After going through the name and brand tata I have purchased this AC for a room having measurement of 11'11', now after an year of installation I have found several problems related to cooling, service and co-operation from employees of Tata voltas. Earlier I m using all the products of tata like car and all other products, but after personal experience I just suggest everyone to don't purchas any product of Tata. Every one purchase with the name of Sir TATA and swadishi product, but what I u ll not get comfort even after spending huge money. I personally looking to destroy this product after filing a court case against these responsible members.

Always cooling problems. In 1 months I complain 3 times than also issue was not solved by customer care of Voltas.

I had bough Voltas window AC in June'20 and since then it has leaked gas almost 5 times - means opened up 5 times .This season again it has leaked gas and now the technicians are saying the compressor has also leaked. Despite writing several mails to their customer care team - no response has ever come - not even theor top mgt is interested to resolve the complaint. Also, their technicians are asking for money to get it repaired.

NEVER EVER BUY A VOLTAS PRODUCT - HONEST RECOMMENDATION. #boycot voltas#

So this is a continuous practice. Even I raised a complaint in March 2023 and it's not redressed till 6 may 2023. They are not even able to find out what the fault is. Twice they came but of no use. I regret the day I decided to buy voltas ac. Service utter disappointing, poor and . Service technicians are not efficient, they sent some amateur person, who is not even able to find out what fault it us. He's blaming the voltage. But I checked with the help of builders . But voltage is correct. My advice to prospective buyers of Voltas AC is a big NOooooo. Don't buy any voltas products. Shameful absolutely disappointing.

My Voltas Split Inverter AC not working since April 17, 2023. Lodge a complaint but no reply from company side. Today is Arpil 27, 2023. But didn't hear anything from their side.

It is hell of experience to connect to the customer care, as you to call multiple time to get someone on call and they make false promises.

If you don't want to waste your time & money. Never go for Voltas AC.

AC Servicing of voltas is realy very bad.

When we registr a complant they even not respond to our problem. Whenever they come for Servicing we have to pay Service charge. Three four time they came but even the problem is still there. So friends beware

Noone came to install the Voltas split ac I purchased 2018.

When they did they said it could not be done.

Finally I got it installed locally.

Gas leakage and other issues last year. Had that repaired locally and same problem again this year. Worst decision to buy Voltas AC. I have two window ac of Samsung for the last 13 years, no problems only routine maintenance. One Voltas ac has made my life so cumbersome! I advise against this product.

It's good when it works but every year expensive maintenance is just not worth it.

We have puchased Voltas AC in March 2021 with assurance of 5 year warranty on Gas and Coil.

However it has been 7 days since we made the complain and no one is attending to it

The voltas product is of very poor quality. Especially after sale service is worst. No one is there to listen the grievance of the customers after their sold their product. I recommend everyone to not purchase Voltas split AC, otherwise you have to get it repaired at the starting of every summer season.

We have purchase Voltas inverter Ac and we have also taken AMC of Voltas. After two years period our Ac has invertor Circuite problem and agency Uniqu cool service of Surat take six month long period to replace the circuit. It is very harassment from agency that they have never replying proper time and date of repair. Again after period of three month Ac having problem of gas leakage and their person comes and said to fill gas on next day but till after period of 10 days they have not resolve my complain. Very unsatisfactory service. Never purchase Ac of Voltas due to such a poor s vice contractor though we have trust on tata product but service contractor is very much poor service

From day one of purchasing (Volta’s 1.5 ton split ac we are regretting. It’s the worst ac I’ve ever used. The cooling is so less. After servicing the cooling will be little better but after few days, will be back to square one again. How many time do I’ve to do servicing in a month. LG and Samsung are 1000 times better than this stupid Volta’s. Please don’t waste your time and money in Volta’s.
