Exactly what I ordered, and delivered without delay. I ordered after looking at https://cruiseac.com

Will be back for more. Satisfied with the Air conditioner everything is good but ac makes a bit of sound.  Comparatively cheaper than other Air Condition manufacturer Thanks for the splendid service.

They delivered swiftly with a time and date agreed that was suitable for me.Our development firm have bought a number of high end products from Cruise AC and we are very pleased with the customer service provided.

Bought Seagul- Cruise KY35 / C portable AC at Kolkata last week. It was not working from day one. After making many phone calls to dealer, service enginer visited the place after one week. He was not able to solve the problem as he has not much experience and referring the manual only.

After Sale Service is horrible. You have to make many phone calls and lots of follow up....

Please be aware -- also AC is not portable as mentioned - You have to install its HOT OUTPUT DUCT somewhere....in window or gate...

It makes a lot of noise in room too...

Price is even too costly...you can buy any branded AC - window or split in that price...

So be careful before buying it..

I do not recommend it anyway...
