This is not good fir using in summer season.

It can be used in winter season as a fan.

Price is very high as oer products.

Today i"m tell about  kenstar slim line super air cooler.Kenstar is old company. Kenstar No 1 Air cooler. It is satisfactory  small room only.

SERVICE&SUPPORT: Customer service is good and always support us . 24x7 service support

COOLING&SOUND:Cooling is ok but sound is very high and there is no any option to reduce the sound

RELIABILITY& SATISIFICATION: some people buy this produt beacuse this is a cheapest product.Satisification is not bad

VALUE OF MONEY: Value of money is too waste. I'm disappointed with this product.

Kenstar is good for uses its use to not loss of electricity it is cold winds and sit near the collar so feel so good and all room area is cold and so good and good sleep for cold wind and it is very secure and prevent it not take large amount of energy hence I like so good for use its engine is so good and it is ber isefull.

KenStar 9702 is not a good cooler.This not works properly many of the problem occures with this cooler.Its very bad product of kenstar.I am also bought this product in 2017.Today I am share my experiance about this cooler.Its not a good cooler.Its created very high noise when it is running.Its not cools room properly.After buying with in 2 months its moter was not works I am try to contact with its contumer care but they are not responded me.Its provides very very bad service I am very dissapointed this product.I would be suggest to all of the people dont buy this worth product.

Last year I have purchased this cooler for my household purpose only so I am posting this genuine review based on my experience with this cooler. this cooler is made of very poor quality material it is not suitable for rough and tough use as well. the color of cooler has started fading away due to its poor quality material. even the cooler is not so handy in design it weighs very heavy as compared to other coolers in the market. therefore it is quite a difficult task to place this cooler at your desired place. so style & design wise this cooler has disappointed me very much.

the cooling of this cooler is extremely poor it takes so long to cool even a small room not only cooling is the concern but also the sound that cooler produces is the matter of concern. along with poor cooling this cooler sounds very heavy therefore it becomes very difficult to have a proper sleep in front of this cooler. the switches of cooler are made of very poor quality they have stopped working just after some days of purchase. this cooler is not safe to touch when it is on because some times it also gives the shocks which is very disappointing. I have raised all these issues with company but company has ignored my issues and failed to resolve them now whenever I call the company they reject my call. so as per my experience the service & support of company is extremely poor.

even the power consumption of this cooler is also a serious concern because this cooler consumes high power as compared to other coolers in the market therefore it is quite an expensive task to run this cooler on regular basis. overall this cooler has failed to satisfy me and I am very disappointed by this cooler. as per my experience this cooler is not so reliable for long term use and it has no value for money as well. therefore I do not recommend this cooler to anyone due to poor service and poor quality of cooler.

Hai friends am going to share my personal baf experience with kenstar air cooler.

I buy this product 6 months before.

Kenstar is a old company but popular brand. The cooling capacity of this product is nice and the speed of cooling is also nice

This product produces a lot of voice while at the time of cooling.

The sound is very high and there is no any control on it. We feel very irritated to listen the cooling noise. So we are unable to on the air cooler.

I brought this for rs. 10000 and its totally waste of money.

I not satisfied with this I was very diappointed with this product.

The customer service are also not response to the customer properly.

So I recommended everyone not to buy this product.

I have been using this cooler since 2 years now.

Kenstar, being a highly reputed and affordable brand, did not do a great job in manufacturing the slim line range.

The main drawback which this cooler has is its inability to cool. It is satisfactory only for small rooms which is less occupied. Last summers, when we had around 10-15 guests accommodated in our house, it did not cool the room, Instead, made it even more warm by acting like a heater. That was pathetic. Apart from this, even sometimes in less occupied room, It does not cool as efficiently as a cooler would.

Regarding the sound, Its irritating. But manageable if u r used to it since a long time.

Not a highly reliable product for summers. You can totally depend on this one product to spend your summers. Not at all.

It is moderately satisfying, keeping in mind that it works just okay if it is to cool a small room.

It is not really worth the money, But manageable.

If you want a cooler to spend your summers with, choose this only if u have some other alternative. U cannot totally depend on this product for hot summers specially during May.

Kenstar little cooler, name itself defines that it may have small size but cooling is really good. During summer the advantage of cooling can be felt like AC if you add some cubes of ice into it. Easy to handle feature given an added advantage. Easy to clean protects family from unwanted mosquitoes and insects. Great features has made this product most handy. Moreover the less maintenance advantage offers highest level of compliance in cooler segment. Hope everyone shoud try this once.

1.Air Delivey is so long with compare to other brands and service is not good

2.actually one time my cooler fan is not working then iam raise the complaint but technician are closed my call and next twicely raise the compliant but there is not responce after iam take fan motor and bring to reapir shop the shop owner told me sit the motor has gone so you need to wait ill repair your motor and next repair complete then iam set the motor in air cooler still now cooler is superb

3.kenstar is not coming repair again again but service is not good thats the reason 4.But HAVELLS is the Indias No:1 Top Brand The Company is Clear the Problrm With in 24hrs to 48Hrs Close The Call So You Have to Just Enquiry This Product Iam Recomanded to Buy HAVELLS but HAVELLS Is The Highest Cost in Other Models Because They Products Has Giving Quality And Service

This is very average cooler from ken star. The cooling of this cooler is pretty average not up to the mark. Sound

of the fan is pretty low which is plus point of cooler. This cooler comes in 6000 rupees. Tank capacity of this

cooler is very low approx 12 ltr. The quality of this cooler is very good. Service and support of this cooler is

very good. For me its not very much reliable and I am not fully satisfied with this. This cooler is good value for

money cause you can buy in 5000 rupees in local retailers.

Hey I am mayur. I am telling about my kenstar cooler that I am using still form 2005 it is in very good condition now. Its air give me relief and stress free. It makes sound but not much. It gives me tooo much satisfaction and feeling nice. The cooler that I am using is not too expensive. So it is very good and nice.

Although it is a big Cooler. It gives you high electricity bill. What the cooling effect is not that much good it cost more than 6000 rupees

-come into the water capability it can hold up to 50 litres of water with that 50 letters you can get cooling up to Maximum 2 hours

-of course it is noisy and it is capable of inverter.

-I am saying this witness personal experience this cooler does not hold more than 2 months.

-the cooling effect is also not that much good.

the cooling is really very nice .Fist coller of this company was brought by my father.i like this cooler very much .

Long life is durable quality. The service of this company is also really very nice.

Today I want to share my experience after using this cooler.I bought this cooler, Kenstar Double dx Cooler 50litre from a local Electronics Store six months ago.From the day one to till date, it is working with no issues.It cools the room within 15min.If we fill the full tank, it comes for two full days, even though used for long hours.

Features:

2.Light in weight, easy to movable.

3.Easy to install.

4.Free stand comes with cooler.

5.Working efficiency is good.

6.There is a indicator present, to show water level present in the cooler.

7.Better customer service.

8.Less consumption of power, so that we get low electricity Bill.

Over all, product is worth for money.More economical, Compared to other brands at this features.So I better suggest this product to buy.This is the best option who cant live without AC.It cools the room like AC.

7 months back I bought this cooler hoping to get some relief from the scorching summer. Although the design is good, but don't get fooled by its design you have to keep cooler near to bed to get cool air. Better to go for a pedestal fan.

Hello friends slim line aircooler it is not aircooler like fan.

No cooling produced in the room fastly heat will produced .

Warenty providing but am so disppointed buttons are not working suck the water but no use .

Looking design is good easy to handle and then easy to repair . 6 month once some repair sometimes didnt use to save lifetime but cooler not working .

Dont waste your time it is not a reliable.

Hello friends, I am REZAUL ISLAM and today I am going to share my experienced about Kenstar Vibrant CT 9924 air cooler. According to my experienced this is not a good air cooler because I am using this air cooler for 1 year and I was faced some issue with this air cooler, which I will tell you below-

1. Though it is consuming more water but it doesn't provide much cooling air. Sometime it flows quite hot air. Its size is small and cooling the room very slowly.

   
   




2. The water filling section of this air cooler is very small and most of the water drops falls outside the cooler.

   
   




3. Wheel of this cooler is very worst and you need to fix every time.

   
   




4. It creating more sound and therefore you would not sleep at night.

   
   




5. After I used 7 months, the pump stopped to work, after that I call the service engineer and he replaced it charged 1200 /-+ 300/- visiting charged i.e total 1500/- Rupees from me. I said the engineer one year not completed why you are charged from me? He replied as the pump warranty period is 6 months and hence you need to pay the charge. Actually all the parts warranty is 1 year while I purchased this then the dealer was told me but they force me and charged me. And again after 10-12 days the issue showing i.e pump not working properly. Hence the service and support of this product is very bad.

   
   




6. Reliability and durability of this product is not good because at the price more other good cooler available on the market. So I am not satisfied with this cooler.

   
   




7. It is not value for money. Its price is very high, and there are no good features available on this cooler. It is totally waste of money.

   
   

So I therefore request to all the buyers, please do not buy this cooler. If you want then buy another company's other good cooler except this. Thank you so much.

Before 8 month I have by the Kenstar CD 2008 desert air cooler so I want to share my experience about that as you all have the need of the cooler in the summer as there is too much warm air in the surrounding so to cure about that part we have the air cooler . So I have to buy it but I want to share my experience and view about that air cooler with all of you so that you can make the complexity between your difference about air coolers and this air cooler is not as much as good as I had expected as per the price of that air cooler because he didn't cool fast room as the simple air cooler make the room cool fastly in 15 or 20 minute but that was air cooler take up to 45 minutes to cool the room and although my room was also small I expected more that should cool fast and if it doesn't reset it properly limit that one typical manner that slow fast medium that doesn't work if you put it on slow mode or the fast move the thing is same as often so according to me it doesn't work for money we have too many cooler of other companies as it has the only brand of the Kenstar star but it doesn't matter for it

I bought this about a year ago.The air discharge is not proper.Its range is small.You will have to sit close to the cooler to get the proper effect.The swing facility is very slow as it takes about 8 seconds to return to same area.Also the speed change variation is not good.When you change the speed the motor stops and again starts.
