Hello friends I want to share my opinions on this air cooler. Voltas 70 litre VN - D70M Desert cooler is not very good at its performance and I am not satisfied with the machine. I have purchased this air cooler Last six months back and I don't enjoy the service from the beginning. The price I spend for this air cooler is 12, 000Rs.The performance of the cooler is not according to the price. The EMI starts from 587Rs.The cooling area of this cooler is 475square feet. The cooler does not cool fast and the sound is made when the cooler is on. The quality is very average and not so good material used. The cooler also uses power very much and it is the main problem. The weight of the cooler is heavy and it is hard to carry from one place to other place. The price of this cooler is not reasonable and it is bit high. The cooler has got internal problem also, it has to get repaired frequently for running this machine good. I don't recommend this cooler as it is associated with many minus points. Thank you guys better not to buy.

I buyed this cooler since one year from flipkart and was very much pleased with the service they provided.

After buying within 20 days there was a problem emerged that the swing blades are not working, I immediately contacted flipkart they told that contact voltas customer care for the service and they provided me the customer care number of the voltus.I contacted voltas and told them the issue occured, they assured me that they will send their enggineer in 24 hrs to checkout what has gone wrong and with 12 hrs voltas service person arrived to my home and he checked all the connections and discovered that there was a problem with the swing motor and he immediately replaced that motor and the issue was resolved.I was very much satisfied with the fast satisfactory service and support voltas provided.

Overall this cooler can be called as the best desert cooler, it has got 50 ltr tank capacity with seperate motors for wind throw and cooling.

The fibre quality used is also of good quality including the switch knobs and fitting is also efficient with almost zero gaps.

If you want to buy a desert cooler then definately consider this product.

Coolers are very helpful during summer days and night. But I have a very poor expirience regarding the coolers. My new voltas 70l cooler gave me a very bad experience. The sound was just so horrible that it creates a lot of disturbance to the ears. As many people has a very bad habit of always using air conditioner or coolers for getting relief from diizy warm weather. I my self was accompanied to such an habit and today I m having a lot of trouble due toh the sound disturbance. Guys its a cooler and is also not very much affordable and even if one has the ability to purchase it will regret buying this product as they wont get satisfactory results by using it and in addition would get a thousands of trouble as I my self has been suffering. Though the service is good actually quiet better but is harmful also on the other hand.
