I feel this review is:
I had purchased a symphony diet 50i in last season but after 1 season it is not working. When I called the service engineer he told that motor needs to be changed and it will cost around Rs.2400. So what's the benefit to buy symphony product if you need to change it in next season. The price is too high for this product. I have never seen any person to change the motor in the very next year of reputed brand. I am totally fed up with symphony and will also inform my known to not purchase any product from symphony.

We purchased this cooler yesterday. It started making a very loud noise as soon as we installed it and doesn’t cool a small room . This is very disappointing and symphony doesn’t agree to replace the product . I would stay away from symphony and this air cooler. It is just not worth the money spent. I’m very disappointed with symphony and it’s customer care as they are not willing to replace the product even though it’s just been a day we purchased it. I would rate it 0 stars .

I purchased Symphony Sumo Air Cooler for my residential use, considering it to be best in quality. I was having the impression that it will provide memorable me a memorable service experience.
2 Weeks ago, I have raised service complaint(BN13041901651) and till today 22-Apr-2019, Service engineer not visited.
Very pathetic service by Symphony.
Please be careful before buy.

I bought 22i cooler from Pravin Agency pune which had water leackage issue, then syphonu authorised engineer visited & he changed the water tank but still problem is persists then again after a days swing blades were making noise & the swing motor was changed by the engineer, after few minuts the water pupmp started making huge noise then the engineer said me the water pupm was in damaged condition & he changed the water pupm.
the engineer cut the swing panel scale using exa-blade & repaired the cooler it means he cut the original company design.
Still I have been facing issue with swing noise, pump noise & water tank leackage issue.
THey told me they dont have replacement policy & I have to live with the situation.
I have decided to ltake leagal action.

One of the worst product symphony air coolers what ever you buy which ever model you buy maximum one year it will work after that you will get motor problem its not my opinion I have seen the relatives and friends coolers too they telling the same about the product, they simply making money by cheating customers.Always motor problem in the product.
I bought the cooler last year in summer after a month of use it stopped cooling raised a complaint they changed the motor. now again I started using it within a week it stopped cooling. If raise complaint they will charge me for service.

I am going to share my personal views about Symphony air cooler which I bought few days ago. First of all, coming to its advantages, air speed is good and also its size is big. But the.l important drawback of this.cooler is that because of.its design, the water inside the cooler is very difficult pour out and clean the bottom surface of cooler. Also due.to its large size, it needs more space in the room. Also, it is quite expensive and one complaint when it was being used by me 2 days ago was that it makes some unusual sounds while the fan is rotating.
This summer my ucle took me to his friends shop to buy a cooler and there we decided to buy this symphony touch 55 room cooler. It takes so mich spqce and its very loud. It is impossible to sleep at night if it is continuously running for last 4-5 hours. The swing and all other things like dry air and cooling is very good. At last I want to say that we can buy better cooler or thin which can be easily moveable or take less plaace to keep. This product isn't bad .
Dear friends, i used it for only 1 mnth and had requested to company for the service but till date no service people had came and no company customer care people react...the smell of grass is completely unbearable....worst experience i gained from this SYMPHONY people....total money waste..its costly comparing to other coolers but no use.
Better to use local coolers than this.worst worst wostt!!!!!!! Dont waste your money.

Purchase symphony cooler touch35 on 26.03.2018
after 11 month it got some issue, when I complaint to symphony customer care he give me complaint no. but no any action.
again I called and to symphony and they registered the complaint but no action taken.
afterwords register feedback on symphony site with all detail then got a call from 9900147557 this no.
he came for inspection without any instrument and saw the cooler and told wiring issue, tomorrow I will come and afterwords he is not lifting the call.
nice tanning by symphony their service man can tell the issue without inspection the item.
they are waiting for warranty expire.
after sale service very very worst.
suggest to not to buy the product.

Purchased the Product 2 years ago. After couple of months cooling stops - water pump stopped. After a year of using as fan tried to get the same repaired . Too costly affair 1000/- paid for repair, within 2 days stopped working. Again you need to pay 400/- as visiting charge to identify the next problem and charges associated with it
A very bad experience with Symphony. Mine cooler was in warranty despite that it was not repaired by saying tht parts is not available. A bunch of idiots are handing the servicing job. Horrible experience. Pathetic show by Symphony. Pls never buy Symphony products
Dear Friends, just to inform you that if you are planning to purchase product from Symphony. pl try to avoid as service is so horrible that you will throw the product out of your balcony. Worst experience in getting the service from this company. It has been 48 hours after registering the complaint and Inspite of ampty no of calls(takes solid 20-30 minutes to connect) fail to address the issue. Very horrible and pathetic services from global company. Shame

I purchase this symphony touch 55 room air cooler from local shop. The shopkeeper send their men's for it's installation wich is a complimentary. dry run is okay it works perfectly swings and air throw is good. But when I pour water then turn on it a huming sounds start coming out from the cooler. With in 5-6 hours the humming sound increase and it becomes more difficult to live in such a noise we replace the cooler. The new cooler is work ok but it doesn't threw cool air. The design is very poor. Very difficult to clean it because of its design. It occupies lots of space. We spend a lot and haven't got the desired output. Only build quality is good everything is made of plastic which I guess is durable. At last I will suggest go for other designs you will find more good product at same price.
This air cooler is The best in this price. I am using it. It cool down a room in the very heat. This is a low maintenance air cooler. It does not waste electricity.
It looks very smart too. I am very Pleased to use it. The fan that is inside it is cool. At the end, if u want to buy air cooler in this price, then buy it.
Don't by this kooler, this waste kooler. no cools only makes sound. cant klean when dirty, u call service to klean kooler. no kold air coming out only makikng noice. symphony is vaste koolers selling, high money very high money.
I by this last sumer but no use. only making sound from fan. kool air not coming. I open all vindows but as per advice but no cold air coming. money is high in this kooler and vaste of money.
Very very poor customer service. I raised a request to change the cooler pads on Feb 22, 2019, Till date 7th Mar 2019 I did not get any response from them. Its very worst Customer service I ever saw they need to provide better support for techinical assistance. .
