I have purchased 2 nos. Voltas 1.5 ton AC

(1) first AC compressor was missing motor and AC flap was damaged.

(2) Second AC was missing connection screw and damage flap and compressor.

The condition of AC to see as if it is used earlier.

So I have suggest everyone no purchase Voltas AC.

I purchased the Voltas Split AC 1.5 Ton a few months ago, and here's my honest review.

The after-sales support from Voltas has been moderate. While they do respond to queries and concerns, there's room for improvement in terms of promptness and resolution.

In terms of cooling performance, the AC does the job, but it's not exceptional. The cooling is okay, but the noise level is a bit higher than I expected. It's not excessively loud, but it's noticeable.

The look and feel of the AC are okay, but not impressive. The design is standard, and the build quality is average.

My biggest concern is the value for money. Considering the features and performance, I feel that the AC is slightly overpriced. There are other options in the market that offer better value for money.

Overall, the Voltas Split AC 1.5 Ton is an average product that gets the job done, but doesn't exceed expectations. If you're looking for a reliable AC with moderate features, this might be an option, but don't expect exceptional performance or value.

I am very disappointed with Voltas AC service. My AC was purchased in March 2024, and it came with two free services within the first year. However, I only received one service, and there was no clear communication about the second one.

I had to follow up myself, and even then, the response was delayed. This kind of service management is unacceptable. Voltas should improve its scheduling and customer service to ensure that promised services are delivered on time.

Worst service. They will close request saying number not answered. Will call from junk numbers. No message nothing. Costly. Without using we had to pay 5000rs. Copper pipe installed by their team...they say leakage and charge everytime for gas and pipe. Leave the wall with holes...no one answers nor agent nor customer care...worst pls don't buy

I had complaint for change of PCB of my newly purchased voltas split inverter five stars inverter AC one month back. But even after repeated reminders to voltas service centre it has not been done till date.

It's been the worst experience with this AC since the time I was bought. It's only 1.5 years old, and I have already spent nearly Rs. 10, 000 for service only. Every 2 months there is water leakage in my ac. It's very frustrating for me to call every time and book service and spend money. It's not a 5- to 10 year old ac. The service cost is very high. For gas refilling, I have spent Rs. 5, 000. It's too much... worst ac every in my life.

I took the ac in this year in the month of June. Suddenly it stopped cooling. I called the technician who really didn't know what he was doing. He just said that the filters needed to be cleant. I explained him that there is no cooling at all even the filters are removed. He was constantly calling someone. He left saying a technician will come in 10 days and parts to be removed. Don't know why they send such technician who don't have any knowledge.Neigbous are laughing saying hardly you'll installed it. Getting error in ac. Really not happy with the service given

In 3 months of time AC is not working...10days already passed issue not solved by service center. When I put mail even they blocked me.

Only use 10 to 15 days and coming problem in AC and till 2 month but not solves my ACs problem..

Very veryvpoor service now a days we things Tata is Good company but we didn't get service like TATA name..

I have purchase vottas 5 star AC in 2021 and they are not cooling in 2023 and finally i have refill the gas and Setivuce in may 2024 and after that i am getting lot of issue and not cooling, And no one can help from voltas side,

I bought Voltas 1.5 ton Inverter AC because it's a Tata product. But these people are looting customers now. I bought the AC at Rs. 29, 000 INR. Any the technician told me that PCB will cost around 15, 000 and compressor cost is another 15, 000 I. E. Total 30, 000. I am wondering is rest of the AC equipment are FREE. Don't buy Voltas AC guys.

I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton AC from Amazon and after 1 month it stop cooling, I raise a service request and they send two people for repair after 1 week means 1 week without AC in extreme hot April month

They repaired the damaged part and after 10 days same problem occur and now problem start occurring more frequently

I'm still living without AC after 7 repairs

Seriously buying Voltas AC is waste of money

I spend a total of 45k but still the AC is not working

7 repairs in 4 months

Because of the brand I preferred voltas ac, but the service is poor, after installation with 10days water leakage problem raised, the ser person said its a manufacturing defect we cannot do anthing, why the brand selling defected items to the customers I dnt no, bad experience with the AC & the service .
