CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF POOR QUALITY & POOR SERVICE from India's most trusted brand Tata - Voltas AC.

I bought voltas 1.5 ton AC. OUTDOOR UNIT PCB ERROR (E6) problem arises in just 2 months. After followups with customer service, there are couple of visits from service centre to confirm PCB problem. I asked them, when can I expect replacement with new PCB, answer from their authorised service centre is 'we place order, we don't know when the PCB arrives'.

So, this is how it works

Buy a voltas AC

Keep following up with customer care for service incase of problem

Multiple Service engineers visit n confirm the same prob.

Then wait for unknown time for replacement product.

I will share my review about this product. I wanted to tell that this was very best and affordable for my to buy this AC. It has a great performance, good quality, serene cooling and sound.

There is no doubt about it that this is very good AC. Its cooling and performance all are really good and excellent. I also want to say that it is very cost effective and really a good product for every middle class man.

Recently i bought 3 1.5 ton split voltas a/c in Trichy. Only one ac was fixed on time and they were dragging the installation of 2 more for a week. My bad time one of them had an issue . After 7 working days the service technician called and enquired the status. Even though the Ac is good if you are at comfortzone and you can wait until they respond then go for it other wise you will have a tough time

Very good inverter AC, value for money and great service support from Voltas engineers(chiltech) Alapuzha, Kerala. We had a previous AC also from Voltas, more than 10 years old - still very good performance.

I bought 3(2 AC & 1 Refrigerator) products but both of them turn out to be rubbish, broken and poor products, and if you complain, then no action is taken, the shop owner tells the customer care to complain and the customer care sends it to the distributor but no one complains No one does the work of solving, just keep making them crazy

My brother Mr. Munna Ansari.. Who is ward councillor of our area too.. have purchased AC of voltas from KRISHNA.. Darbhanga... After 10 days it stopped working... I have called at least 15 times in your customer care... They told me.. Wait for 4 to 7 days... It will be resolved... But now 15 days crossed and no response is there from your side... Now when I called today.. They are taking like a illiterate person without any manners... How can be this type of person will be tolerated by Voltas..... You will tolerate but i will never... This is very shameful and mean attitude towards customer... Now I am giving you the time.. 7 days... In between these 7 days... If my problem is not solved.. Then I will go to consumer forum and all the cheap... Shameful.. And ghatiya face of so called great VOLTAS... Will pe viral on all social media... You can check our followers on social media... We are not happy by purchasing the voltas split AC as issue with compressor. Not so much cooling. It takes too much time to up the compressor.

I purchased newAc from Bajaj Electronics 1.5 ton Voltas this year March 2022. Within one month I got issue of cooling.Then technician came and repaired it as there was Gas leakage . This was due to bad installation of Voltas technicians. After that again within one month got issue of not cooling.technician came and taken coilinside outdoor unit and told will replace it. Also the technicians of Voltas are harsh and irresponsible. I was deceived by this Bajaj Electronics., panjagutta, Hyderabad. It was a ver bad choice. Iam derply sufferring as i have invested 45000 Rs.Please don't purchase voltas Ac's. Their product quality and servicing is very bad

I have purchased voltas. 1.5 ton AC in April 2022 after 1 week of purchased it's cooling quality become very poor also it's lower flap become very noisy while swinged I complain regarding the same technician came after 13 to 14 days giving reason we have load due to summer. Technician was very much harsh while talking also very unsupportive told us for new flap replacement it's been more then 15 days today no replacement has been done yet also no response we are getting from their side.Voltas service department is very poor. It's totally wastage of my money we are really suffering since the time of purchased. Wrong decision we made by choosing Voltas. Pathetic Experience neve recommend others to buy voltas products.

Bought voltas AC a month ago and it stopped working. The compressor has stopped working. The PCB has gone bad. How can a new ac go bad. These are manufacturing defects.

It's been one week no one is willing to fix the problem.

Ratan Tata is a fraud. So many of his products are failure.

Tata Nano... failed.

Tata sumo - it's a truck. Pathetic product again

Tata voltas- is he doing anything to fix these manufacturing defects. .... NO.

Because of tata brand, i trusted and bought but it's cheating and betrayal. I have never seen such a worst product service. This is the worst experience of my life. Worst product ever they don't deserve one star ..zero product service and negative rating..

I had purchased voltas 1.5 ton inverter Split ac on 22/04/2022 , but after 6 days of my purchase its Indoor PCB was not working and showing error (EE) on display.

I raised a complaint against the problem on 29/04/2022 and your technician visited on 30/04/2022 and said that AC Indoor PCB is damaged .

My service request number is - 22042937568

Today is 14/05/2022 but still there is no response from your side for my complaint. Already 15 days have passed and there is no revert from your side.

I didn't receive any call from voltas to solve my issue.

The worst service from voltas and I didn't expect this from your side .

Either you Please resolve my issue or replace my AC.

SOLVE MY ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Waiting for your reply.

Service is too bad they don't co-operate at all and delay alot.

In the starting phase they used to come within hours but now they take 2 to 3 days by giving bullshit reasons.
