Voltas 1.5 Ton 2 Star 182 Cya Split AC

I have brought a 1.5 tonne split ac in 2015. it was ordered through snapdeal.

It was recieved on time. called the toll free number. they did a survey and then installed the air-conditioner. They charged 2000 for installation and 700 for the stand. The ac cools well. it has been a year.

At present it has been 1 year and it is all going well. now I have installed 2 more acs of another brand and then the difference appears.

Critically analysing it. The voltas ac makes a lot of noise. the indoor and outdoor unit both. Its only that you use ac of other brands. Now it's 48 degrees where I stay but I must say the cooling is fine. Service at my place is very nice.

The biggest problem with this air conditioner is low cooling capacity as you would expect from 1.5-ton air conditioner also after use of 6 to 8 month the sound of Ac increases.

And produces an irritating environment also the build quality is cheap and you get lazy after sale service So I will recommend not to buy this product.

I've bought this A/C 1 year before.It work nicely.For the past couple of days the outlet water is leaking through the front because of some dust placed in that tube. So I called the customer care and told about the problem. They collected all details and placed a complaint  then forward it to the local service center. I got a call from the service center next day.

They said today saturday we will come there on monday & fix it.Again monday i've called them they said our technicians are too busy wid new installation and we will come tomorrow.Then next day again I called they said today eve they will come .I got frustrated and called a another technicians available near to my home and fixed it.Poor Customer service from TATA Voltas.Don't buy this product if you don't have a good service center in your city.

May be I did the biggest mistake to take ur product not from LG /samsung.no one turned up to install the damn AC .

Ur toll free no is just for heck.Croma ur same corporate concern reverts saying delay is from ur end & washed off the hand .pathetic.note my request no. 16041809461.On social media & over calls repeatedly the assured with multiple definite timelines but nothing happened.very easy to say at the earliest but till no clue of technician visit. ur statements are making no sense to me unless u translate it to action

I have two voltas acs. And both of them are superb. Both are cooling very well.they are 1.5 tonnage acs. And they both perform like a 2 tonn acs.incredible.just incredible. Voltas uses ultra refined mateeiaks fir its parts in acs.so just go for voltas undoubtedly.

We purchased the ac three days earlier. got it installed the next day and then it started running.

The price was really nice. only Rs.30000

sound is medium and not too loud!

Minimum temperature is 16 degree celsius which goes upto 31 degree celsius which is nice. Keeping it at 27 degree celsius works well!

An average 12*12 ft room gets chilled in 1 minute!

Always soothing and the remote control has flowin in the datk buttons which makes it easy to use in dark!

It is very good voltas split ac which is alsi praferd by medium people .

It not give to much bill only 2000 rupee is increase we also have 1.5 ton voltas split ac you should also buy it because it is very good it price is low and it is five star but all other ac who are five stars they are very expansive.

Its air conditioners are best conditioners.

They provide all type of air conditioners. We have 4 air conditioners of voltas since 6 years. We havent faced anyproblem regarding air conditioner.The cooling of their air conditioner are the best and fine.

Their conditioners cools the room just in 10 mins.Their Service facility and warranty .guarantee is also superb and trust worthy.

We are using these air condistionar ( voltas SAC183EX 15 TON split AC) since two year but in the period of two year it will be out of service minimum four times

They told that it was all weather air condistioner YES absultly it was all weather it will be out of service in all weather hahaha.

The remote of the AC is also not working we can change remote three times.The body of AC is also will put out, means tottly worst and wastage of money

I have used this product earlier good to use, easy, on as such problm faced service was incely given whenever required.

I can say that it depends upon your usage how u make use of it, os the also products yearly life increases or decreases. I was happy using this product and recommended my friends too to take this product you can take fhis product, enjoy the service, facilities.

I raised a service request for my Voltas AC on March 30. Till date the issue is not resolved, despite the promise by Voltas to address the issue within 24 hours.

Really pathetic and unprofessional service by the service team(which seems to me some third party that deploys fresher's to serve customers, for obvious reasons:).

Let alone addressing the issue in 24 hours, they only reached out to me after three days. Post which they sent their representative, who referred the issue to his superior who then send another person the next day. This person diagnosed somehow that the condenser was leaked and yet another separate person will contact me to replace the condenser. The next day, yet another person calls me and surprisingly says that he is coming to refill the gas in the condenser. I don't know what to believe - whether the condenser is leaked or gas has exhausted? Super confusing messages from four different people - very unprofessional, inefficient approach and something that makes you think that whether the company is honest in diagnosis of the problem or genuinely wants to help you or the service providers just want to do a tick-mark on their list?

I am disappointed with Voltas' service team, please suggest me some good PRIVATE SERVICE PROVIDERS. . Still feeling the heat as my AC is yet to be fixed.

Initially when I buyed this voltas aircondition from south delhi lajpat nagar.

It was working ok.but my nightmare started when it was not cooling after just two months.now a big task came that I had to call the customer service office daily and they said a technician will come and do the job but no one was visiting after a week then I called the local service centre.

And the person running the center was quite arrogant and said he is in shortage of the technical persons and told me it will take few more days for him to send anybody, in the meantime nobody from the voltas company was asking about the feedback from me, and they were taking the false reports of the so called service center guy and were keep on telling me dat my complaint is under process.the fact was that the voltas company does not want to provide the under warrenty service and give only those service importance in which the customer pay them money.plz think twice before buying any Voltas company product!

I find this aeration and cooling system to a great degree great. its cooling point of confinement is amazing and takes little time to cool the whole room. adjusting and maintainence is less. administration center are avialable over the country.Voltas split air conditioning is most heard ful organization in each electronic shop this can be purchase it is do sound and cooling developments I like when I ws in voltas air conditioning room it makes individual cool dashing look on her make on the off chance that anyone who lives in air conditioning turns out to be reasonable. .last I say just its an agreeable.

My experience with Voltas 18 VDY 1.5 Ton is not of good taste, as it contain refrigerent R-22, which is not favorable refrigerant compared to R-110A, it has so many demerits, as its supply is banned so limited units were available with R-22 refrigerant in market, so in future you may face problem.due to limited supply the cost may escalates, as we know R-22 is ozone layer depleting gas so environment authority has put banned on its use in air conditioning field for future, heat absorbing and releasing capacity of this unit is not as I expected, noise is the important parameter for comfortable conditioned zone I think it should be between 35-40 db but it has bit higher than standard and compressor get heated up easily which mar the cooling capacity this is due to R-22 refrigent.so oft for any thing with R-110A refrigerant .it got anti fungal and anti dust removal component but this comes last unless we do not get good cooling.

I was happy using this product. and recommended my friends too to take this product. You can take this product & enjoy the service & facilities. Specially its features are very cool which I liked the most. Now I am taking another products of voltas which are of greater capacity.

This Voltas split AC new model with inverter technology. Advantage of inverter system is reduced consumption of electricity than other same star rating. It is design is nice. Minimum temperature is 16c is available. Turbo option available which help quick cooling. Another sleep mode available in which temperature of increase by 1C after every 1hr after it's start.

Manual controlling also available and digit number of temperature can be hide during night so that it's light does not effect on eye during sleeping. Cooler box of this AC is made of metal but fan balde is made off PVC. Two piece of small size battery required in remote. Is cost prize is around 45, 000 rupees with metal stand free. Installation charge is maximum 800 rupees not more than that.

When it is new it will take a little more time to cooling, but when it will take a few time to cooling after using some days. It sound is very low, no bad sound can be hear during running mode. Free service is available two times which have to be used within one year. Warrante is available for five year. If any problem occure during this five year you can solve it without any packet money. I will recomend you to buy this model because it is with new technology and low cost.

I have heard that it is a vitality sparing air conditioning however not in any way it is the air conditioner which devour more power I have utilized it belived the greater part of time likewise gets stumbled on the off chance that it doesn't get adequate power.

We purchased a Voltas 1.5 Ton Split A.C in and Initially the thing capacity excellent. After a particular time I called the client administration and they told, will come do the required administration in light of free administration offered at time of procurement. After free administration he just cleaned the channel nothing else you don't get anything free in this world it creates the impression that okay. Latest 1 month I going up against issues with the indoor unit which spits water inside the room.

When I called cc, they told will send their individual official afresh. The official direct told that the thing is a mistake model and surrounding they're getting same issue. Likewise he evidently said that it will be issue for forever. Starting now the thing is very nearly one year old where the certification going to slip by on one month from now. I am not sure that the VOLTAS association will supplant my thing since its an unpleasant thing. Furthermore, promote I recommend dont take the risk.

Summer is very hot this year.So I decided that I buy a AC for stay cool in my home.

We all heard that Voltas electronic brand is best.So I buy voltas split AC at Rs.32000.And it was my bigest fault.After 1 week it's creat problems that was not expected from voltas.

I saw that when I turn it ON;it's front wing not moving So air perfectly not spraying.Also it iis turn off automaticlly with disturbing sounds.Remote control not work sometimes.No matter how many time I set temperatur on 25C it goes high automatically at 45C.This was working like heater not AC.

Don't buy it friends.Worst AC I've ever seen.

Hi guyz. I have been using voltas 1. 5 ton AC  for  couple of years now and yes it is a five start rated AC,  cooling is good but it makes noise and that is annoying. After sales service is not that good. It is better to go for other brands at same price tag
