Voltas 1.5 Ton 2 Star 182 Cya Split AC

Hi everyone. .i bought 1.5 ton voltas AC before 2 years from online and still its work smoothly .

I am so much happy with this AC .

It is powefull AC .it makes your room cool with in just 10 minites but its depand on your room size .

Its come with inverter so you don't worry about its Electricity Bill. It is Low budget and low Electricity consume Ac .

It don't give any sound .it's work smoothly .

It has copper coil so its work long time .

But one problme I face this is its service and support .not too much good .

Otherwish its totally value of money .

Every one can go for it .thanks

Brought vikas ac a gear back it first has enough cooling and started water leaking and no one brothers to attend after 2 weeks of raising complaint and follow-up. Complaint no 19041714943 , 19050813633. Volta's is worst product in ac. 6 times technician came and attended to resolve cooling issue. Finally they accept ee that voltas cooling is power in comparison with others

I have purchased 2pc of Voltas split ac model IZI3. Sound is like cooler and sensor is very low to sense the operation from remote

So be careful to purchase Voltas ac .Full per chalne per lagta hai exhaust fan chal Raha ho .do not purchase this ac next time

Compressors are very bad and cheap quality of Voltas Ac. And Services of voltas company is also very very poor. They misguided us. They charged unnecessary amount for Ac repairing from us because of their mistake. Their technicians give worst service. We won't recommend voltas to anyone.

The product is nice but some time it creates problem in cooling and in fan speed.Some it also create problem in display . The service is better but try to be more improve.In hot weather it decrease its cooling and in cold weather like in night time it works more better.Hence overall the product is nice and please try on the above topic which is given.

have purchased voltas ac on 27th Apr and your installation engineer come on 28th Apr to install the ac but unfortunately I am very disappointed to work of your engineer. I have complaint to your customer care number and always told that we have raised your complaint but nobody has came to resolve my ac problem.

I have never suggest to anybody for purchasing voltas ac because very worst service of your company.

It was the worst experience... Such pathetic servicing also they won't attend ur complain duely.. They keep on passing ur call and henceu end up making a fun of urself repeating all the things back nd again without any response. I don't recommend voltas AC 's at all .i have 5 AC at my home but still I realised it to be a big mistake made by me... So I just make u aware how gandi it's services are.. ??????

In June 2017 I had purchased Voltas 1.5 ton window AC and within 2 year it's stop working and when I contacted to delear for service then he checked AC and found that there is leakage in cooling coil of ac within 2 year. then I asked how this is possible as we covered it properly after end of every season then he told that he can't do nothing as Voltas has this problem and now demanding RS 3500 for repairing....worst so worst ...so disappointed...Now Tata getting worst everything whether it is car or ac or etc...

The worst product you can buy. The worst service people ever. Bought 3 Voltas AC they are terrible. They make a noise like a 737 aeroplane taking off. They do not cool at all. The service people came 3 or 4 times to repair a brand new AC and the manager said that’s all it will work. They are terrible AC do not buy them. 0 star terrible product.

Never trust Voltas.Service is so pathetic.They will never attend the call and will not respond.Never sell the product if you cant provide service.We were calling for service since 3 week , but they didnt fix the problem till now.Paying too much for AC and not got good service

I purchased 4 Voltas AC from Vijay Sales in Navi Mumbai on 10 .4.2019. ACs were delivered on time at the place of installation but my God, its more than 7 days I am chasing the technician who is suppose to install the ACs but in vain. I guess there is no control over the technicians and Voltas are couldn't careless type. Its so frustrating! I really repent buying these ACs as installation is taking so much of time, I don't know, if something goes wrong then God help you. You cannot escalate the complain as there is no such system exist in Voltas. At this rate their business will go southwards.Guys don't ever purchase Voltas AC if you have other good options. I merely fell for TATA product and here am I ruining my 7 days leave which I had taken for some other purpose!

183 iz model remote senser not work. 1st day I had to call support. cooling is good, but here I came to know that this new model remote is 90% manufacturing problem. therefore company should change either ac model or remote. so that customer can get rid this issue

I tried to call to the voltas customer services but not able to connect to the customer care as my first service was free so dueto no response fron the voltas I had to done with paid service.The services I got from the rvservice center they provide the same day service with the genuine price.

Authosed service providers of AC installation are having only one Aim, how to extract maximum money.

A person came yesterday for installation of AC, in each and every step they want more than double rate for everything.

A Stand which is available in 900 they demand 1800 and without bill 1500/-. Wow black money. Voltas a Tata product.

Today i.e. 09/04/2019 a new voltas 1.5 ton 3 star has been installed in a room of my home and it is unable to operate by remote. I have registered a complaint vide complaint no. 19040925843, mechanich came and advised me to change the remote's battery. I have changed both batteries. Despite of this the remote is not working. Now the customer care is playing with me to mute my calls.

Remember this is the condition of very first day of my new voltas ac.

My self Mr. Vijay, I have taken Voltas AC on 27.02.2019 on 05.03.2019 my AC started not working, the same was informed to Voltas Customer care and they have sent the technician but without resolving my problem I got the message that the problem was resolved. How can it be?

And when I call the technician he said that every complaint should be resolved in 24hrs but not resolve the message came.

He promised that he will come at 9.30am on 06.04.2019 and asked me not to inform customer care but he didn't turn up and not even lifted my call. This is how they run company and provide service to customers.

Big saddening thing is that till now(4.15pm 08.04.2019) my AC is not serviced or problem solved.

If you are purchasing A.C for first time voltas is the best option for you, also best option if you are buying in a bulk. It's India's one of the most preferred n safest cooling technology. It has all updates features in a reasonable rate, no tension of maintenance just install it n enjoy. Grt warranty options provided by the services!

My new voltas split ac model-voltas eu 183 szs3 will not cooling properly in starting days and service is very poor because they cannot find solution and they will not replace the product because they said cooling is good but my experience is there is very poor cooling..

Don't buy voltas ACs. I purchased voltas 1.5 ton inverter AC on 26th April 2018. I got cooling problem with my AC on 17 March 2019 i.e after 11 months from purchase. I registered a Complaint by calling Voltas customer care on 18th March 2019. They said they will arrange the technician in 24hrs but today is 23rd March2019 and didn't receive any proper response from their end. Very pathetic service from Tata Product. I suggest not to buy Voltas ACs.

I putting a bad feedback because I m not getting the service which I want from Voltas since m calling again to file a complaint about the AMC on one is doing the follow up in this in this last week i had make 3 time complaint in reply I get the technician will visit to your place with in 24 hour but still no one had visit to my my if this is your service I will not recommend to my friends to not purchase anything of Voltas I want some one from your department have a look and solve this.
