Voltas coolers are worst than local cooler, even a single summer season can't go without repairing it. Quality of product is very cheap. Customer service is pathetic they don't know how to talk customer. I am not gonna buy any Voltas product in future.

Very bad in cooling, only blows sir with zero cooling, not even the suitable small room size. This should be called fan not a cooler. Very worst.

Good(air through)R.P.M but 3 side doors is very delicate. Nice product. Tank Capacity: 50 L this is so great. it has 3 Speed Settings. n addition, this air cooler also runs on an inverter, which ensures uninterrupted cooling even during power cuts.

This Voltas cooler is good but not very good. It's cooling system is good but it sounds very much. I faced the problem of sound from it. At night I'm not able to sleep properly due to its sound but otherwise it's a good product..

I bou ght a Volta's 70 lit cooler but from the beginning the cooler is not working properly and service is also not at all no person will give proper responCethey will book a complaint But no person will come to repair with I thought better to through it in a scrap because the cooler is corrupted with in a year my suggestion is better to not by these type of cooler and I will never any other product from Volta's

I have been using this cooler for past 5 years. It's an excellent product with major features as:

It has an electronic control system provided via a remote. It costed me around rs. 10, 000 & never had any breakdown or major issues.

I was in the other room & could control fan speed, swing of blades, tank alarm etc. using remote.

Once I had an electronic issue & contacted customer service team. I was amazed to see their response & problem got corrected within 2 days.

Hi Folks - Voltas use to be a sort after a brand not too long ago but, with the fierce competition and the lack of quality parameters is seriously dragging down the Flag Ship Company to the very bottom am afraid. Yes, the color, shape and over design is pretty cool, the device knobs and features are cool as well but it functionality is way beyond imagination it blows hot air when not required and plays glitches and let downs in situations when the product is expected to perform its optimum especially when its humid and intolerant for human existence etc Overall I think the product could have been more productive and nicer -Hope Voltas is listening carefully!

So friends lets talk about the new voltas 50 Litre VN-D50m desert cooler i'm using it since last 4 years and till date not a single problem has came up to it. nor any servicing has been done till date. it capacity of containing is 50 litre maximun and it can stand till 11-12 hours of cooling mode with a fresh air for a better sleep.

the best part of it is that it don't produce the useless sound which you normally find in the cheaper cooler. it comes with white color and the inner part with black. it has a connecting wire with help to connect the cooler with the switch board.it also consume less energy then the other ones. and is available at the best and cheaper price then the other fake and heavy sound cooler.

Friends I would like to share my experience on voltas air cooler and there service.

I had purchased an voltas air coolerT35mh 35 lts on 14.4.19 which stoped working after approx 3months of purchase on 6.7.19. Then after 6 days of daily calls there person have come to collect it on 13.7.19 , more over they took 16 days to send my cooler back on 29.7.19 alongWith noise coming from cooler which was not coming earlier and there were some damages on the cooler also What a great service!

So I am absolutely disappointed with the quality of product n service. And I shall never buy voltas products again in my life

they came after 4 days and next day they fitted the problem

after 2 days I have a problem with cooler total wires are damaged

then I have given complaint till no one came daily iam updating with service center they replied me no staff to do

may be they given second hand cooler to me that costumers blind they dont no any thing very poor experience dont buy voltas cooler they are givening second hand cooler worst service worst experience

Hello friend today I am going to share my personal experience with Voltas 50 later VN -D50M desert cooler. about this cooler 2 month before and beginning it works perfectly some issue you also but that are minor it cannot cover all the room and did not cool room that much good but cooling is average but after one and half month water cooler motor of cooler stop working so I register a complaint to fix that technician come after 5 days and their repair the water system motor. but after 10 days I am facing that issue again so I am very disappointed I'm getting trouble in the summer. that's all thank you
