AC is very good in quality and I really loved it. Because very fast cooling system in AC and no problem so far. It cools within 15 minutes. The service of this product is so good because when I purchased the technical staff has come to install the AC within 24 hours. Work well done by them. Design look is perfect and sound quality is very nice I don't find any noisy sound. This is a very good features which cool faster automatically rather than you controlling the fan speed in the middle of the night. Such a good product in this price. Overall I recommend this product for buying to everyone. Go for it.

I am using the voltas 1.5 ton rotary compressor for last three years but my experience with voltas ac is very bad. here I am explain each and every points that must noticed by me:-

• first of all, the service of this product is not good as much as srvices of other companies. the service is delayed every time.

  
  




• when I installed my voltas 1.5 ton Air conditioner its temprature never goes below 20degree. I complaint against this problem to the company but I did not get the solution of this problem.

I am using Voltas Vertis 1.5 Ton AC from last one year I am like this product, If go through its details its a window ac .It gives a better cooling inside the room and also maintain its temperature inside, Auto mode helps to use it more easily.But its create a noise while operating .which I don't like about it and it took some time to cool the room when I start it .High electricity consume, Its quality is good and also have good compressor life .But sometime its remote do not work properly. and also have some minor defects. But I think a good product in compare to price,

As compare to other brands, this a.c came at very reasonable price. Easy to use and operate. In the starting years, it runs very good and I do not have to spend any money on it.

Voltas has focused in the electornic(cooling) sector only and it has good brand value in the market. People have trust on this company. In my colony there is the problem of voltage its very low. Voltas ac available varieties of color in the market.only one time service required in a year.i think is one of the best ac for families.i suggest young generation to buy this products.

Hi, Voltas is very good brand in a.c and has a good reputation as a company. I bought Voltas Vertis 1.5 ton A.C 7 years ago. This literally chilled your room. As compare to other brands, this a.c came at very reasonable price. Easy to use and operate. In the starting years, it runs very good and I do not have to spend any money on it. But after 3 years, its compressor become faulty and I had to spend around 2500/- on it and after that a.c chills the room again. It is a good option to buy. Thank you.

I am impressed with the product. Our room is quite big, perhaps as much as a 1.5 Ton could potentially suit.AC does really well to keep it quite cool, and the air inside conditioned. The AC is literally noise free. The remote control is large.I could not notice any defect till now. It has elegant look. Cooling can feel in 5 minutes. I am happy with the set and also the service. The service person came with in three hours of purchase. I have not measured the current consumption yet. Overall performance of ac are very good.

Yes I have used in my leeco phone infrared feature for Volta's vertis but it didn't work as I am thinking its not good but yes on my Samsung air conditioner it works properly so Volta's have to develop good system so that iy can work properly.

Volta's vertis is in my bedroom so it is very difficult to keep its remote separately I never find it .

I buy this ac because my old ac was not working properly.

I like this ac more because the power consumption of this ac is less as compare to the other ac and also the service provided by the voltas is very good.

There are many others ac brands but I choose this brand because of the good service, economical price and less power consumption.

Wish I paid more heed to the negative reviews already there for this product. But the lightning sale was just too tempting, and I figured'how bad can it really be?" Bad decision. It's been pure and simple horrible! Its been 15 days since the purchase and I have not been able to use the AC even once. The first guy who came for the installation apparently left too much gas, causing ice formation in the indoor unit, which hence had to be kept switched off. 3 days later, someone came to resolve it, removed gas, and in the process not only made the AC completely non effective, but also broke the swing making it impossible for the flap to close. the call center rep assured me that he would get it checked on priority - but actually didn't note the problem at all! I just called up to ask the status of my complaint and have been pushed back a further 3 working days for resolution. Considering i've spent almost 40k of my hard earned cash on this piece of junk, I now wish I had gone with a tried and trusted brand instead. There is no escalation matrix, call center doesn't have a TL available for a chat, there are no mail ids to call, service center doesn't entertain calls - all you are left with is an ineffective call center rep, a text box to vent your frustrations online, and a broken AC. Hope you are stronger willed than I was - there are no free / discounted lunches, and if something is being sold at a heavy discount, it is quite likely that there is some problem with it.

I bought this ac in the month of April this year ( 2016) . Ac is pretty good and cools down the room in 10 mins. Very good performance so far and am very much satisfied. I ordered this on Amazon.in. ac do not have much of a sound while in run. Have got 2 free servicing along with this. Have got the first servicing done. Look is very classic with sleep and turbo function. It has got 3 stars on power savings . Since have started using have not seen much of a hike in my electricity bill which confirms that it's energy saving. If anyone looking for a ac in 1.5 ton I would recommend to go for Voltas 183 Dya.

I bought this Volta's ac last year and Dry first day m facing the problem in cooling . I called to the customer care number ask them to trouble shoot the problem. For few days it's working fine bJt after 2-3month m again facing the same problem so I decided to sell this. I am not happy with this Volta's ac. Only I can this is a worst air conditioner in my opinion.

I had bought a new Window 3* A.C since a month ago for My bed room.It is pretty good and the Cooling capacity is also not bad. It cool down the room approx. 10-15 minutes completely.Moreover the electricity consumption is also very good.!

Hi friends, each and every one knows that Voltas is an inseparable part of TATA Enterprise.

Greatest supplier of engineering products and textile appliance worship provider which named is TATA Enterprise. Naturally Voltas is a fine and super coolest ac I used it. You know from my experience to say that this ac is fast cooling and temperature not up down that is very useful.
