I checked online websites and found very positives comments on this brand, so I chose to buy this. I ordered the AC and got set at my room in the month of July 2016. After weeks of use, the water is begin trickling from indoor unit. I never thought about this thing transpire. After multiple visits and repairs, the issue is still stay as is. Moreover, the cooling is not up to the mark. So, Never go for this brand.

I bought voltas window 1.5 ton ac with 2 star and I realise the cooling the very much good then my previous ac and it comes with 3 year of warranty service are also free at home it's not consume much electricity and over all I review the after sale service is good when I call to customer care they respond well.

Hello everybody

I am using voltas AC Dya 183 . It is excellant in performance. It never gives any wrong impression. It loaded with the facilities like timer off , Manger fan speed.and also it gives the light effect at night.

Some it has been heard that after dismantle and re install . AC's performance goes down. But it not happen with voltas AC. I hv to shift to my othet house. Even after the re installment. It gives nice performance.i recommend it to the all user to go with it if anybody planning for new AC.

Voltas Vertis 1.5 Ton-Rotary Compressor.A very good product and born from TATA technologies.i bought this product for thirty nine thousand before 2 years because rotary compressor usually increases the efficience of cooling and my uncle suggested voltas a good brand, starting it was good I liked it because in a few minutes it used to cool my bed room, but the service is too bad even though I had warranty there is no response from the service centres.in this nine months it is making some kind of noise and the cooling is taking much long time and also cosumed high energy . I preferred this brand because my father used to say Voltas was the oldest and best brand and in the time my uncle suggested,

Volt as is one of the Indian manufacturing company and is taking lead in field of air conditioner. I am also the user of the same brand. As per the name window, the window ac needs proper ventilation and space for its arrangement which can't be a big issue as we come to the look and its working. The estimated time of its compressor toh get started is 5 minutes and the cooling it give can only be expirienced, to there is a very minimal sound comes during operation. A sencor remote do comes along which help in the proper setting accordingly with temperature and fans arrangement. Totally cool cooling ac I would recommend all to get this product as services are too good.

Voltas ac very good cooling any people liked voltas ac   I bought this air conditioner and in warrenty period it cant take load then mcb trip down.

I am using Voltas A.C. for the last five years. My experience with the product is very satisfactory. I purchased this particular brand because of the reputation this brand name is having for the last so many years. Earlier we use the refrigerator of the same company and it performed very satisfactorily over the years.

This particular product is almost maintenance free therefore I recommend it strongly. The turbo feature in this model is an additional feature which no brand has. While running it makes very little sound as compare to other products of different companies., Therefore, I strongly recommend the product.

This is total very bad experience of using this A.C. cheap then other window a.c. but quality is very poor. also look is also just like local a.c buy from a local market.

Light consumption is too high. a.c does not cool the room even after on 16. very noisy. please dont buy this product.

Other wise u will be also cheat by voltas.  I have paid my half sellery in electricity bill from last two months. I saw voltas adds on boards and hearsd about its low price range thats why I buy it. please dont buy it.

I have purchased this air conditionar last year

cooling of ac is very good

Its timer system is also very good

It had no problem till now

&

But when it comes on electricity usage

$It becomes very expensive because it is not 5 star AC

It make high load on electricity meter

It is good for hall or big room because it is 1.5 ton

If u need an ac for simle small room you should go for 1 ton or as your choice

Build quality always differ between a higher and a lower price AC. But it would be really unfair that if we compare Voltas with O’General or Hitachi for build quality. Because for offering a product on lower price, there would be definitely a difference of quality. But it doesn’t mean that the quality they are offering is bad. The quality of there products is good and you won’t feel that your buying a lower priced air conditioner. However a premium feeling is missing which we get on higher priced ranged air conditioner only. The major difference of cost also impact compressor life as well. As per you usage, sometimes compressor can demand for servicing early for these and you may end up paying for refilling of it once in year or two.

I get it service every year and it is very low cost service as well as service center people are also available as soon as I have any problem with AC. I bought this air conditioner from voltas.when I was bought it was working fine for sometime. in next season it was making us problem in cooling.i called to customer care then they sent the person for service .after they check they ask that it gas is leaked then they go along with air conditioner.when they checked at home they said only need to fill the gas only.and they chrge only 1500 rs. after some days they come along with air conditioner. and one more thing.we call them daily for my air conditioner back they came back after a week or more.when they came back along with bill 3100 rs.they said if you will pay otherwise we will keep your ac with them.or owner of ther service center was so rude.

This ac is took high power, nad electric bill is to high minimum of

6000 per month so I sugest to take 5 star rating window ac

price is ok but maintanince is too high. room chills but in may month

I purchased the said ac from kohli electronics last month. While fitting it the mechanic hammerd the wind shield and disfigoured it. I complained to the dealer and also emailed to the Company service center but nothing is heard from both the end.i am amaged at the ineffecient behaviour of such a reputed brand like tatas. Hi everyone, I buy voltas 1.5 ton window AC 2 year back and installed by supplier withing 50 minute of door step delivery, Since I live in rented house & change home 2 times in two year & uninstall & install the AC easily. From Last two year not a single problem in this product even after transporting in rented homes. In my state the electricity cost is 3.5 rupees/unit & run the AC for approximate 11 hour daily & got electricity bill of 1000 only rather. Its perfect product & good value for money.
