Its a really nice product, its been 2 years scince I using these AC, its 5take minimum time to cooling. The price and the quality of the product is very good,The service has provided by the company its good to see.i have been using these product from last two years and I havn't find any issue to use it.also service center are easily available and big city and small city .so dear friend please go for it without thinkink much.

Voltas 155 is very good air-condition in my office is this air-condition its working good no any complain .voltas is quality product company each and every voltas products is very good and in a very reasonable price . service of voltas is very good workers will comes in a single call for service . this air-condition is very good for small room and its takes very low electricity consumption means this air-condition will fits in budget air-condition .

Voltas is a very good product and customer support service is too good  its my personal experience becuase at my home I also use voltas air any time when we need a service just one call and they come over same day its unbliveble few months ago I call to service my air after service I feel my air littel bit noicy and I call again to service center and tell about the same problem they told me ok they will recheck again and I see they come back same day and fix to my aircorn I am very surprized and very appreciate to great service.

It is an average product of Voltas of 1.2 ton and 2 star rating. Voltas is named in top 3 brands and the service and care of voltas is very good. but this ac is an average product. need washing in 2 weeks. the room will get cooled in atleast 3-4 hours. so this is and average product. it consumes very high electricity. it is only 50% value for money. the good quality made product but cools very slowly. I suggest not to buy this

Hi my friends and All the Mouthshut User,

To evaluate this product I can say that I was pretty much satisfied with the product design and the outlook but the AC was reasonable for me.

Its mechanical build up was good and the cooling strength was strong enough to make my hot day feel mild.

I bought it for around 200 Euro so the price was reasonable and the quality and guarantee was awesome.

To talk about its negative aspect, I felt it was a bit kind of noisy and making sound as I felt personally could be better.

Other wist the product stand in the recommendation line.

Whenever we talk about ac the first thing come in my mind is voltas ac. They are very smart and gives good coolong even in very hot days. They are electricity saving and very economical.They make the surrounding very cool and fresh. These ac's are having auto wheather mode which adjusts the temperature according to the external environment. . So I suggest every one to with the voltas ac as compare to other.

I purchased this product with good hope n prospect but it didn't met my expectation fully. I purchased the Voltas 1.2 Ton 5 star 155 CY Split Air-Conditioner on 28th April 2016. This was a gift for my parents to beat the summer heat. The summer is over but my painful ordeal is not. I was told Voltas product is good but service is horrible, I should have listened them.

• The AC delivered on 4th May.

• My trouble started to get the Voltas installation person to arrive home. After 5 days of non-stop calling the careless customer care, I realized that they would not come.

• Without a choice I reached out to a local vendor and got my ACs installed

• Immediately we realized that the AC gets switched off within 5 minutes, irrespective of the Temperature set, the installation guy asked me to contact Voltas service and left.

• I registered a complaint – Complaint number 16051013896

• As of now 16th May, my AC still is still dysfunctional. They assure a 24 working hour service. I have followed up with the customer care 4 times to hear the routine lines.

I still can’t comment on the quality of the AS as it not working. But if you think installation and service is not a major reason to choose, welcome to my club. This opinion has been echoed by several people who choose Voltas depending on the TATA brand value and end up being frustrated like me. Only the cold air from the AC can cool the fire in my butt, but don’t know when that’s going to happen.

Today,I completed one year with VOLTAS 155CY 1.2 Ton 5star Split ac,I purchase this last year with 27,500 Rs,It covers a terrible summer successfully,I got 2free service from VOLTAS,and they are very quick in response but their maintenance staff are not so knowledgeable,They only know how to remove dust from system,For my next paid service I will definitely take care of this point to VOLTAS authority that they please send someone who can properly understand my question and reply as well.

Cooling is really very nice,Within a very few minutes my room which is 14/12" in length got cold and till their is no sound come from my ac.Quality of this ac is very good so far and I just change remote battery once in this last year only.I supposed to change it's gas within few months.As a cooper wire we used this for 7/8 hours a day long in our room without not much of electricity bill.

Finally as a 1year user of this product I feel satisfy till day,hope it will come value for money for me.but finally I suggest that it will work well in a specified room( Not so long in length) like mine.

Voltas 155CY 1.2 Ton split AC cooling capacity is 4000 W . It requires power supply 230 V and This is silent AC It generates less than 42 dB noise level

This AC quality is good but it is also durable if it maintained proper way.

This is 5 star AC therefore it consumes low amount of electricity.So it is useful to saving of electricity.

Voltas 155CY 1.2 Ton 5 Star Air Split Conditioner I got this product only 23990/- Rs including all discount by online purchasing. it gives sufficient cooling to my room 10 X 12. As I noticed it is really consume low electricity power fast cooling sufficient size of the machine. easy to install. No water leakage problem. good service support. This low budget machine comes with many feature. I did many online comparison and found this amazing product. I highly satisfied and recommended this product.

I bought this product on account of good promotion and cheesy marketing, but my hopes got crashed within few months. I bought Voltas 155CY last summer very start and within two months it got some issues in it. Service support person told me some technical faults along with leakage which were not covered in the warranty, so I had to pay additional 5k+ local charges. This really hurted me a lot. So I will say that their i.e voltas product and service is poor. I also requested them to change/replace my product but they denied. Cooling is fine at high levels but creates sound. As far as quality goes, plastic remains plastic with nothing special. This was value for money for me till I didn't checked market and found there are many more products cheaper or competitive when compared to my buying price. So I don't think this was value for money for me, not to miss the fact that it costed me a lot for repairs of the same and that too within few months. I don't recommend the product to anyone and make sure don't get trapped in their cheesy marketing.

Nice Ac. it cool 15× 15 Rome very easy. 0 sund or I can say sund less AC. in clouding self outo power cut give it better value. it easily meantaen 18 degree C ° temperature wen out said temperature will be 42 degree C°. but more tean 45 degree C° temperature it's not cooling will effect. if we use more then 16 hour 200 dayes in year so we need to refily there gass every year. we also cline it's air Filter every month. if I am tucking about service abut Voltas it's very good in city quick response by Voltas team. but if you put up in village it took 2 to 4 days.

over all this AC. is good but not the best AC.
