Do not take any product of Videocon, their service is very useless. I have done my Complaint on 18 July 2020 but till now my Air Condition has not been fixed. I mailed several times but there was no reply to them. And today our air condition is going to be spoiled for a month. But nothing has happened to my complaint yet. We are getting very upset in summer. Despite being ac, we are living in heat due to this Videocon company. And cursing myself. That we bought the product of this videocon company. Don't you all make this mistake. Otherwise you will regret a lot. Please you avoid this. I have done my complaint on 18 July 2020 but till now my air condition has not been fixed. Just think about how their service and their system is. Service of third quality is absolutely their product and company is very useless. I have a humble request to all of you, please do not take any product of Videocon nor recommend it to anyone, these people provide very third class service and there is no work to make services crazy to call customer care and they have no There is no solution to this thing, please all of you who are reading this message of mine, share it further and refuse everyone to take Videocon product. Thank you.

Its not at all worth...rather use some good quality ceiling fan instead of this AC. The major problem is it can't cool the 1010 room even in 8 hours of continuous running at 16 degree temperature setting. Instead of getting water drained out side through the drain pipe whole water leaks within the room...and it's compressor makes a lot of noise really interrupting the sleep.

I am going to share my personal experience of using Videocon Split AC 1.5 from 1 year. It has very good compact and well design but now it is making noise inside the room while it is ON. I have been calling customer care number of Videocon continuously from 5 days but still any of the representative is not ready to come to my home and resolve it. Also, it is not able to cool the air inside the room too fast and it takes long time to respond.So friends, I suggest you that there is no need to to buy this AC .It is simply money wastage.

At the time of purchasing this A.C, i expected it to be good emough as it belongs to videocon which is thought to be a reputed and trustworthy brand. But now, i regret as it does not serves the purpose. Its not as good as i expected it to be.

PRICE- Rs 28, 900

TYPE - Split A.C

POWER- 1451 W

SWING FEAUTURE- Present

PROS- The only pros i would about it is its design. The design looks cool and different.

CONS-

Firstly, it does not provides enough cooling as the other a.c do. I fitted in a small room still it doesnt provide good cooling.

Secondly, after a little longer use it starts leaking water which makes my walls and the carpet wet.

On complaining this issue to the customer support centre, they took around a week to check it out. Even after they came, within two days itself it started to leak all over again.

Also, its outer makes a lot of noise which causes a major trouble.

So guys, it does not provides with utmost satisfaction and is not worth for the money.

I am using this product from last year. Ita very good product for small houses. Cooling capacity is good. The Videocon company is best ac manufacturing company in India. And we trust on it. Customer service is upto the mark. We are happy with product. We will recommend this to others.

Hi, I am sahil using this product since a year, the AC is very good in design but the performance is very bad, I have also ask customer service but the engineer visit after 8 days, the AC ia making noise till present date, the technicas can't tell why the noise is coming, I have done a big mistake that I have brought this AC , the service ia also very bad, the dealer which I have brought is also not helping me. I have wasted my money rs 28000 for khatara AC please don't buy, this is my personal experience.

i am using this product since 2 months .

i have purchased it for bedroom which is 86 room.

however I am very disappointed with this product beacuse due to heavy summer its cooling capacity is very less. I set it at 20 but its poorly abke to maintained 26 degree temperature. it also consume more power. during this two months its gas was went out due to leakage so I have to refilling it. which cost me 2000 rs. in short it requires more maintenance as well as power consumption.

I have purchased videocon ac. Since last three month it is showing some E4, E6 errors. I am trying to call customer care but no one is responding. really pathetic service stay away from this product. The after sales service is really very very bad. please avoid.

I am having a Videocon split AC 1.5 T which is under warranty for compressor. 3 months back it got repaired and I lodged complaint with customer care. Videocon person came and told that the compressor is to be replaced. Even after lapse of 3 months nothing happened. I am trying to contact service centre, customer care, Videocon incharge but no response from anybody. Even that are not picking phone. Worst service.

I am using Videocon Split 1.5 TON AC From last 5 years. In First Year It gives us good feel but after one year it's became frustrating product for us. We purchased it 35000 in EMI Option. I know it's very costly that time. So After one year it always show Error E6 which means Gas is empty as per videocon person. I have filled two times Gas in one season. Now it is regular showing E6 as well E4. what we do don't understand. even customer care is not supportive I think all videocon user know this. so please stay away this product

Hello friends I am using Videocon Ac for a long time Ac getting a good price Ac Colling is very good this Ac run for 24 to 25.it is a good performance electricity bill also comes in the form of this ac I did not give any support till now I am very happy to this ac.it cools my room within 10 minuts I have been received the ac for 8 years. It does to till now. Hi All, I have purchased Videocon Split AC 1.5 Ton, and its working very well, the cooling is excellent, very less sound, the input and output was design was stylish, only draw back was there is display on which temperature its running and the installation was not done neatly, rest all was very good, the product features and cooling of air.

Shame on you Videocon. Very disappointed from your service, we have complained so many times . AC is not working from last one month. your technician came and clean the ac(only) we said him to check properly but he didn't. video attached.

Ac in not working properly from the first day of purchase.

Your customer care and service center also not supporting.

Please do the needful.

The Ac was superb,  working fine  until I called videocon genuine service centre guys for regular cleanup, first there technicians specially in wakad area are not trained, second while doing service one of those guys broke blower fan, and were saying there are several blades if one blade is broken that's not an issue. When I shouted on the agency and repeatedly called for 3 days they agree to replace which again took 2 weeks as they were repeatedly saying'we've ordered the part.

Now today exactly after 17 days they got the part and they came to replace it. You won't believe the technician know nothing about the Ac. They were calling there owner to guide them over phone. They cut a wire from pcb board saying it's not an issue it's earthing wire though they could directly pull the jumper.

Om sai cooling services, in kale wadi, the whole group of Pal's. If they call you run away.

Use other paid services.
