I am a proud owner of a samsung 1.5 ton split AC installed at my room. I would like to say thanks to the company and the engineers who are behind to make this such an amazing product. actually for what maximum I am convinced is only related to its very less electricity consumption as it gives me a very low electricity bill to pay. my ac is a 2 star product and still I cant believe how can it consumes this low electricity. Hello Everyone, today I will share you my experience of using Samsung S crystal AC. I bought this AC a few year ago, but I am really disappointed by the air cooling. I complaint the same to the company, but in return they just send their technician who cleans up the AC fan and pipes. I have 2 more brands in my home, one of them is LG, I bought that of same price.

LG AC are so far better than samsung s crystal. I am really very disappointed by the overall service samsung provide for their air conditioner. Also, it only provides cooling of 23-24 degree, when I sets the cooling at 16 degree. Will recommend to either buy other brands like LG. Samsung is not at all a reliable in providing good service for air conditioners.

I have filled a legal complaint in consumer court, decision on same is yet to come. I have asked for a replacement or refund. Lets hope for the best

I had bought an air conditioner almost 18 months back. It was very impressed with the brand name Samsung and since last two years. I have replaced my all electronics products with Samsung, from mobile phones to LED and from Refrigerator to Air- Conditioner. You'll find only Samsung product in my home.

Samsung is a 3 star energy efficient Airconditioner.

It operates on various cooling modes such as dry mode, cool mode, dehumidification and sleep mode.

Samsung 1.5 Ton Inveerter AC lacks in Turbo mode, so you can't switch to the effective turbo mode on this Air conditioner.

Auto mode of this Airconditioner fits well in all climatic conditions.

It is an inverter Airconditoner so there is no need for a stabilizer.

It consists of auto cool and timer but doesnot consist of jet cool, self diagnosis and fuzzy logic.

The noise level of outdoor and indoor are similar to 53db and 43 db which gives little nuisance.

It consists of allergy and virus safe filters to give good health.  But it costs a bit high of around 48000 approx.

Samsung 1.5Ton inverter AC is got a very unique design.I mean you cant really seen a ac with a shape of a try angle. As per my view this thing is cooling efficient as well as energy efficient.

Service and support of this Ac is very good as you expect from a big brand Samsung.They will give you a 1 year servicing free through they only service it from the outer surface.

Cooling is pretty impressive as it goes down to 16 degree Centigrade and it through of air is also good.

Reliability and satification is also good as Samsung as a brand is reliable and they are also giving a 10years warranty. So in case of fault you can rely on them.

Value of money I can say yes to that as it is a much expensive product and also rely in terms of quality and services and as its a inverter technology so it also save a lot of consumption. As per my opinion it is a good product to buy it.

again am here with a detail review of my new air conditioner Samsung split AC 1.5 TON which have bought for my sister last month.

1st ly the cooling capacity of the Ac is very low as it takes so much time to cool even a small room.i think approximately 30 minutes more to cool a small room

2nd ly the ac started to show some sounds after a use of a week time there is some sound when I use to put in swing mode

3rd ly the ac compressor started to stack with ice on the tube for some time .this shows there is some issues with the compressor

4th ly I went to the showroom again regarding to complaint and the persons have said they will reach me in a week time and still now there is no info from their side

so I recommend you to please find another AC If u have a plan to purchase .

Samsung 1.5 split AC is unique in its design and the efficiency is great, it makes the place chill really fast, no noise and impressive. The dealers have increased its efficiency by increasing the warranty period to 10 year that itself speaks on the product.

Samsng is a reliable brand and the first choice to most of the customers, its value for money and my family loves it, with the problems of power shutdown on and off this inverter technology is very helpful.

Hi!

Samsung 1.5 Ton AR18JV5NBWKNNA isn't good. I went with the brand name, I am using this brand for many other house hold appliances and this reason drove me to buy their AC but this decision turned out to be a bad one.

#1. Cooling and Sound: Cooling is good and best only for first 6 months and there after you will feel a steep drop in performance. This AC is not for long run. Samsung offers 1 year warranty of AC and it is just the compressor that has 10 years warranty. Built in digital inverter is a joke and I suggest you buy a stabilizer to save your AC from electrical voltage surge. AC gets aged very fast and after just 2 months of normal use you will start hear sound from the cooler assembly that's mounted outside. This sound from outside cooling assembly gets louder with usage and service center says it's because of pollution that AC is choking to flush in fresh air. This might be true but they're designer they should have kept this in mind and done something. Customer does not buy AC for use in ideal air quality condition.

#2. Service & Support: Service is good but since they won't be able to fix the issues that your AC has as it ages fast and after 1 or 1.5 years you will feel that you could get any other brand within this price slab and you have made a mistake because you thought that compressor has 10 years warranty and you did not thought or was aware that other part also costs a lot. Samsung Engineer ask hefty service fee, it is about 500 INR for just the visit and you would easily give them 1500 to 2500 INR because everytime you complain they inform you that some part is at fault. You cannot get a simple replacement also as company I think specially designed thing and sell in complete panel. The front grill because of a lose clamp cracked and I had to get it all replaced along it the part that were all new because company doesn't sell it alone.

#3. Reliability & Satisfaction: It is not a product that will last for 4-5 years without any issue. You'll start having issues with it before 1 year but not like you need to get something replaced because Samsung has done testing in lab well enough that they doesn't have to replace anything cutting short their profit. You'll need replacement in part after an year and you'll have to pay for it. Satisfaction you'll not get from it because it is not what you thought might do. You won't save money on stabilizer also because sometime when there's voltage fluctuation you get a big sound from AC and this sound makes you feel afraid and this impacts the Digital inverter chip board and breaks it and you need to get it replaced. Company says it's Energy efficient but I don't know in what way because it's a 1.5 ton AC and that in physic means you have to replace that much air in 1 hour time, AC consumes 1.5 to 6 KW electrical unit in an hour depending upon your current climate. So if you're outside and your room temperature was 45-49 degree Celsius then you can expect AC to consume around 6 KW to provide you cooling. This means you'll be billed 6 electrical unit for an hour usage and that's around 27 INR. After an hour AC will consume 2 to 3 KW energy. So there is no saving if you check your usage closely.

#4. Value for Money: No, it's a disappointing product. You can get a very solid product at lesser price. I won't recommend this AC.

I am very happy to share my views on Samsung S-Crystal+ AS183EKE 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC.

As Everybody knows that Samsung gives best products and its name stands for the best.

The service and Support of Samsung is very good and satisfactory.

They make us feel good with their service.

It has good copper condensor with very less sound.

The cooling effect is very nice. It gets cooled within 10-15 minutes.

It is very reliable to use and periodical maintenance of AC gives good result.

The electricity bill is about around Rs. 700-800/- may be expected for usage of whole night which is affordable and cheap.

I refer this to others to enjoy the cooling of Samsung AC.

This is our first ac. After a lot of research, finaly I select this AC. Actualy I've decided to buy a 3 star AC from LG. But after doing a lot of research I found that this Samsung AC is priced around 6000/- rupees less than the LG AC. So I decided to get this one.

Next day evening time Samsung people came to my home. As it was a offer of free instalation, they did it freely. Their behaviour was very good and they were co operative. They checked the AC in our room and with conformation they left.

Now lets talk about the AC. My room size is 14×12 foot which is also the top floor of our home. So for that reason a AC of 1.5 ton is next to impossible to chill the room. But as it was an Inverter AC, it usualy chills the room with in 10 minutes. Some times during night it feels like it is not cooling, but its ok. There is no problem.

This AC comes with an excellent mode as single user. This mode is very good and useful during night and when very few people present during the day time. It makes the AC runs in 1 ton power giving an avrage cooling inside the room.

One day we found that our AC is not cooling the room. So we register a complain in Samsung help line. And next day they send 2 persons. They Checked and found that the gas has been leacked. So they refill the GAS. As our AC is on warrenty, so they did it absolut freely.

Now lastly lets talk about its electric consumption. During the hot summer when I was using it more than 4 hours in day time and 8 hours in night, I was having an electric bill of 1800/- rupees and after the summer, using 4/5 hours a day, I am getting 1200/- to 1500/- rupees electric bill.

So from my side it is a recomend.

I brought this Samsung 1.5 ton Ac in 2015 and this Ac is working marvelous.

The reason why I would say its Marvelous is till now I did not spend any money in repairing the AC.

I made use of free service and after that its working pretty fine.

My room would be very big and when I turn on the Ac my room goes chill with in 10 mins.

Not only the Samsung Ac any home appliances I would always prefer the Brand Samsung.

I have also recommended my friends who also brought this samsung Ac and they are also happy with the product.

I always keep the AC in 20 degree which freezers my room some times I would also keep it in 16 degree and open my room door as it also chills my hall.

When I called the samsung service person to shift my AC to the new house they charged me at a reasonable price which is affordable

This AC has a feature were I can turn off the Ac light also which was quite comfortable for me to sleep at night.

The AC remote is understandable to operate when compared to other brand/companies AC remote.

So I would recommend all of my friends in this world to go for this Samsung 1.5 Ton Ac.

Last year I brought the same Rs.27000 and now this summer I got the deal @21000. so it was good. Ac is quite good and very good service.

Features:

1.Cheapest inventor ac with copper condenser.

2.Low noise - u can feel little noise there but it's definitely much less than non inventor ac.

3.Fast cooling - takes 10-15 min to cool in turbo mode for 150sf area.

4.Installation it took 1500(without stand which costs 900 they said)

5.We can expect electricity bill about 600-800 for 7-8hr usage per day. Which is cheap I think.

please try to avoid samsung products which is half china materials using. china always have dump materials produce. after few year this products are dump.

1) must watch the production country of all parts
