This ac of1.5 ton is working really nice initially but after a year it starts noise which irritates you so if you want to buy this ac check first that the service should be there. if you are runniing out of service area then it is going very difficult you to handle it is nice overall but have a little disadvantages which may bring you back to buy this it is cooling very fast but after a wholly it makes noise .

This product works really good initially and has a great life under warranty but once it starts disturbance it really ask for a lot of money. the service of Samsung is quiet expensive and if you go with the local guy then company doesnt support product after that. they charge 500 bucks as a visiting charge and the other prices like replacement of parts and some charge have a different and a large charge. even the method of complaint is quiet complicated as they keep you on intercom for service which is really irritating and that really test for your patience.

although the cooling of the system is nice and bills can be under controlled with this product but it produces a huzzing sound which could be disturbing sometime.

The quality which company gives is good but they also charge equally for it so there is no favor on you. product is quiet durable and has a good life it will never give you a big financial shock and could prove itself a good investment.

you will be satisfied with the product and the amount of money you spend to purchase it will be justified.

I want to share my personal experience - I baught Samsung 1.5 Ton Inverter AR18HV5NFWK Split AC last year, when sales person told me that this AC has inbilt inverter along with 5 year compressor guarantee which means I don’t have to think about it for next 5 years without giving a secon taught I baught it, cools my roon just in 20 minuts withot making any sound . this is one electronics gadgets which is giviens me more then what I have paid for. So lets start my honest opinion regarding the air conditioner are this compact is good in manufacturering of AC system. I have 3AC of same company which are working well. I bought it from the store. The design is good. The cooling system is nice but can be improved. The power control it through romote. The main thing which I liked was its after sales service. OVERVIEW: Samsung is very good brand in terms of mobile, refrigerator, LED's but AC's Samsung are not good and durable.

Service and Support is quite good as they register complain immediately and send their worker within 1-3 days.

Cooling is quite good but this makes very bad sound and that is very frustrating.

Quality and Durability is very bad as after one year of use it start giving internal problems.

Value for money I will say 6/10.
