Voltas 125DZA 1 Ton 5 Star BEE Rating 2018 Window AC

I am using Voltas 1 Ton window AC from past 7 years and have never encountered a single issue with the AC. It is working fine till now, the cooling effect is still the same as 7 years before. Just make sure you get your AC service in time and regularly. If we maintain it properly these machines are wonderful.

The stabilizer was provided with the AC by the dealer and it also working fine where as the stabilizer for my other AC which is of another company broke down after 2 years.

My experience with voltas is satisfactory and I recommend others to try voltas products

I bought a Voltas 1.5 tom window AC from Vijay sales Linking Road Khar West Mumbai outlet(Voltas Authorised dealer)Installation charges Rs 199 as per Voltas. Additional work as per evaluation.

Space was already fitted with Samsung AC and Minor adjustment was required(No 2 AC has exact dimension). Vijay Sales(carpenter sent by them or Voltas, not sure) Charged Rs200 per inch as wood cutting charges summing to additional Rs700/-(You cannot make out with naked eye what extra was done)

As per Sales Manager, the charges are predefined and nothing extra has been charged.(Rs200 per inch wood cutting charges)

Friends be aware of such cheap tactics. Just wanted to make you aware.
