Videocon 2 Ton Split

The 2 Ton Split AC from Videocon do not have any service and support from the brand. You have to hire mechanic for servicing . The display of the AC was faulty one so when I contacted the customer service they were unresponsive and I have to pay for it to make it working. It have typical sound during opening of the flap . For 2 ton AC, the cooling effect is very ordinary as it takes too long to cool a 200 sq. ft. room. The AC always come up with some or the other problem which you have to address yourself. For the problems it caused, it is a costly product for me.

Videocon is trusted brand in india coz it is made in india brand u dicide what u purchase for made in india or chinies

This have dual filtering systems abd many more facility here have good survice and every thing good

Goid air condithioning effect and every is good

We purchased this Air conditioner around 4 years back and I must say that it has performed to the mark from that day. The only thing or complain I have is with the customer support they provide. 2 free services were promised by them while buying the AC but to get that done was a huge task.

You will have to call the customer care many times to get it done. They will fix a date and might not come and when you call them they will give some reason or other. Apart from this I have not faced any performance issue with this product. It usually cools the room within 15 to 20 mins.

The noise is minimal as I have heard noise from some other ACs in my friends house. If you are looking for a powerful performance you can go for this product. The service is the only bad thing about it.
