Voltas 155CY 1.2 Ton 5star split AC is good . it is best for small rooms . its price is very competitive to market.it is easy to use. Voltas service is very very good .The power consumption is also very low and also the electricity bill be less.the remote control is easy to use and no anyuseless features is provided . I prefer to select red color. all my family is using Voltas AC due to is cost and less electricity bill.

The service and the support given by the company is really awesome.But the product is not worth of 24000.The cooling system is god but it generates a small noise, it also provides warm air during cold condition.It has a varantee of 2 years.The quality of the product is really good.Eventough I am not fully satisfied with the product because the cost is high.Often service is required for the air filter.

As you all know that it is a very trusted company makes AC from long time with personal experience today I give my review on this CY series of voltas 1.2 Ac . This Ac comes in Two packages their is one main unit and one outer unit. the main unit contains split, one mounting stand, remote control, warranty card and manuals. Its a five star star AC and has 1.2 ton of capacity and its weight is arround 12 kg. second unit contains the outer unit which is also very heavy and big it comes with 3 metres of copper wire and an aluminium fin and 3.5 metres of connecting wires which is of good quality. It also have copper to copper connection but the drawback is it does not comes with any drain pypes, but thats ok guys the product will satisfy you with its cooling but beware of room area too because it of 1.2 ton only which can only satisfy arround 150 sqft of area. so thank you guys

Voltas is famous because of its low priced AC’s and has more sales on middle class category of consumers. They had a kind of monopoly for a long time run in Indian markets until other manufacturers also jumped in market since 1 or 2 decades years back. Voltas offers basic functions in their air conditioners and are not much full of features like Hitachi offers. These are like AC’s just like O’General which also doesn’t offer much features in there air conditioners

but split ac dont sound and quality is best from any other company in india

Both the service and performance is good. Really it is good brand of AC. Low maintenance and budgetary product. Scene no complain or maintenance required till now after use of 3 years. Though Installation is late but not bad.In this price the specific model is value for money. In the market rate also varied. If wish to buy please price compare at different showroom and then buy. We have bought this AC at our office 6 months back the services is too good because we get lesser bill in comparison with other brands.

It cools our office instantly and the best part is there is no sound at all the best thing which you want while you work.

I say its good quality because from the day one there is no change in service and in product at all and we never found any issues till date that is the best part of it.

I think it is a value for money simply because the A/C of the VOLTAS brand which we get is very less in price in comparison with any other brand and the service and quality which we get from this brand is unmatchable.

It's really a "High Performance" "5 Star" AC, But since it's an electronic product, it does have some negative points which will help you to understand the good as well as bad features of this product.

I got the AC in very good packaging from snapdeal. However after I called the Voltas technician for the installation(extra cost) to my utter amazement the AC compressor got heated up and did not start. After a lot of technical checks(like capacitor, current, etc.) they found the root cause the external unit's fan was touching the body and hence was not rotating, because of which the compressor was heated and did not start. Since I had to get the AC started immediately due to summer heat, they had to cut the blade tips(as its made of plastic) to ensure that it does not touch the units body. If this was the case had I bought it from a local dealer it would have been replaced immediately.

Voltas company is famous for its Services in the eorld because it is providing best product Hi I Have Purchased Same AC last Year Its performance was awesome and cooling was good and its remote was also user friendly . 5 star was very energy saving it almost used 1 unit for 45 min . Its CHILLED my room approx 30 min and after that you can also put shut down after chilling. my room size is 10*13 ft2 its is ideally for this room.awesome ac must purchased onother one.

I have brougt this ac a time ago and found this ac very relaible. Many of my relatives have also brought this ac and were fully satisfied I am also the one who is satisfeid with this product. But its sound should be reduced a bit. But other than that it is very good and most probably reliability has name of voltas.

I bought this AC on October 6th, delivery was on 10th October. The AC is very good in cooling with 5 star rating. I refer you all to buy this AC.

Pros:

1) Having 5 star, so electricity bill is less as compare to others.

2) Cooling is so quick even in 150 sq ft room.

Cons:

1) Its having copper pipe, not copper condensor.(Just for clarification to new users) Copper condensor is require only if you are very near to sea. Else its ok with non-copper condensor.

I bought Voltas 155CY 1.2 Ton 5 Star Split AC from SnapDeal 8 months before.

Ac is quite cool with power and cooling.

Pros:-

1. I am using the voltas ac from last 5 years and It was quite durable as comparable with others ac's in the market.

   
   




2. It is strong and sturdy with pure white colour plastic fiber body without any unwanted design or design plated stripe, which looks good, nice, and unique.

   
   

3.It feels pleasant, premium and rich in color with luster and shine. So it suits on any background. This also helps in identifying dirt/dust spots on the unit.

1. It is compact, easy to use[at low-light/night also] and hold. Has fluorescent buttons on it, so visible in dark.

5.Having 5 star, so electricity bill as compare to others.

1. Colling is so quick even in 150 sq ft room.

7.5+1 year Warranty.

Cons:

1. Its having copper pipe, not copper condensor. Copper condensor is require only if you are very near to sea. Else its ok with non-copper condensor.

Overall it's durable and power-efficient, definitely one who uses never go for others.

Hi friends lets talk about ac today as we are using voltas ac from more then 8 years and friends I must say I m so happy and satisfied yaar as its require less service in one year because many other ac are require three to four service in year but voltas does not and infact many time I forgot to do service one time also hehehehe I m so lazy but voltas ac never disappoint me that time also and provide cooling continue so I recommened every one before purchasing any other ac plz look voltas one time

3 years back I brought a voltas AC and after 2 month it got repaired and after that again it does not work properly. So many services they replace it with a new AC and again it dose not work properly.

I am faceing few problems after 2 or 3 months.

1. Its alwayes did a noice but it not like a splite AC. Its sound is too loude.

   
   




2. It cant cool properly. Its not like outher AC.

   
   

I had done a complain to voltas. After few days technician wes come at my home and done what ever need. But after one week we face same problems. And it not stop after change new one.

Loved the product .the best product from the Tata company which gives a fast cooling service wit a auto mode also it switches about to 16'c to 32'c .and the best part is remort system of this is very fast and smooth loved the product can recommend to my friends and family . It appears like I had purchased a piece of crap.!

Yes guys you heard me absolutely right.

Its been 8 months since I m using this STEEL BOX.

and now I want to get rid off this crap.!

Coming straight toh the topics: -

1.Cooling is like a middle low category type air blower or cooler.it did not even cool like a air conditioner.

2.Service is like a formaltiy.thats all.

Compane men come and wash this box, apply some dry brush on the radiator and then after noting down the problem.there answer is like dont worry sir we will do our best and then lost.

3.Tripping is very flactuate even after good voltage it keeps tripping which inturn effects the cooling.

4.Washing machine type sound.although splits are mostly silent but mine one is like a washing machine. So guys.dont buy this otherwose you wil suffer too.likewise I m suffering.so better to spend your many on something else.!

I like it as it is a low cunsumer of electricity and price is also ok as it is a 5 star ac the compresser makes a little noise as it is been started cooling part is good as it is fitted in my bedroom and my bedroom is little smaller so its cooling is superb.

Over all expireince with is good .as I said it is a low power consuming ac and as we know split ac consumes more electricity but its worng when it come to my ac . good ac voltas has made I liked it features too.
