Very bad cooler. No cooling proper at all. A thin cooler doesnot mean its good.the dody material of cooler is very very bad and many time water leaks from the cooler the company should word on dirty cooler and repair it so that alll the coustmers are satisfied from their products.hope thwy will listen my req.

For me Symphony diet 50t cooler is not good really.i bought it in this month and I am using it and I didn't like it. Service and support is really poor for me. They give me the number and when I called them for demo they didn't pick the call and after that they switch off the phone which called poor service support. Cooling and sound is decent not great.cooling is not great for me. Reliability and satisfaction level is very poor for me because I dont like this cooler. It is not reliable for me and it does'nt satisfy me. It is not value for money for me.

I bought this jambo jr. cooler around one month ago I bought it in 7250 from local shop. After buying it I am happy with its performance .

Its capacity is 22 litre , cooling effect of this is very good for one normal room. It comes with stand also which is also a nice quality.

The one of this cooler problem I feel that it consume water very fast. Once u top up it with indication and use in cool mode continues it consume water in 6 to 7 hrs which I think is less , may be it is also due to cooling effect .

Overall very nice thumps up for it.

It is very bad because it gives very very big big sound on souurinding areas and also giveing less cooling and more sound and also very importent topic onther is it gives very bad smell and its money is toooo high its service is also too dad and no body cant buying it because it iss tooo dad condiseans and alo and it is giveing redation to sourrindig thinks and peoples it causes some helth problem to the people and more peples are caused the breething problem because its back side comes very heated and vimpnced air it causes the probles to people sooo more then peoples not useing this air coolers

This cooler is not good because it makes the room humid which become very difficult for us and it doesn't cools the room for long time it just work like a fan just give air when it is on not cools room after it off. So my suggestion is not to buy it better is to buy the air conditioner which makes the room dry and also remains the room cool after air conditioner is off. And the difference of price in this cooler and the air conditioner is is not so much. So I suggest you to buy air conditioner only. And this company of cooler is also not good. The material is also not good used in it.and the electricity consumption is also same as comparitive to this cooler

My friend use this cooler last 10 month and my friend give a knowledge about this cooler it is better to i5 and quality of cooler and it is most popular in India guys it is better quality of water pump and also fan motor and it is run very smooth and no sound produce in the room and I am enjoy with my family by this cooler and I am happy this cooler and it is take less electricity and be a better response so I like it and I am also suggest my friend is cooler because it is a very comfortable and nice looking pooler it's looking is you very nice looking and it is very like by the peoples I am very happy my take this cooler so you take it.

The symphony diet 50T has a horrible experience with my friend. He shared that will our friend circle he said that it is having a narrow water holder and water holding capicity of approx. 40 ltr. We cant put our hand inside that narrow water holder in case mosquito start to germinate there. Also the service and support of this item is very bad, he need to wait 5 days and then the symphony team came there to repair his product. Also the cooling and sound is very bad, 1500-2500 cubic meter per hour which is less and noise produced by it is somewhat ok. I and my friend are not satisfied with this piece. It costs about 10000 Rs. In market whereas value for money is very less.

Symphony hicool is great cooler. I just brought it last month from market. Its working very well. Service and customer support is very good and useful. We never feel unsetisfy with support help. Cooling make by this cooler is very desent. Great weather makes in room and sound is not very loud. Shymphony is a leliable and trusted brand in market. I really feel setisifactions with it. Symphony brand has made diffrent and trusted value in market. Its really value for money product for big and small family.

SYMPHONY AIR COOLER! I buyed this cooler before 10 days . in this cooler a air blower is firxed, from this theroom is not coolind and the sound is dirsturbing I can't sleep .the swing is not sufficient to room it's not cooling the room service not so good they gave 1 year warranty but! I didn't get the the warranty card in it! the hieght of it is also very short it is only jst 3 feet, the air is't geeting for higher! the air is getting only for down! my suggestion is to dont buy it! its jst waste of money

This is one of the best cooler I have seen in this price. before I buying symphony diet 22t I was seen all the features and then I buy it rupees 8, 900 only. if I say about the service they provide me a very good service and belive me I really very enjoyed. if I say about the cooling service it was just unbelievable at this price. cooling service is really very good of this product, this product is not so noisy. yes I can say now it has the value for my money. I really love it. and now I can suggest all of you to go for the product and buy it for your home.

I was purchased this from "Independence offer" of amzon.in seller and it noise is very high and not going to give very much cool wind apart from other brands cooler like Bajaj and otehr brands cooler. Its design is very compact and easy tohandle and transfer to any other place but its storage is very low only 12L and wind thrust is very high if you put ice the its giving some cool wind but in normal water its going to give heated wind and its taking so much water like 20L if you use 10 hour day. Its price is little bit of high apart from other cooler. I called to service centre and he was telling me if you put ice cube then he gives the cold wind and in normal water its not give. But its not mentioned in website and anyother pemplates. So guys before you purchase you can think any other cooler. But if you purchase Rs.10, 000 above Symphony cooler, I think its gives better quality of water motor and thrust of wind.

So I am not satisfied of this product.

Symphony Diet 22T is a good Cooler compare to other company coolers, In my case Service is good from the dealars from which I buy this. Below company also give wheels so you can move easily from one place to another, it also consume less power. when to put cold water to small peaces of ice it air flows is very cool & cool your whole room within few minutes. When you put in full mode it sound loud. In my experience I got full satisfaction from this. It is a good device & value for money. Overall I am satisfy with this device.

No value for money.

Doesn't work as expected, not even capable of cooling a room of 12*14 ft. The product is poor quality only remote working, panel buttons stopped working after 2 months.

Main problem cooler is throwing water, earlier sometimes but now most of time.

This cooler even can't be opened by my self I need to call service centre for opening it or fixing minor issues.

local coolers are better then this variant of cooler.

Symphony brand is good but this product is really bad.

I purchased it last year, it was a nice product because it add to that a digital control panel one of its best and intelligent features that provides you complete control of weather in the room. Inspite of 56 liter large tank capacity it has a empty water tank alarm system. It is highly feasible to move from one room to another. If you want to cool your room without AIR CONDITIONER than this the best alternative for you but the only problem is that, its makes lot of noise after a long use.

U m purchased this cooler for spending good money.this cooler provide us a good cooling in only 1 year. After 1 year it doesn't provide good cooling to us.

As compare to other cooler, this is expensive and not provide that much good cooling. Other cooler is working good after 1 year but it is not good working. Its sound is too loud after 1 year. We were spending alot money on that cooler but its does not work properly good as compare to other. Sometimes it takes alot time in start up.its sound os too loud.

Sonetimes its just impossible to just tolerate its noise when its start up. So seriously its really very bad cooler.

Service of symphony winter is not so Good And I am not satisfied by using this.

Cooling is good but it make more sound compare to other cooler.

symphony winter is not capable to cool big rooms and hall But it is good for small rooms.

Value and price of this product is more compares to others cooler so I want to suggest you can choose better option than this.

Symphony is the worst brand manufacturing coolers,no value for money.

The quality of the plastic body and parts is so poor that they dont even run for 1 year without problem.

from next year, you have to pay for service and spares for sure every year.

I have purchased two coolers in june 2015 and around 4-5 complaints are already registered and now both coolers are not working.

I think its no value for money. purchasing symphony is a total waste.

It's very good cooler to use and it can be used without water also .it can be controlled by remote and it has five options in the remote .they are speed, cooling , swing, timer, power, on button the cooling from the cooler is really awesome and it was controlled with three types of mode called low, medium, and high.

Symphony's air coolers are so nice.but the problem is high rates of air coolers.But the best part is you have to pay just once after that it saves the electrical power consumption.it can work with inveeter also. I use it with my inverter.The symphony's air coolers are light in weight so I can move it from one place to another.I am not totally satisfied with it because in hot days it does makes me relief fom hot environment.
