Voltas is the best air conditoner product which I had buyed. I brought it in summer it is very good and cooling a.c. my 2bhk flat is full of voltas product. my whole family like this product thnaks voltas for my this kind of ac. cheaper rate. family is satisfied with it. sound makes very less always silent cooling at 45c. love it

Voltas Air conditioners got applause all over in India. India's top leading brand in ACs. I am using this ACs for 3 years. It does sound while working which is most important in splits ACs. It's electricity saving capacity is very effective that I see the results in my electricity bills. I heard that VOLTAS use Japanese technology in their ACs. I think that's why it's cooling capacity is very effective in extremely hot weather. Easy to get services from customer cares for all support. I like this product and give a thumbs up to it.

Hello everyone I am to share my experience about voltas 102 px 0.5 ton and 1.5 ton one star window and split AC. This is one of the amazing air conditioner at cheap price. Its cooling system is really nice . It is very relible to us . It does not make any sound pollution while performing . Main point it that it takes a less amount of electricity thats means we don't have take tension about our bills. I am really satisfied by this air conditioner this is one of my favorite . I recommend you all for this, try at least one time.

Hii guys , I want to share my opnion about this product with you , and want to say that , this product is not so good as my own expectation . cooling compressure of this product becomes dead after a few months from the purchasing , and sound is also not good , this air conditioner take high woltage to run . there are many more air conditioner which is better than this one . coustomer care and service centre of this product is loose . so that's way I do not reccomend you to buy tbis product . bad product I dont like it .

Voltas is one of the oldest name in air conditioners manufacturers. Voltas is one of the part of the TATA Enterprise and is one of the largest supplier of engineering products and service provider for textile machinery as well. Voltas air conditioners company has head office at Mumbai and various regional offices in many respective states.

I had purchased a 1.5 TON Split AC on 2nd January 2013 from Great Eastern Trading Company, Kolkata.

On 12th August 2018 in the afternoon when we switched on the AC, it was running but the room was not cooling at all.

Therefore we launched a complain. This is attended by Service Centre "Cool Care, 21 Jadu Mitra Lane, Kolkata 700004". The technician had reported that there is Gas leakage and the Condenser is damaged and other parts are ok. If he fills up Gas without repairing Condenser there is again a chance of Gas leakage. Therefore he suggests to change Condenser with new one and gas refilling with a cost of Rs.7500.

Once the Condenser is changed and Gas is filled up, then AC has started cooling the room. Then after 5 minutes the AC has stopped. And it had repeated for 3 times.

Next day one other technician had come. He first said it is a capacitor issue and replaced it. After that the same issue remains. Then they took the outdoor unit to service centre again and reported that Compressure is also damaged and that replacement will cost Rs.12000 more.

I have two major concerns in this regard.

a) When the AC is first checked the technician had reported the issue of Gas leakage and Condenser only. And the AC was working only it was not able to cool the room. How the compressure got damaged just after Condenser replacement? Is the service center have changed the Compressure with a defective one? Why the service centre have not intimated me about all the issues at one go? I request you to check workings of the service center "Cool Care" immediately.

b) If I assume this is just a co-incidence that compressure is damaged at the time when AC is restarted after condenser replacement, then I must say that I am totally disappointed about this product. If just after domestic use(not more than 7 hours maximum in summer time) for 5 year and 7 months, the Condenser and Compressure both are damaged at same time, then this product is far behind than all other reputed brands.

I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by the service centre and also with the product itself.

I purchased VOLTAS 1.5 ton split ac and having great experience. very satisfied with the product. the compressor is upto mark and cools very fast. it has consumed so less units since the day I bought it. the customer care service is so good that the service boy came the same day of purchase for installation. the price is also very economical and I have been using this since 2012 and never experienced any issue relating to anything the product is worth purchasing . #bestac #bestcooling #best brand

Hlo everyone I goona share my perosonal experience about voltas vertis 1.5 ton. This is one of the greatb product from voltas its completely value for money easy to install and handle. Main thing with Air conditioner is that is takes only less amount of electricity so don't have to take tension about your electricity bills.Also its not makes any kind of sound while functioning as compared to others. I am completely satisfied by this product. I recommend you guys this product go for it.Try at least one time.

It's a very nice product. I have been using from 1 year now also it's very good working. Electrify bill is also not too much per month. Its a electricity saver. Very fast cooling and too much cooling. First 3 minutes it take to start compressor then when it get on room temperature compressor automatically off and when room become hotter then compressor restart and again start cooling. It's very awesome product I am very happy to use it.

Hello Friends, Today I want to share my experience of voltas 183 SY. Ac weight is 1.5 ton and cooling is best for us this ac. This Ac has no zero noise and cool sound. This Ac model is 2018. This ac purchase by online also.

No cost EMI. I bought this ac then I gave me cash back from paytm mall. This compressor has no noise and smooth sound.

This cooling capcity is very good. Voltas is one of the best air conditioner. This is 100 percentage copper and its warranty is Five Years.

It's been an year now, I have made many companies stating that the voltas split ac 1.5 ton I have bought from great eastern Queens road showroom is Not working efficiently however there's no hearing at all.

I have mechanic from voltas, great eastern, managers area manager almost everyone about this issue But everyone who visits have different things to understand and manipulate.but no outcome.

THis machine is so bad that even after running it at 18 it works like placed on 30 . Feels like only fan is running.

All of them being together make silly excuses to clarify and justify their part without understanding the coNsumers issue that we have paid the while amount and still being an year this machine is Not working.

Jaipur area manager Volta's manager showroom manager everyone has there personal excuse to safeguard themselves but no one agrees that machine is defective which is the reality.

People involved in this are great eastern Queens road showroom from where the ac was bought. Manager and employees are all aware.

I bought Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 star split air conditioner(183 SY) 2018 model from Paytm Mall App on 27th April at the cost of 32, 486 also I got 4223 additional cash back using promo code OFFER13. While checkout I opted payment method as 6 month No cost EMI using Kotak Bank Credit card becoz Kotak bank was giving additional cash back of 10% even on No Cost EMI Options.

In this way I took great advantage of this offer and good quality air conditioner I purchased only in(32486-4223(paytm Cash back - 3000(Kotak Max Cash back) 25, 263 rupees.

Paytm delivered my order on next day only and installation was done after 2 days by Voltas engineer and they charged my 599 rupees.

So overall it was a good experience, My AC is working fine its cooling is perfect, and built quality and design is awesome.

Selling fault AC and even service centre representatives also behaving very bad. I have never saw such AC without cooling effect and to repair this more than 21 technician but none of them know the root cause. Without knowing the root cause asked us to change the position of AC then you will get cooling effect but still no effect after that. They just making customer fool its better to go for other AC which consume less electricity as well. Totally disappointed with tata services, being tata employee I would like to give such bad feedback about this. I request please sell good product as well knowledgeable technician, bcoz when they installed first time the water started getting fall inside the room. I would suggest better go for other AC, since after 12th visit of technician and waited more than 1 month we have raised police complaint.

I am using this AC since 2 months. This AC has now zero noise and cool sound. It seems the company has worked on it a lot to make it more appealing.

There is a variety of option that can be controlled by your remote. As per company this is fully copper based and with warranty of 5 years along with free services. . I am highly satisfied with this product. The service is also good. Technicians are well trained. I am highly satisfied with the product and would recommend this product.

Voltas air conditioners is a best. About service they have to be improve in voltas company.

Voltas air conditioners have many feature like time mode, dry mode, cool mode fan mode, swing mode and automatically switch on or off mode.

About cooling it best air conditioner ever I have seen in my life .

Voltas company I think so it has to be improvement.

I bought the Voltas 1.5 ton AC a month back that has 5 years warranty from Bajaj Electronics, Nizampet. Since they are installed at my home there are problems. The water is draining out with the ice. I have raised the complaint multiple times but there is no use as technical team blames on each other as well blames on company and the product. I strongly suggest and recommend NOT to go for the products of this company. The help desk team doesn't carry any process, they don't take care of customer complaints, they don't ask the customer if the problem is being attended and closed. I haven't seen such a reckless company in my past.

Hai friends I wish to post my review about Voltas 18VLY split AC.

As I bought just 11 days before I put my experience of having it. The compressor has no more noise & smooth sound.

There has wide range of temperature & mode variants that can be controlled easily by remote.The filters can be cleaned by us simply.

I love its cooling pickup. Because in my workplace I have seen other brand similar to this capacity. Sometimes it cause too late for ON even the stabiliser had equipped

But this Ac doesn't makes me so like that. Its my good credit for valuable money spend in this brand.

The Company gives 5 years warranty. Even though it is an inverter AC. It could be better to use with stabiliser for uninterrupted performance. This will increase the air conditioner life.

My overall expectations fulfilled by TATA thanks a lot.

Hi Everyone, today I want to share my review about Voltas Split AC 1.5 Ton Inverter AC. I got it from my brother in law 1 years ago. Its cooling capacity is very good. And it dose not over sound it means it does not annoy me. The customer service is not so good. I have a problem in cooling capacity in last 5 month. But they are not considered my problem. But looking to overall its good. Also its called value for money. Because its Reliable and satisfactory for us.

I bought this AC about a month ago and I am very happy with its performance. The 1.5 ton Vertis Plus split air conditioner by voltas is one of the best air conditioners in its category. It delivers superior cooling performance with many other enhanced additional features like high capacity anti-dust filters and many more. It has a very stylish and sleek silver body which is very attractive and creative. It has a special feature that is its front panel is detachable. It has an auto restart functionality which takes its performance to another level.

It contains an LCD display which shows the different modes and temperature of AC. it has a sleep mode which is specially designed for the efficient night usage. Its cooling is very steady and good and it has several cooling modes to enhance its cooling. It is also very quiet and thus very comfortable for me at nights and also during the day when I am trying to focus on my work. after using it for a month I can surely say that it is very reliable and I haven't encountered any problem in it till now and thus I can say, its performance is marvelous.

I am very satisfied with its performance and overwhelmed by its features. I completely got the service and comfort which I expected from this AC and literally feels that I have spent my money on the right product. I am very happy with its performance and thus would recommend everyone to buy this AC as it would give you the best comfort with no tension.

I have bought this AC 3years ago but every year this AC has a problem of gas leakage. I have complained it many times and even voltas company mechanic came and check that AC and said that it don't have problem but I think it has gass leakage problem. 6 year ago we have bought lg AC but it does not have any issue we have only inserted the gas. Twice but in that AC we have done thrice in continuous 3 year and this is not problem with us this is problem with my neighbour and my family member also , many of them has faced the same problem

As I have observed that it has Aluminium foil which is bit weaker than copper foil that's why a little hit can create a lot damage .
