Symphony Touch 35 35-Litre Air Cooler

Today I review the symphony cooler. I took it's review in two parts the first part is good things and the second part is bad things.

THE GOOD THINGS:

So many good things in this cooler. The first thing is it's comany the symphony company is very trusted company. This cooler cooling 4 sides. The cooling is very good. The features is very nice and easy.

THE BAD THINGS:

The price of this cooler is very costly.

This cooler water capacity is only 35 liters

Is most disadvantag.

KA18051901713 was my service request no.

Visit took place after seven days. Straight way they asked for motor replacement for RS 3600 and a service charge of RS.400. I refused for motor change as the problem was with capicitor. I was told that capacitor can't be replaced individually , whole motor has to be replaced.

I paid them RS.400 for which no receipt was provided as no repair took place. The mobile number of service center was provided to me and I was asked to contact them directly..the number was 8791318310.

Later I called a local mechanic and got the capacitor replaced in just 150 RS total..

So this is my worst experience ever. Please don't go with symphony.

Very good product. The best, infact. Touch screen is useful. Voice assist is gimmicky; might appeal to people who don't know how to use a computer or smartphone. The fan speed control doesn't work as much as one would like it to. Remote control is a bit difficult to use for the buttons are hard. The product is good looking. Was delivered swiftly and without damages. For better cooling, use ICE and cold water and place the product in front of an open window with another window open across the room so that there is natural air circulation and to let excess moisture escape out of the windows. You can even occasionally switch ON the room ceiling fan for 5-10mins to allow faster and better and uniform cooling. So you should know how to get the best out of this device rather than blindly switching the product ON hoping for instant cooling. Else you'll be disappointed. This is how air-coolers work and they are All noisy. No need to complain. Most of the negative reviews for this product are from competition and are false. Symphony is World's largest air-cooler manufacturer and it's highly unlikely that they produce bad products. Visit their website if you want to verify. None of the competition has got such an advanced product. Hence so many jealous negative reviews. Disclaimer: I'm in no way connected to Symphony other than buying this product for personal use. And am happy with the product. Was apprehensive initially seeing so many negative reviews. So did some internet research and decided to buy it. Just wish it had the Inverter Technology too to save on monthly bills like all ACs and some ceiling fans have these days. Would've been the icing on the cake. Not sure if this product has airfilter though it is advertised as such; couldn't see it from outside. So I might be wrong.

Worst product, too much noise and no cooling, please don't buy this product same save your money, also my suggestion do not go any Symphony Air Cooler if you don't want to hurt your ears.

Go For AC with some additional money and these product do not have resale value at all anywhere,

I am living in Mumbai no one want to buy this even I tried on Olx and ect

We have many coolers from different companies but I always go with Symphony as its old and trusted company in India.It cost lessthan 10k but its little high only for 35l. You will get many features in this cooler like touch pannel and also voice assist.Cooling effect is awesome. But it makes lot of noise. We all should agree that every cooler will makes noise.Its a product of great reliability and we have supportive customer service. By seeing allover this product is good for your money. I can say cooler which gives value for your money.

I bought this cooler a month ago for INR 9, 500. I would like to say that this cooler is working awesome and also the noise level is lower then expected. The best part is the detachable tank, which makes cleaning much easier. The voice assisted functions are cool(Just missing voice assistance in local language). The cool blue light adds charm and remote gives extra comfort to control. We use for whole night without worrying about bill, as it adds about 10-12 rupees a night. We live in area with high humidity so the device is not able to perform like it should, so this is bad thing for me.

I must say that it is worth for money. Just one request that this is cooler so we should not expect this device to perform like AC.

This is to bring to your notice, that I have purchased a "Symphony Cooler Touch 110" for Rs.16500/- from one of Symphony Retailer in Lucknow on 25th of May, 2017. I thought at this price range, I am getting a premium product from Symphony, as it is a renowned company and I have been using their products since years. I am highly dissatisfied with the after sale service this time. I had complaint regarding the issue coming in this Symphony Cooler Touch 110 few days after buying the product, the front swing panel "Horizontal/Vertical" was not moving and was stuck in it's place, service engineer came he told me that this problem is a known issue with this cooler, as it's a manufacturing fault. I want a Answer from Symphony, have I paid you Rs.16500/- for such a product which has a Manufacturing Fault? He tried to take off the swing but it was broken by him, he somehow managed to make it work and told me he will come and replace it as soon as it comes in stock. Its been months, he never came to replace it, now again I complaint about the same to their service center few days back. Engineer came yesterday, he took off the Panel and broke the black hinge on which the horizontal and vertical flap is attached, he then took a sharp knife and made a big hole in my Unit. I asked him what is he doing. He told me that Sir the hinge I bought is having a big hole and my unit hole needs to get broader, he dig a hole like a carpenter does in a wooden ply. I am really really fed up of this, as your service engineers have made fun of me and my unit and now your next engineer left without fixing the fault entirely with a big hole in my unit. I have recorded it and would love to send you the recording as well. I WANT THIS OUT DATED FAULTY PRODUCT TO GET REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT. I will not bear this anymore. Either give my money back or Send me a New Unit. If my case is not resolved. I will have no other option left but to put this Video on Air so that everyone goes through it and Lodge a legal case in consumer for the same. Waiting for your Reply.

I brought this cooler 5month ago this is very nice product with affordable price it has so many features and its look very nice . water capacity , quality , cooling is best. five month ago my room temerature is above 35 c but

Symphpny convert 35c to24c .i love this product undoubtfully because it has quality mark of symphony which is biggest company .

'Symphony', a brand which is very popular amongst people of our country. We all have seen different advertisements for this brand on many Tv channels, websites, etc.

Today, I am going to share the actual reality of this brand's products. I was also amongst you people who get to know about any brand or product through Tv commercials, hoardings and so on and get carried forward without reading reviews of any particular product. You are lucky if you are reading this review as you are on the right track. These companies advertise a lot to get in the main frame of a market.

They always show the positive section of a product or you can say features not disadvantages. But, the reality is completely different, the features which you get to know through advertisements don't exist in real life as far as this brand's product is concerned.

Now, coming to the point for which all of you are here and are reading this review. Unfortunately, I am also one of the preys of this company product.

I purchased 'Symphony Touch 35' in the month of June-July 2017. Yes, those days were too hot to tolerate as we all had experienced. My family and I thought that now we will get a sound sleep with the cool waves docking out from our newly purchased cooler and we also had one of the famous brand's product in our house.

We were very excited and all worked well up to 2-3 months, the nights were relaxing and we were recommending this product to our close friends, neighbor, family, etc, we all are great in recommending things to others when we people find it useful. But, suddenly, the reality of this product came out and we all were shocked. The digital touch stopped working and the voice assist was not assisting us now.

The company boasts of many features like remote control, voice assist, digital touch screen and blah blah! The truth is completely different as boasting remains boasting. They should have written somewhere that you can enjoy these features for a limited time only after that you can only plug it on and off like an average cooler. I mean after spending 9000 Rupees( approx figure) , you are getting these feature for a month or two.

Well, after that sad incident, I called their so-called customer support service and guess what, no one responded yet. They promised us at the time of purchasing the cooler that call us anytime, we are always ready to serve you. Serving is one thing, they don't even respond.

Finally, we got serviced it from a private shop and now all works quite well. It still has some technical problems but we are just going along with it.

Symphony touch 35 is simply amazing. It has A3 speed motors wich flows out fresh and filterered air from the cooler.symphony air cooler makes the seating area cooler it has a remote which help it to work from a distance . It delivers the best sevices. It work well in summer time. it has a inbuilt wheels so it cools the nearby rooms also it is best model of the symphony. Thank you for reading my review

I have purchased this water cooler and it's perfectly fine as it comes to its out output it's key features enhances customer realiablity it has a capacity of 35 litres and it's pump is good for the humid and moisture atmosphere it's cooling capability is marvelous it's doesn't consume too much amount of electricity and the shape of the air cooler looks perfect it's equalising division of water maintaining the both parts of the cooler in regular forms helps us to cool the room in equal amount along the all directions

Symphony air cooler is a nice cooler and it has long life and quality is best air is fresh and cool and sound of cooler in running condition is low, symphnoy cooler is nice and I think it is best.

I recently bought this product from gupta electronics near karol bagh delhi.

This is very portable and easy to clean also.Colour is white and price is ₹12700/- only.

This was only bought for small shop which could not heat up in summer.Best is that you don't have to install something, just buy this product any run this anywhere you want.

Whole shop gets cooled up if doors are closed properly and bills which comes is also pocket friendly.

I purchased this air cooler before 7 months ago. This cooler design very beautiful and comfortable to the customer satisfaction and their cool air water filling is natural air and without water they will user friendly.

It doesn't creates sound something valuable being grateful for. Its power depends on upon its cooling and as its cooling effect is amazing, Certainly its toughness is moreover great.

Service and support of the officials are very great they come and setup the cooler at our house and asked very low amount for that. This cooler is not value for money.

Things used to built it is very high in quality . Advantage bloster from them is weak. It's not even a standard incentive for as it doesn't provide cooling. So friends I am recommending to you all buy this symphony cooler this is the good. Thank you.

This cooler is very cool . I think the one who think to buy this you shouldn't think so much to buy this my hands are on . I to have this cooler it gives us a pleasant air which refreshes our mind and it also give us a positive thinking. Symphony is the number one electronic company . They never cheat. This cooler is of 35 litres so it is one of the main advantage that one can take. It cools 100 sq.ft it does not take much electric supply. It id very big also. In our house if we keep it on for continously for two hours it cools the whole room.my hands are on on this cooler
