We have purchased 1 ton ac from DEEP KAMAL ELECTRONICS Sabarmati, Ahmedabad on 10.04.2025 installed on 11th April after installation E6 message appear on display. After several request technician visited and outer part is not working. Nothing is done till now.

The person coming to do AC free service is charging money and demanding on his own which is bad iam a customer

They gave me a defective AC. When I am contacting the customer representative she is using bad words. "Jao nahi karenge replace AC jo ukhadna hai ukhadlo" these were the words of a representative named Darshana. The inner unit and outer unit of AC are of different series due to which the AC is not starting. Seriously a bad company to deal with

For current summers season requested for service on 17th March 22 but till now no 1 is reverted for service at the same

time observed that the outdoor is not working, surprisingly my other room had 7k wala 2nd hand ac which is working fine

I am not able to understand which ac is good, the new 1 bought from Voltas or the 2nd hand ac bought from local ac repair

I bought 2 ton AC from Voltas 2 months ago. AC compressor is the worst compressor in the world. The sound started coming from the compressor of this AC. This AC cools the room properly but does not cool the room properly. After 2 months it reduced cooling at all. When I called their help and support center they did not provide any support for a long time. With great difficulty my complaint was written. The company mechanic came a week later. He told that your AC compressor has gone bad which is not guaranteed. After this, I had to pay money to get my such. If you want to waste your money then buy this AC.

Nice cooling from 1 ton 5 star. Silent operation as compared to old AC. Service team is very good. AC remote was replaced by Voltas immediately within 48 hours. Complaint lodged Saturday Noon resolved before Monday Noon.

Hi friends, I am telling my experience about voltas platinum . my brother bought this product abot month ago. when I enered in room in which this ac is assembeled, I shoked to hear noise in room. it was emerging from ac. its design is awkward. its cooling capacity is ok but not sufficent. it take more time to cool the room. power rating show three star but it consume more electricity. when I call customer care to fix its noise they did not give response properly and said to me that a technecian will be sent to your address but none have come . after two days I again complaint but representative cut my phone. I was very dispointed to see his behaviour. in my poenion this ia a waste product as well as service.

I bought this Air Conditioner from Croma store on 20th April 2018. The installation person did a poor job while installing it and also broke the condenser panel body, did not install insulation on copper pipes and poor workmanship. It took me 3 months to get it replaced after following up with Voltas rigorously. Finally got it replaced on 18th Aug 2018. I thought ordeal is over but it wasn't.

I tried using AC in Mar 2019 after getting free servicing provided by the company. Bad odour started coming and I raised a service request on 16th Mar 2019. Even till today(9th April 2019) the Voltas doesn't have the necessary part available in their inventory and we are unable to use the Air conditioner. Post sales service is pathetic in Voltas, so people please re-think before you buy Voltas.
