Voltas 183 Cya 1.5 Ton Split

I made a blunder by deciding to buy a Volta’s AC just to save couple of thousands buck. The AC start leaking gas within a month and the technicians couldn’t even fix it for 2 weeks and they were reluctant to replace with a new one. I had to sell the AC with loss and bought another company AC. My advise is not to go for Voltas. Pay couple of more thousand to buy a better quality product. The Bhubaneswar customer service is the worst of them.

The staff doesn’t know how to behave. And after service my new ac started leaking water from indoor unit.

Bunch of idiots they hired in raipur for service. Never buy this cheap ac.

Service after sale is very very bad. Service persons have no idea about the product. They give foolish explanations for defect of a prodect. They are not willing to replace the defective product. I buy a A 1tone AC within one year. This AC begins to make a Foo Foo sound during working and air through became disturbed

. but they cannot rectify it. Totaly waste service. Think twice before buy it.

Never buy this AC. They will spoil your AC & you will lose money & end up paying additional 10, 000 rupees extra on repair which will anyways go waste with highly skilled talented technicians they send you, they will end up spoiling your AC without any temperature control & later on questioning found that they dont have experience with inverter AC but were just experimenting with it & I had to bear the cost for their experiment learning

I had bought ac in 2021 and used only for 3 seasons.It has failure of PCB. now service is worst as still my ac is not repaired from last 15 days.

So, TATA Voltas is not India’s no 1 brand and getting repairs with cost od 16K within 3 years is worst. So be cautious while buying as company knows Inverter AC’s has some PCB failures and still not covered under warranty.

The worst service experience. AC is worth using only for one yr as they provide warrenty. since they knw their product quality will work only for a year. My AC is 1 yr 1month old now the board inside is not working they r charging 8k .. just for a home visit they r charging 500 no proper support from customer care to a guy name pradeep jain from Mumbai voltas customer care is asking me why did I buy their product this is how customer care works..

Koi response nhi h.. Company walo ki taraf se..

Veri bad experience... Me kisi ko bhi recommend nhi karunga ki volage ka koi b saman khaeede.

Ok. Voltas air conditioning AC had minor problems in few products. But they can be rectified. Company should take care in quality.

I have raised a request for free service later I have faced many issue since the service person and manager both don't have much idea about service they just take money form customer without giving the good service.

This AC comes with some Problem only. Their Engineer also don't install it correctly. You just need to followup and requesting them to come and visit until you die.

If you have lot of money to waste then think to buy voltas ac , first indeterminate problem you will face after buying is to installed the ac.when they will come there speed will impress you, after a month ac problem will make you think why I had buy voltas.after somedays you will get a great gift of problem.when you will go to ask for after sell service your time will come after a month or more, in my case I had buyed my ac on 18th April it was installed on 10th may and i faced problems from 12th June and my ac saw E1 problem on 25th June, after I had completed they had come to see it on 5th July and till today on 8th August they had not solved my problem after writing 7 mail they still not respond.after reading review I had buyed because I love tata .but now there staff are only thinking to blame the company.

I have bought many ACs in my lifetime but never had such bad experience I am having as with Voltas Split AC 1.5 ton. The machine is not even 1 year old, an does not even cool 40% of what is should for last 2 months. On 3rd June I called them to service it and cleaned the frontside. It worked better for sometime(about 75%) and is now back to 40% again within 2 months. I lodged a complaint and today they visited and now telling me it has to be cleaned from the outside(was reading other feedbacks and this seems to be their routine feedback for all complaints). And for that they will charge Rs. 900 and it may be even more(they will send a quote), but even then they cannot guarantee it will work. Never buy this AC!

I bought Voltas 1.5 ton ac 2 months ago . Suddenly AC stopped working and showing E2 error on AC display

. I talked to customer care I lodged my complaint and engineer visit after 3 days check my ac and said we need to clean the outdoor and you have to pay 900 plus 18% Tax I asked why I have to pay this is under warranty you have to pay otherwise I will not resolve your issue , after that I talked to customer he said this is not in my hand service center will resolve this issue and customer care also said no you don’t have to pay any amount your ac under warranty. But service center said if you will not pay we will not resolve your issue …literally I hate Voltas never recommend anyone ever…

Voltas Split Ac 1.5 Ton is a best air conditioner in this price range because it can cool your room with 15 minutes and give you a good experience of having an AC.

Lets talk about the size. The size of this Air Conditioner is standard and the outer look of this product is premium.. I'm just in love with this

Worst ever experience ............very bad....there own company man damaged my product.....then gas leakage problem started and no bother shown by company .....just asking for money for every visit

.....my personal worst decesion to buy Voltas product ....just 1.5 yrs back i bought this product and this happen.....don't buy
