Videocon VTS53.CVE1 CH 1.5 Ton Split AC

Videocon air conditioners are affordable initially as they costs lesser than other air conditioners brands but they need high amount of investment in their maintenance.

I have videocon vita air 3 star split air conditioner, and it got useless within a few months of use.i contacted customer care for check up, they checked and came out with gas of ac blowned out.

And after repairing that it again happened in a few weeks. But this time I did not try to make it out.

Now talking about their cooling power, its also a bad experience, my ac is of about 1.5 ton, for a room of about 150 sqr mtr room.but this is not able to cool the room evenly it concentrate the air in its vicinity only.

I bought an videocon split ac 5 star rated, two months back. Usually we bother about the electricity bill after the installation of ac. But in videocon case u need not worry about electricity bill. It's just normal. U will not have to pay huge electricity bills for it. Videocon ac do not make sound while it's on. It just cools the environment in no time. It's the real value for your money. I will highly recommend this ac for everyone.

The Videocon ac's are good fast cooling energy efficient and reasonable in rates I had purchased it 6 months ago and its working perfectly and also it has both mode cooling and heating both options are there and also comes with a auto mode whichbis best for us analysis the room temperature and adjust accordingly

I get very good experience from the air condition I recommended that product but one thing check your cooling coil is brass or aluminum that are very cost effective if aluminium is there that case you ask them we want brass cooling coil that is easy to replace that was only thing in this product Its not a Big Problem u can Get cooling coils in market easyly Other Wise It is a very good Ar condition and no mentioned any hedacs I also recommend you all vidiocon gaget that are very respectively others than vidiocon is gaget in very low prices then quality is also beat ur Heat In ur Summer Make Ur Summer Like a Winter

Worst product, I bought this product 15 days back and trust me their is no difference in my room now then 15 days back, there is no cooling, Really this product is more than worse, the quality of product also not up to the mark. This time Videocon fails to compile their quality and features. Now onwards, I will not trust this company anymore.

I have a new ac installed of videocon on 10/7/16 had a leakage problem for which I had complaint on 11/7/2016 to call centre, untill day I am follwoing up with customer care till now issue has not been resolved. Now when I am calling them they are giving me service centre no., pathetic service by videocon

Videocon company is good company in market but split Ac not a good I purchas in summer vidoeocon split Ac 37050 1.5 ton this product not a good working this is not perfect cooling acording me ti is

taks much more time to start & coling after sum time

Purchased the product @ 37050 in June. No issue with installation, it was free. Add on like Stabilizer, Wall bracket will cost you extra. Its a mobile based app operated AC. 1st of its kind in India(Not sure about the world). I am sharing my views after using the AC for couple of months as follows:

Pros:

1. With its satellite controlled intelligent setting it switches on automatically before you reach home and turns off when you leave. Now I don't wait for 10 mins to cool the room.

   
   




2. You can limit your electricity consumption & thus help you plan in advance.

   
   




3. You can also set your daily, weekly & monthly consumption report to view usage.

   
   




4. Best part is that it senses the outside weather conditions and accordingly inform the user to adjust AC setting for best output.

6. Attractive Indoor Unit.

   
   




7. You can set the desired temperature you would want your AC to maintain through the night at different hours so that you enjoy an uninterrupted peaceful sleep.

9. You can lock the AC from you mobile app, thus giving you full access of the AC

   
   




10. The company claims that it can detect problems with itself and even suggest remedial actions. It can even contact the service centre on its own and log-in service requests when service is due. I am yet to experience this thankfully.

Conclusion:

Forget LG, Samsung or Voltas. This a revolution in AC. If you are not brand conscious and want to have an 1.5 ton 5 star AC within 40k(including all other expenses like installation, Wall bracket for outdoor unit, Stabilizer), then go for it with your eyes closed. This is the 3th AC in my house. I did not find any major difference in cooling between ACs like Samsung & Voltas. But as I mentiond, it starts 10 mins before I reach home and cools the temperature. All my other ACs with same ton and star cost me more than 40k. All of us know that any electrical or Electronic product has an life span of min 5 yrs. So, be practical, Smart/wise and save money.

I am using Videocon 1.5 ton split ac from almost 4 years and the service is very bad I just keep calling the company and they don't send the mechanic.

Never on time, I purchased it for rs 28500 which is a fair price for a 1.5 ton split ac but now a days we have got a lot of variety and many special features in ac's, the cooling of this ac was very good till the first year but after 1 year it started showing that it is a VIDEO-CON Product, too much sound. Not a value for money

I am using ac of Videocon company from 7 year and there is no complaints from ac.cooling is very good, no noice from ac, adjust room temperature automatic, no much water release from pipe, no gas leak till now, and no complaint from compressor. Thanks Videocon for giving this best ac

Videocon split AC is not as good as they have given in description.

The coolness is very short period. Looking wise is also not attractive.it takes too much time to get cool., after some time it remains hot., its a waste of money now I have to go for anothet one to buy., . I orderd this from online, but it is not as good as shown in the picture.i am very much disappointed by this product. I would not recomend it to anyone who brought this product from online.

My friend bought videocon split ac 1.5 ton few months back and the ac is not in the good shape. The cooling of the ac is not good in the very hot summer days. The remote of the ac also not works properly. It does not give proper command to the ac.

Durability of the ac is low but the design and looks of the ac are good.

Videocon cooling is powerful. I like videocon aircondinar. ac cool power is very good, so power ful cooling. It s so cool very good and confertable filling. Very good ac.

HI bought  a vedicon split ac in the month of may 2015.At first it was working properly but after few days my remote was not working

I made complete about it there was no respone from them.i repeatedly called them.they finally reaponed 3 months and said to provied me the bill I have sent a copy to service center, they said they would provid it in the next day.After few days I called them they replayed that plastic things are not covered in warranty.this is the way how they escape  from providing the warrenty.then I asked them to provid me the same details what thay have said in a written way.they are not providing it

2)This ac is making a lot of sound

3)within in the purchase of 1 year.complete cooloing capacity gone. I called customer care there iss no responce till now.

Finally I sugest never ever buy vedicon ac.

Hii everyone now a days ac compulsory wants  this tym we purchased this   Videocon VSD55-wv1-mda 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC.Ac is really good cools whole house within few minut.

Iit consumes not dat much elecricity as well.our bill normal comes as usual. we are very happy with this product   Videocon VSD55-wv1-mda 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC 1.5 Ton.i prefer videocon over all the brands because videocon is branded well trusted brand people are using so always people first choice goes to videocon  specially in  my case.so I choose this videocon ac.Value for money ac.people can go with it

I don't like this ac. Because it's cooling not In big area, it's service is not good to compare another AC company, AC sound is loudly so not adjust in office, or room, not a silent ac, so I don't like this Ac, it is very costly to compare another Ac company to this type of models so it is very costly Nd size is big so I don't like, electric city bill is very high to use a this AC, so don't use this AC.

We just had it installed in our room few days back.All went fine and we started using the ac.But after some time the ac started making noices of creaks and friction when we set it on full swing mode.It makes a noice periodically in every 2 to 3 minutes.

Hi friends , I am using videocon air conditioner from last four years. This is not doing cooling better and not comfortable. Because my air conditioner is repaired two time in four years. Both times changed his parts. Everytime charged rs. 4000.

Therefore I advice please do no purchase it.
