I guess I may be one of your countless dissatisfied customers. I am attaching my bill of my Voltas 1 TON Window AC, which I have purchased on 16th of May 2023 from” SAHU ELECTRONICS ROHINI SECTOR 16.( Details are as GSTIN:- 07AWXPS8620H1ZR)
Invoice No:- 1918.
Installation fixed for the dated 17/06/2023 from Sahu Electronics only. I received call from( 870042XXXX) installation team but instead of self-visiting he sent another person from AM Services Voltas Authorized Service center RZR 55-56 Chanakya Palace Part II Delhi 110059.
Two person from service center visited my palace to install the ac and his name was Ganga Sharma( 981878XXX),
Without checking whether it will work or not, the installation person fixed one, against which he charged us full 1890 rs and left my place.
After Two to three hours when Ac was not functioning and their was no cooling in the room, I called them and briefed the issue, they said, are sending a technician to rectify the issue .
This time another two person were visited to check the issue these two person were in Voltas T-shirt though earlier one was not. These people told that it cannot work at all, it will not work here. Why they have installed here asked your dealer to replace this ac and asked for them for the split AC.
Then I called to Dealer Sahu electronics:- 9810553236 to replace this and send me split ac for the extra amount I am ready to pay, but he completely denied stating that ki Unhone legaya he Ku Jeb yeha leg he nahi sakta tha, aap unse baat kero mai kuch nahi ker sakta I told him that now this ac is good for nothing for me kindly resolve he started shouting on me and just denied.
Now being a brand what kind of service you guys are providing to your customers, neither your dealer nor your service center are helping me I paid full amount for AC and price and extra 1890 rs for installation which is a completely a loss of approx 27 K even without availing 2 minute of your services. Even still your ac is fixed in my window they did not un-installed it.
Kindly asked your service center to un-installed the AC and refund my installation charges and replace my ac to split ac.
Now this is my 1st time humble request to refund my amount or replace my ac from window to split, else being a frustrated customer I will raise my concern to the consumer firm.
Totally dissatisfied with VOLTAS as of now so kindly rectify.
