Voltas 183 Cya 1.5 Ton Split

Just been 20-25 days since we bought the split AC from Voltas and it's already not working.. and the customer service sucks so badly that the employee we talked to about the problem knows nothing but "the technician will visit your place in 48 hours" and it's already been 2 days since we submit our complaint and ask for technician but he's nowhere to be find. It took them less than 2 hours to come at our place to fix the AC when we bought it but it's taking them more than 2 days to repair it, like are you kidding me.

Disturbed nights with the swing blades making a continuous noise. The service is pathetic. Technician will come after 3 days. Worst company. Customers avoid voltas AC.

Very good product and running since 2014, no any issue for running 8 year, Now out door compersior was leakage and requested to Service department for providing me New Out-door on Payment basis after that there are not ready to providing me New out door part and service, it way of service,

Just bought about a year ago. Never experienced such a worst electronic product VOLTAS. As per policy, 2 free service is there. But never received any service call till date. Because of Tata brand, I trusted and bought but its cheating and betrayal. Kindly do not buy Voltas brand. You will repent for sure. Poor helpline support

The worst AC i have ever seen not cooling the room customer care checked the ac and said it is ok but the ac is not cooling even the small room i would say not to buy the ac waste of money

There will be no cooling after 6months and when u will call the company they will take 10days to take action or to send the technician

It's very bad , some other companies are better than Voltas

Hopeless after sales service. Claim extended warranty for five more years if you take paid service twice each year for four years. When I completed three services now they say that your AC is not registered so that cannot be counted while the dealer confirmed that he had registered on purchase.

Such poor after sales response. Strongly don't recommend voltas ACs

We purchased Voltas Split AC 1.5 Ton during one week before. We are highly disappointed with the service quality given by them considering the fact that none of the service executive came for the demonstration. We will never recommend anyone for Voltas who really are not bothered about their customers. We will wait for two days more and move to consumer complaints department

Please dont get any service or repair done from Voltas. They will fool you and cheat you. I had multiple experiences where they took advance money for repair of AC and did not repair. Their technicians are liars and their support system is pathetic. Complete NO NO to their services.

AC is good but the technicians are very lazy because its been 8 days since I purchased the AC and still there is no technician visited for installation. I called them, asked Voltas customer care to send but there is no response. The manager of the Bajaj electronics showroom shared my contact to one the Voltas AC installation lead. He called me and demanded extra charges and sent 2 technicians who are not Voltas executives and they came with a polythene containing lots of Gutka's (tobacco) and put these stuffs on the bed freely and behaved like VIPs and very soon they denied the work by saying it contains risk to place compressor. Tell me one thing, most of the compressors are placed near balconies or outside of the windows. Why its so challenging for them to do so? Even after taking extra money. Pathetic service...

I have raised complaint from 12 days but no one come till today coustomer service are horrible product are not good as well after 10month we are facing lots of problems and it’s mine promise I’ll never use any kind of product to voltas and I’ll recommend to all don’t use any product to voltas

Voltas product service is very poorly.

No purchase in any costemer voltas product.

My new ac purchase in 1 month and complain in costomercare. 3 working day is running not comes in voltas product employee in my home.

Ac is not cooling complain.

I bought this in 2018 and within a year and half my stabilizer stopped working... then i bought a new stabilizer and now after another year my ac stopped cooling as cooling coil is leaking...i have been asked to replace cooling coil for 4400 .. and gas charges 2600 and visit charges 600 so total expense of 7600 in 4 years plus 2400 for stabilizer....engineer visit is 600 rs and retailer modern HVAC solutions in South ex 2 never picks up the phone... on top of it voltas keeps in calling on my mobile and keeps on asking for good feedback .... never buy voltas ac...i

Agar aap summer mein Voltas AC use karna chahte ho to winter se hi tayari karni hogi nahi to garmi mein AC kaa hawa to Milne se raha, kyunki garmi on VOLTAS AC gone.
