It's my second bad experience with Whirlpool products
First we bought whirlpool water purifier it got some defects
After 4 months of working and after sales service from Whirlpool
Is very bad .After registering complaint with service team
Some person came and he informed some part is defective and
Need to be replaced and after that no body turned
In.After calling many times to service desk the same person from arrive
Came and he informed that he is not getting spare part later we had changed
Whole unit with some new purifier and it's working good
And later my second purchase in whirlpool is AC who CN
I bought from Unilet though I was willing to buy Panasonic brand
But people from unilet changed my mind to buy whirlpool AC
And they will take care if any service issues come .
Since they were getting some good Commission from
Whirlpool than any other brands .And after installation
About month later AC stopped working and its was
Making some noise and it was not able to give cooling
After this issue for about 3 months later no body turned up for replacement and they are acting and trying to fool us .Decided to go for consumer court
Whirlpool is having very bad after sales service and their products ar not trust worthy and reliable .They outsource service to some third party from Whirlpool
There are no trained technicians are available and this 3rd party guys are not able to find exact fault and process goes on delaying .Even this 3rs party service guys suggested me that I would have brought Daikin or Panasonic .This guys only don't believe in Whirlpool.So double think before buying Whirlpool products
