healing begins, but it leaves the cracks, which you fill with hate, revenge, bitterness. Somewhere a feeling develops, he/she was plainly jealous, or had some complex. Because that coward never had the courage to face you and tell you on face, the sin you committed. He/she just walked and made you feel the worst feeling of your life, feeling inferior. Just by looks, without uttering a word. Simply ignoring you or passing a sarcastic comment on you. Worse happens when that effects people who are with you, the punch hits them as well. They suffer. Makes you feel the worst, the guilt, an unknown answer because of which you have to see them suffer as well. You feel weak.
