Chennai is a place were air conditioner and cooler are the basic neccesity of peaple. I am useing bajaj dc 2009 air cooler frm past 3 years . It is not what v were looking for. the air in it is red hot during summers. water doesnot gets properly mixed up with the air . rotation process of the cooler is also not good .it worked better for the 1st 6 months then it started making noise from it . Hope bajaj cooler could work more on it . It should be strong and even in allocating air. Noise s the main demerit of the product .hope the company works on it soon

I bought this cooler as I lives in hostel where we have no cooler.

So I decided to buy a good one for me .

N then bought this one which was my mistake!

This is not really did to any aspects if you lives in a big room!

Cooling is okye but you have to run it for full time.

We have purchased this cooler in April 2015 for my mother room and the room size is only 14*16 feet and its having fully ventilation but the cooler not able to provide proper cooling for this size room only

Also during uses of this cooler my mother every time complaint to us about its sound because its having a lot of sound which is very irritating

During this approx 1.5 years period the cooler found non working 4 or 5 times with different different problems, So we call to dealer for the same and in starting he did not replied to us but when we asked to him with force fully he send his person for check the same

The engineer repaired the cooler many times but the problem not resolved permanently and the cooler never worked smoothly

There was no proper and prompt support found from dealer also and we realize that these product having a low quality and not reliable and its not made for long time and there is no value of our money for such kind of product and service support

I have purchased this bajaj cooler about 4 months ago.it was runningnicely till three months.suddently it has stop giving cool air.cooler was working but it wasn't giving chilled air.I complain it to the service center they came next day and attained the same and solved the issue.it was the water motor got damaged.so this bajaj is good gives cooled air does nt has much noise also but its parts durability is very short.looks are good attracts people.consumes less electricity saves energy.but I don't recomment this cooler to anyone because it durability is very poor I think you can go some other brand cooler.I give 3 stars to this bajaj cooler. I have return this review with complete honesty after using the product hope it helped you.
