Dear Team,

Complain no: HY290220116342. I have purchase Whirlpool Ac in the month of Feb2020. Sri Sai Akshita Refrigeration, Hyderabad person Mr Rambabu ( 9392260413) has came on 1st March 2020 and install the Ac, while install the ac we want fix ODU to wall but that fellow force to us to fix the ODU on the slab. and not given proper demo his in hurry and given his number anything query give a call I will help out. His hurry in to attend the more calls for installation. But My kids are putting finger in ODU. only his force only we kept ODU on slab. Now that guy not responding properly and asking again money. Already I have given installation charges on the same day.

I request to you understand the our situation and help me on this matter.

Talking about the product.looks wise it is decent looking. However it takes too much time for cooling. As I said service is not satisfying because for installation the engineer takes 5000 rupees.

I have the whirpool 1 ton inverter split ac installed in my room. I ordered it on Flipkart the delivery was quick and installation was done within 2 days. Quick cooling even at a temperature of 28degrees. Best experience. I just love the AC. Cost is within the budget. 30000 for this AC is a very affordable budget. Bill saver. Very good performance. Its 6th sense feature adjusts as per room temperature. You don't have to wake up in the middle of the night to to increase the temperature set the ac on turbo mode or 6th sense mode it will automatically adjust the temperatures. I have it I experienced it and I just love its performance. Its best suitable for rooms with area between 100 to 120 sqft

Gentlemen, please don't get fooled by the English written above about whirlpool ACs. The truth is harsh. Recently, I had bought one 1.5 ton 3 whirlpool split AC from Tatacliq and installed it in the sitting room. To see the cooling, I left the AC on for the complete night. In the morning, I found there was hardly any cooling in the room. The air flow was even worse. One just could not make out whether the AC was on or off. I have complained to both whirlpool and tatacliq but both have washed their hands off and do not respond.... I wish to advice future buyers not to fall for the freebies or discounts..

Today I am going to tell the whirlpool air conditioner I am share my 3 years experience whirlpool magicool spilt 1 ton 3 starac I brought 2 units of AC in April 2016 this product is good no worries about the AC since buy it

The customer care is very quick responsive. They are arrange the repairers within 1 day. They solve the problems with respective manner. No extra charges. I am an machine engineer so I can understand whole process in repairing. Control of AC is very user friendly. I am satisfied this product

Whirlpool is a good brand in washing machine and refrigerator but whirlpool air conditioner is not so good because this ac room chilling time so long 3 to 4 hours I dont like and the price of whirlpool air conditioner is so high.

I am not recommend any person to buy this ac you go for other brands like lg, daikin, Mitsubishi etc.

The product may be fine, however when it breaks getting a technician or support from Whirlpool is just pathetic. Please be advised think thrice or even more before going for any Whirlpool product.
