Voltas really very very worst. I'm so angry of 😡 remote problem AC problem. how times i get services.

The Voltas 1.5 Ton Split AC is a pragmatic pick for renters or first-time buyers who want effective cooling without splurging on premiums like Daikin (₹50k+). It edges out competitors in service accessibility and upfront value, but if you're in a dusty, high-humidity area or plan to keep it 5+ years, consider upgrading to their 5-star inverter line or a Carrier for better endurance. It's not revolutionary, but in a market flooded with overpriced gadgets, its no-nonsense approach keeps things coolliterally. If your summers are brutal but your wallet isn't, give it a shot. Just budget for that extended warranty.

It is disappointing that our Voltas Vertis Emerald 1.5-ton AC has stopped working properly within just one year of purchase. This is a very poor product experience. We expect a swift resolution to our problem.

I purchased a Voltas Split AC(Invoice No. SLEC9624871, Order ID 949768318977) on 19 June 2024. Since day one, it has been defective cooling issues, repeated breakdowns & even electrical shock risk ⚡.

Despite raising 10+ complaints(SR Nos: 24062023914, 25030704354, 25032845452, 25032922308, 25041156487, 25041206366, 25042045532, 25080821055, 25081307623, 25082301022) and countless follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp, Voltas has failed to resolve the issue.

This has caused me immense inconvenience & financial loss. I am now demanding immediate replacement or full refund under warranty.

@Voltas_AC @VoltasLtd Please act responsibly before I am forced to escalate this to the Consumer Forum.

We purchased the following three Voltas inverter AC units under Invoice No. JP-5758/21-22 from your authorized dealer, Skan Maruti, 16 N.S. Road, Kolkata 700001:

At the time of purchase, we were clearly assured by the dealerand later experienced the same during a service callthat these units carried a 5-year warranty on the PCB and a 10-year warranty on the compressor. In fact, in 2024, the indoor PCB of the 1.5 Ton unit was replaced free of charge under warranty.

On 30th May 2025, one of the 2 Ton units developed a cooling issue, and we raised a service request(Docket No. SR25053013245). The visiting technician confirmed a fault in the indoor PCB and replaced it on-site, stating that it was covered under warranty. However, shortly afterward, we were informed that we would be required to pay ₹;6, 000 for the PCB.

When we reiterated that the product was still within the 5-year warranty period, we were abruptly told that the warranty is only applicable to domestic installations, not commercial premises. Despite our strong objection and insistence that the warranty had been clearly communicated to us at the time of purchase, the technician returned, uninstalled the newly fitted PCB, and took it back, citing non-approval due to commercial use.

Purchased 1.5 ton on Jan2024 and on March 2025 the coil got bad just 2 month after the warranty the service centre gave me a quote of 12000rs to replace a new one

Before 3 years of purchase approx 1000 days customer service 3rd class Ac Coil very bad and approx 30 days only it was running good in 1000 days approx Never purchase Voltas Ac Again in my life

If Possible then I will case on Voltas Inverter AC Third class AC

WORST thing in my house

I’ve been using the Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 Ton Split AC for the past 3 months, and I must say I’m pretty satisfied with the performance. It cools my 12x14 room within 10–15 minutes, even when the outside temperature is above 40°C. The design is simple yet elegant, and it doesn’t make much noise, which is a big plus for me as I use it in my bedroom.

The remote is easy to use, and it has useful features like sleep mode and turbo cooling. The air feels fresh, probably due to the dust and bacteria filters. Power consumption seems reasonable too—I didn’t notice a huge jump in my electricity bill.

Installation was smooth, and the technicians were polite. However, customer support could be a little faster—had to wait a day to get a basic query resolved.

Overall, I’d say it’s a good value-for-money product for Indian summers. If you're looking for a reliable AC with decent cooling and features in a mid-range budget, this one’s worth considering.

Very bed customer service support I purchased Voltas 1.5 ton AC. Installation team comes and changed experience amount and behaviour very bed. I try to do complaint against this person but not getting.

Worst brand , worst customer care service, worst ac , less warranty, service partner are so rude , technician do not work properly,

3years ago I bought voltas ac after 1 day of installation their is sound coming from ac like very loud so we turn off ac and call customer care. After 6 months outdoor unit starts tripping, and from then ownwordslast 2.5 years Ac doesn't work properly, if we complain they only change condenser technician does know anything, and after 10 to 15 day of changing condenser ac again starts trippingand this issue is continue from last 2.5 year..Worst Ac , their Omkar Acfrom gajrola they do not talk properly if we complain about ac.. they only talk about money And chargesfrom last 2.5 year Ac does work properly trips down after 5 min , and same process repeat.

I use VOltas AC in my room and it's been 2 years.it has good customer service and very less maintenance cost

I have been using voltas AC since 2023 its the perfect one . It doesn't make any noise and cools the room too fast . Fully valued according to the price .

We are having a voltas AC and it went faulty in mar 2025. from that day we are following with voltas service centre but it is not repaired not responding to calls also. now we have bought daikin ac and we want to remove voltas from our room. even for that their executive is not coming. so dont dont dont dont buy voltas AC
