My experience with this is quite good. It gets the room cooler in less than 5 minitues. The design of the product is good. It helps to get the same feel every corner if the room. It takes more time to recieve the signal from the remote so changing the temperature is quite hard.

The eletricity bill is a little high this month so that I used this for long. That is a draw back of this product. Although ac draws more eletricity and the bill goes high but this is a little low than that. the design is good. The cooling feel will generate quick. For the price is is nothing special than other. Vediocon is a good company. So I will surely recoment rhis one for those who are planning to buy.

This Videocon 1.5 ton 3 star split AC I have purchased this year only in summers and I have experienced fully worst from it. It does not have enough capacity to cool a small room and also I have refilled the cooling gas two times in it in one season only. Even it also creates a little bit noicy sound while bowling the air, it also little bit expensive than the amount it should deserves. So guys, I only want to tell you that dont waste your hard earned money in purchasing this worst AC because you have to spend more money in repairing it again and again

Hello fir, videocon air conditioner was not good by price and cooling its price was around 30, 000 RS in agra and cooling is good 1 room not cools. the service requires more attention. service is also not good.

there is many problems like water were split inside the room where ac is fitted. after every one month gas released.

service is not good. we give our complaint now they come after one week. many of the service do not working.

this ac sound is very high.

Beat the heat with videocon air conditioner. Though winters stepped in however this AC can manage the tempreature as well.

What I like about this AC is :

Soundless and maintains the tempreature effectively. Its ability to work on different modes as cool, fan, dry is superb.

Secondly, as my elder brother always used to ask about this AC. Is it durable? Now its been 3 years and he stopped asking me this question. LOL.

Most important part is pricing. When I compared my AC with others its very cost effective with same benefits and features.

I would highly recommend this AC for every season.

This Videocon 5 star split ac has 1.5ton which is great for medium sized room and 5 star saves electricity upto 25 percent. This air conditioner has auto restart because of this no need to manually reset settings post power cut and sleep mode auto adjust temperature to ensure comfort during sleep. Auto air swing is available in this ac. 4 way air flow direction is there. This AC is good at very affordable price.

I have purchased videocon VS5M3 1.5 ton air conditioning according to market price performance is not good. Is I teach 10 students in ac room than nobody feel cooling of AC. After service it works better for one week and after one week works as an electronic cooler not better than it. At the end I wiill tell that the purchasing of videocon is not a best decision of anyone. Ut is totally vestage of money. Thank you

We brought this Ac just before 5 months. But this not at all working properly getting heavy current bill than the expected. Some times we are getting some kind of smell from the the Ac. Its not cooling the the romm fast and the room is also not so much large. It is not able to cool atleast the small room.so I beleave that it is totally a worest aircondesinor. So please dont go for it. My sincere advise

I purchased AC 5-Star Videocon 14 months back. Serice is free for 1 year. The real problems starts on completion of one year warranty. Water is leaking and it was rectified(may be temporarily) by service personnel and charged Rs.450/- After one month it started leaking again. I con't afford to pay Rs.450/- every month for this chronic problem. The company should come to the rescue of the customers by giving proper service.

The advertised 5 year warranty is for compressor only. The public sees 5 Year warranty and go for it. When the AC starts giving problems they start realizing.

A fully faltoo ferebbaaz company.

3 years of my warranty is about to finish but still cooling problem is yet not solved but headache on communicating with service people for the same still going on.

If you don't want to burden your life, plz you don't buy(anything) from Videocon and suggest your nearest one not to allow any burden in life!

Hello friend I would like to tell about Videocon 1.5 to Splite AC. I used to Videocon AC some times its working so good but after re-installation it has been created gas leakarge issu I was try to repaired it but due to alluminium condencer leackage issue not gone I repair it again and again but my ac not worked properly I had sicked of it concern after all I had to sold my Videocon 1.5 ton Splite AC in scrabe at 1900rs I am in loss so I'll never buy Videocon ac. I am not sutisfy Videocon product Quality and Reliabiity

Videocons all ac are average .

they has no strong cooling power .videocon company service & support is not so good it was not fast .and ac was not looks classy . it was not cooling instantly and properly .and ac compressor is to much noisy compare to other ac compressor. but some time its works nicely but not very good it was average. videocon ac has more functionality .

but yes it was a reliable product . videocon ac was not so costly it was average and was the best part of videocons ac .

Hi, Purchased this AC three months back once I shifted to new place. Since it got installed it is working properly and doing proper cooling. My one room of 15'15 I always find properly chilled in just few minutes of starting the AC.

The best part is that by running it for around 12 Hrs a day your electricity bill comes just 100 Rs or less means very low power consumption. Last but not the least I got it in discounted rates of Rs. 23K only. I Suggest this one to everybody who wants a split AC in low budget.

price is low but coolin is good.Copper Condensers are known to be compatible and easy to maintain when compared with its aluminum counterparts. They are considered best, due to its elementary property of high resistance and conductivity.

Grooved copper pipes inside the condenser enable a better transmission of heat, which reduces the resistance and saves power.

then I have to call the videocon custumare care number and it took 5 days to work well and after it going good till now

Videocon Split AC 1.5 ton is very very good product. This item is really a branded product having great satisfaction to costomers. Its cooling system is very good . It maintain good perfomed temperature thoughout the whole room as per your convenience. It is experienced item having no doubt. Its coolig noise is peaceful. It noises for a while when started up . Allover this produt really satisfied my family . According to price point of view , it is a nice item . But noticed that it should have auto clean system. So it has good value of your money.

I bought this air conditioner about 6 years ago and it was trending model at that time it also gave nice cooling then but slowly the cooling becomes low and now it is very weak in terms of maintaining cooling in the room it now also takes time to come cool winds from inside I prefer you not to buy this product

one good thing is that it has no annoying sounds it is very silent and the cooling is also very nice I really enjoyed in the summer

it gave me good temperature balance

even though I used it for the entire night for past 3 months it is still under a good condition

Hi friends, last year we bought Videocon 1.5 ton split AC and without any hesitation I can say it is worst deal that I would ever have done in my life, totally wastage of money. Previously 5 years before we bought Samsung

AC and that is I can say still value for money n it's really very good service, but Videocon disappointed me. Pls don't buy Videocon ac n go for daikin, career, Samsung, lg, voltas.
