I purchased a new Voltas AC on 5, November, 2017 on my name from a retailer's shop, Malik Cycle Works, Lodhi Road, New Delhi and same was installed at my another house I.e. House.No. 27, E Block, Roop Enclave, Near SBI Bank, Faridabad, Haryana-121001 in first month of March, 2018. We called at your customer service no. from(Anup Joshi- 9717944509) this no. and two technician were sent by you for the installation of the same AC.
That technician charged us Rs.2500 for installation, but due to their improper service or poor service, we observed that our new AC was not working properly.
Thereafter, we again called at your customer service and got registered once again our complaint.Then after a week, the same technician was sent by you, who after checking the AC, informed us that there is leak gas leak as the installation could not be done properly because I adjusted the copper wire nd charged us again Rs800 and filled the gas again.
But even after, twice the technician had visited, our AC is not doing cooling properly.
Then 3rd time, I again made a complaint on your customer service from the same no. Of M.R Anup Joshi-9717944509, and the technician Money kumar blocked our no. And it was assured by you that some Senior technician will visit us, but till date no one has come for visit.
There is a huge delay/improper and deficiency of service on your part and we are facing a big problem in this way.
Hence, we want refund of our money as there is no proper assistant on your part.Strict action may be taken against you.
