I have purchased a WHIRLPOOL window Magicool AC(1.2 Ton) PLATINUM with 5 star rating from M/S. New Berco Electronics(Regd.), A-1, Raj Rani Market, Main Najafgarh Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110 059, against Invoice No. 792 & Ref. No. 3985 dt. 24-April-2015 and the same has been installed by the company on 25.04.2015. But, I feel that the AC Unit is wrongly supplied and not having the specifications for which I have paid the money.
I’m furnishing below few facts in support of my claim –
1/ that the Sr. No. mentioned in aforesaid Invoice is INM14230171, whereas the Sr. No. on the box slip is INM142300176.
2/ that the Star rating showing on the box slip is 5 Star, whereas on the AC Unit’s Grill it is 2 STAR.
3/ that the Front Grill of the AC Unit is found broken, when the same has been taken off from the packing box and I have mentioned the same on installation slip.
4/ that I have been assured by the dealer while placing my order to get AC unit manufactured in 2015, whereas I got the unit manufactured in June 2014.
5/ that I have brought these facts in knowledge of Dealer’s Mr. Manish on 25.04.2015.
6/ that I have, also, brought these facts in knowledge of Mr. Tanik Nagpal, Manager Whirlpool(011-66294933) on 27.04.2015. But, sorry to say nothing has been done in this direction till now whereas FOUR DAYS has been passed. Very honest I feel, I have been cheated either by the Dealer or by the company.
