I bought the product from reliance digital in bangalore before two years and till date it's doing really good. It has 1 ton capacity and comes up with 5 Star energy rating.  The inner grooved copper tubes and blue hydrophylic aluminum fins resist corrosion and increase the life of the AC. you can always inhale clean air inside the room as this AC comes with Anti-Dust and Silver Ion filters.

All parts, excluding the grill & plastic parts. The customer care support is nice and they resolve the issues on timely basis. It adds hardly 1200 to 1300 rupee to my electricity bill on summer season. AC comes with multiple colors and have a nice portable outlook.  The LCD has glow buttons to easily operate the AC even in the dark without switching on the lights.

Hi my experience with the tata’s Volta’s 1 ton air conditioner has been very good and happy with the product. The Volta’s ac is available with a remote and we keep a comfortable 22 degree to stay cool at home.

No issues with it till yet.The product is really good.

I bought this A/c 2 months before, it gives very economic cooling. But before buying ensure that the room in which you'll be using this should not be more than 12 foot x 10 foot x 16 foot, otherwise it will take longer to get cool.

Overall awesome product for such a less price. only problem faced is while installation, outdoor unit stand is not provided in package, so it cost 900 more+ installation charges 1500 std+ extra for beyond 10 foot piping.

As there are many compititor in marketing, but voltas is a highly recommendated product.

1 - It service is awesome, ac got set in my beedroom in within 24hrs.

2 - it also gone in auto mode according to climate changes.

This review for voltas ac I purchased this ac from ujjain for my bedroom.

The technician from company fitted my ac without any charge and 1 ton ac is sufficent for a bedroom. I set this ac atb 24 degree its feels as it is. It also gone in auto mode according to climate changes. After replacing my old ac the elecricity bill is also reduced a much as 500 rs

It also comes with 5 star rating and electricity saving. I generally preferred auto mode for my convenience. The cleaning of condenser I done every month for good performance

I recommended this ac for every one other than samsung and etc because for electricity saving

We bought voltas 125 magna Mx 8 months ago from reliance digital.After using it in around 4 months my husband's blood pressure was normal.

In this Ac we all during night have very pleasant & comfortable sleep regularly.

This Ac is small & compact it cools the room in around 15 minutes also it adjusts its temperature as per room temperature so as to provide enough coolness at night.

I have bought this AC for my office during this summer because its too hot. I have compared many product for same with online price, but in Snapdeal I was getting the good price however I have not seen any reviews for it. I have bought this just because it's price was reasonable and I was also getting big discount in it. I have ordered it without more thinking.

Product Quality and Installation

I have got red cherry color as I have ordered and it was looking fine and attractive. Voltas this AC's quality was good as per my think. Voltas does not provide free installation. I have called customer care and requested installation, they have given me estimated charge of Rs.1800 is quiet big. I have got AC installed after 3rd day of call and it was perfectly installed and the engineer have given me demonstration.

Performance and Features

This AC model have not much features like another brands, but some features of this AC is fine and very useful. This is 5 star AC and so its consume very low powers, which can help us to cut electricity bill as well we can save some energy.

Voltas 125 EX-IMR have remote lock, LCD display and Locking system as well  smart power is some useful features of it.

The Voltas AC is equipped with one of the most advanced anti-bacterial technology give us clean and fresh air for keep us healthy. Nano Silver technology fight with germs and kill it.

Problems

1) Installation charge is some big than other brands and it have took about three days for install.

2) Cooling of This is average not upto mark like other brands.

3) There are no mobile application or SMS system for this AC, Many other brands give such option for operate AC from distance.

Final Words

I have bought this AC because My office have not big budget for it and I was getting big discount on purchase this AC. *I do not recommending this product with high price. Voltas 122 CY 1.0 Ton split Ac is very quite and powerfull A/c. I had purchased 2 star voltas A/c for 21000rs from the store. It is white in color. It is very super cooling A/c and it cools my bed room in just 7 minute. It is an good quality A/c and also it is not so heavy and big.

So it acquires very less space of your room. Also it looks good on the wall. Also the service from the company is satisfactory. Recently in summer my A/c takes longer to cool. So the person form the company has came to my house and he has fixed the problem . There was some dust inside the A/c so it was not cooling properly. He cleaned up the dust and asked use to clean it 1-2 times in a year. With all the great features the A/c is still heavy on my pocket. It burn a little more electricity. I think it is because I am having 2 star. SO I advice you to purchase 3-5 star.

Do not buy and beware of Installation thiefs. Ibought an AC 186 CY after 2 days the installation service engineer came.

One named Parvesh, other Immamuddin from Ginni Aircon. They told me Voltas have send them for installation. These Engineers installed the AC only 2 mtr External Pipe got used, and these thiefs took away the Extra Pipe(coil) pair with them.

Such acts of theft on job from Authorised Engineer is intolerable. Even after repeated calls and warning they did not returned the Pipe(pair - 1.5mtr).These people did not even apologise, even my complaint on Voltas website went unheared.

I purchased 1 ton Split AC of voltas brand and am using it since last 2 years without any complaint. Initially when I was not that much friendly with settings

Sometimes I suspected issues with it but when I read the manual its working perfect.the electricity bill is also not affected very much. I used it for 4-5 hrs in night and

2-3 hrs in day only over week ends and the bill came arounf 1200 that was I think justified. One thing I want to point here is There is some noice of the compresure which

I have kept on my window grill, dont know if its because of vibration in the grill or internal to compresure. but overall experience is very good.

I brought a Voltas 1.0 ton split a/c  from an authorized dealer one year back after reading many reviews and comparing specs vs price. To my surprise, within 1 week of usage, water started flowing through the air vent into the room. Initially we thought it was an installation problem, but this issue  again came up again after 6 months. That time too a repair was done.

Later we shifted our home and at the new place we rarely use a/c. Recently I used it and this time again water started to ooze into the room after 2 hrs of a/c usage. I called up the service guy and he came up and examined the fault and told me THAT THE ISSUE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. My instant  thought  was that he was telling a  joke since he could not repair the issue immediately. Since 1 yr warranty was over, now I cannot replace the a/c as well. What pumped my heart beat further was the service technician's experience of repairing another new one month old voltas split a/c at another residence who had the same complaint of water leak.He had many more stories of water leak issues for voltas a/c's.

Now I understand that whatever he was saying was correct as I now feel the pain of investing 30, 000 rupees in a cheap product that was not worth the money and the brand trust. SO THE CHOICE IS YOURS. DECIDE WISELY OR REGRET THE DECISION JUST LIKE ME.

Hi my experience with the tata's Volta's 1 ton air conditioner has been very good and happy with the product.

The Volta's ac is available with a remote and we keep a comfortable 22 degree to stay cool at home. No issues with it till yet.

In our bedroom we have a cooler but for guest and my family we put in a air conditioner as we spend majority time in our main room.

The air conditioner is very good and its a split ac and hanged onto a wall. So it doesn't take our usable space on the floor.

Also its cheap compared to other brands like Samsung, lg and philips. They are beautiful but expensive.

I needed it just to cool down our home and not make it pretty. I would recommend Volta's ac as its cheaper than others and does the job of cooling.

The product is really good, cools within couple of minutes. Delivery in two days by Flipkart as promised during ordering process, exact day and time. But after the delivery, installation was done by Flipkart team which was a third party contract, not even from Voltas.

Extremely unprofessional team, had complained to flipkart but yet to receive a response even after one week. Also, the product came without drain pipe. Flipkart is yet to respond on same. Anyway, would have given 5 stars but for the bad after sales service.

Well we got this 1 Ton Vertis Elite in 2008 from Viveks, Chennai. We prefer Voltas because we have been using Voltas Windows 1.5T AC from 2002.

The AC order was good, got at normal price from viveks and all the installation was hassle free.  I got a free double booster for this AC. The Double booster was given under the request of the Viveks professional and thats wer the problem Started after 3 yrs. Now the AC gives up Starting problem sometimes and shows E1 error.  Which actually means low voltage. Well actually Vertis Elite is a 3 star product and is designed to start-up and work under low voltages, but this double booster does nothing and the fails to start the AV during low voltages in the summer.

I Asked them to look into this problem, but the service guys never give a resolution and only say "Sir, we only clean up the AC and wont look at technical problem".  And when asked about tech guys, they blabber.

Recently, its Remote too went dead. And when I asked them about a replacement, They said "Sir, I wont be available" and "U have to buy a duplicate product from Electronic shop all by yourself"!

Now I am stuck between these guys.

Pros -

1) AC gives good cooling for a normal room.  And gives immediate cooling.

2) Operation is very easy and is user Friendly.

3) Cleaning the outer mesh is very easy and can be done by anyone or ourselves.

4) Low maintenance period and cost.

5) Good built Product and available at nominal pricing.

Cons -

1) Worst after service from Voltas.

2) They dont positively resolve the technical problems of the AC.

3) Sometimes some of the Service guys are little rude.

Overall, Voltas AC are the best in class and best product suitable for India temperatures but worst after sales Service.
