Today Want to bring to your notice about Videocon Split AC Vita Air. I have bought this 8 years back so far it is functioning with amazing consistency.

After buying this product I have shifted nearly 4 houses different cities. Only twice I have filled gas in it. Except this there was no major concern about this AC.

Such kind of long lasting products will give you huge savings and satisfaction.

I purchased 1.5 ton split ac and purchased 2year amc. After 2 year i booked complaint regarding cooling problem but no respond. After a lot of complaints customer care told me that 247around service provider will handle your issue. I approx 20 time told to the third class service provider that i had 2year AMC bt they denied. After a long discussion with videocon customer care they agreed to check the issue. After checking the issue they charged for gas filling while i had amc. Guys dont buy videocon. I m frm noida even videocon always hire 3rd class service provide.

Hello guys I know who is about to deliver a review on our product which is Videocon V SN 33.0 v11 tone air conditioner search for my concern I had purchased it from offline Store so in previous time perform a good performance all is going on is good but after sometime had faced lots of conundrums in the form of it's cooling power it is not able to cool whole my home in comparison of previous time it will come in a poor condition and its remote is also not working after sometime and had faced conundrums due to which I had repaired it once time

I have purchase 2 Ac's from Vijay Sales continue do the follow up for the service but every time I received the same answer it will be done within 3 days.

Complete 3 months have been passed but nothing has been done

when me and my family members calling ask to customer care that we have purchase Ac from Thane Vijay Sales they only said no problem we arrange the service as soon as possible next days they call for the confirmation to continue but again the same thing no service

This air conditioner Is not good by price and cooling is not good even room not cools . The service requires more attention .Service is also not good!We give our complaint now they will not come!Many of the service no. Not working .This is too expensive .Not recommended to any one. Very disturbed with this product

Worst product I have ever seen and use in my life I bought it and gets fixed to the wall and when I switched it it starts later it take so much time for cooling the room, guys it is worst because it is less in size as well as it not works fast totally waste of using it ihave taken it on installment and it is not affordable for that money totally it's useless to use I didn't recommend to use it guys please don't buy it rather use should use some more money on standard companies like Lloyd and voltas air conditioner.

I bought this Videocon Vita Air 1 Ton AC few years back. From day one problems started. Videocon sent some novice installation guys. First of all they refused to install the AC outside as my Flat is in 2nd floor. After paying quite a lot extra to those guys they started installing it. God knows what they did during installation as soon as it is switched on weird noise started coming from the compressor fan. Water started leaking from the AC with a week.

Now comes the customer care part. The persons seating on the other side of the phone cannot understand Hindi or English. So you cannot explain what exact issues you are facing. Within 6 months the AC could not properly cool the room anymore. Ceiling Fan needs to be ON throughout. Then before the end of year the AC completely stopped cooling . By the end of the warranty a guy from videocon said that the gas is empty and refilled the gas. I repeatedly told the customer care to replace the AC but it never happened.After that every year I had to spend around Rs.5000/- for the AC to run for another couple of months. Recently a mechanic told me that it will take another 15000/- for complete repair. Now tell me if it is possible of a middle class family to buy AC on EMI and heavily pay for repairs from Day 1 ? The AC has just become a show piece in my room. I will never in my life even think of buying a product from videocon.

Hi guys my review is about Videocon air conditioner I bought it in recent Diwali it's amazing and I love it it's really saves current in my house it's price also reliable when it is working there is no sound it's very comfortable in this season there is option to warm my room in rainy season it's quiet good it's satisfy me a lot the cooling process is really quicker and I love it and it impressed me a lot

Hiiiii guysss I am going to tell about this Videocon ton3 split ac it's price is reliable and it is convenient in alll climates especially in summer in my house I have this Videocon air conditioner it's look is also stylish and its saves current it's noiselesss it's cooling power is also good I personally satisfied with this air conditioner it's has an option to give warm in rainy season this is the reason which I was impressed in this product

This videocon air conditioner does not cool very much, it cools average. One day morning I found smoke on this air conditioner. I quickly ringed in the service senter but no response was in action. The a/c makes a lot of sound when it cools and this does have a option of super quite mode. I am not at all satisfied with this product and it is also priced too high

Videocon VSN33.WV11 1 Ton split Ac is a 3 star Ac as we buy this product 2 months ago my opinion about this ac is that this ac is not giving that much of cooling as we expect when we went to buy this ac at khosla electronics they said that this Ac's gas system is much better than other Ac's but I think this is not giving that much of air as they said or as we expect.

Electrical consumption is good its not taking very much of electricity

We bought this ac in 23500 Indian Rupees

They delivered this ac after 4 working days and installed it after 1 day of delivery

Hello friends, my self rohtas kumar and I have been used of this product from 1 year. In begining, it had given best result and no any sound problem, but after one year, its cooling was going down and the main issue of its gas leakage. And after a few days, it had make a bad noise or sound. Service charges was so high and Price was so high and its feature was not matched at this price rate. So, I am not satisfied to buy this product

Videocon VSN35.WV1 1 Ton 5 Star Split AC is a very costly product.

Its design is quite good but the product's sound is sometimes so harsh.

The durableness and authenticity of this product is unimpressive.

Value for money is so high and is not affordable by many customers.

It is a very disappointing product as it doesn't provide all those functions which this product should have.

Overall not a good product for us. It consumes huge amount of electricity power which is not good.

I will not suggest any one to buy this product as it is very Costly and has poor service support.

Satisfaction level is zero.

I have a Videocon Spit AC in my home for a year now specially bought for my mom during winter, the product is satisfactory and Reliable in every weather condition, the cooling rate is also good, about sound I can say is preety silent, service support is really good from videocon and time to time, when the customer is required, after sales service is also goof if you have any issue with videocon product, the power rating is loow to 3 Star only, as it cost some extra bucks in my electricity bills. but it is value for money. after using it for a year, I am pretty happy with the product

Horrible Product quality. every six month one or the other problem will keep coming and company will continue to ask money. After purchasing this AC every six month one or the other part fail. First sensor failed then gas leaked. We were advised by company executive to change coil to copper but after we did again in six month gas leakage.product is not at all trustworthy. company executives gives standard reply and at most may bargain with their vendor to reduce few bugs which in itself mean company have no control on product or service. we saw some such reviews but thought things would have improved and bought this and feel very sorry for decision to buy Videocon product.

I am using this videocon splite AC 1 Ton from last 2 years. This AC I bought from departmental store. This is very good in performance. Its cooling capacity is very good , it able to cool the room in 1 hour. There is no sound problem but after using for 1 year it starts making a grate noise which is very disturbing. I complaint this for more than 3 times but no one came to repair it this tells the poor services of this company.

If you want to buy this then consider the following points:

1. Check the cooling capacity.

Before I tell u anything about the product I want to let u know that I m from cold state , so that I need AC IN COLD conditions .Videocon AC is good for the summers to cool here but it is not best option for here in winters coz it has to produce heat in -2 degrees but it can't do so .in cold it is not producing heat as it should be according to its price and value . In summers at least 5AC 's are required to cool 1000 sq ft area but in winters it is so expensive and after paying huge amount it is not worth so I will not prefer this AC for heating purpose in cold .it's some OK for summers.

After numerous contemplations I acquired Videocon VLS35 1 on Split AC. Presently I think why I made the speculation on such a most noticeably bad item. I would unequivocally suggest not buying this.
