I have purchase this ac before 2 years. and this seems to be that it is not working properly now . the company offered the only two times service . but after the service of 3 months its works abnormal like the sound comes too much which make the disturbance in the sleep it takes long time to cool . and I am not satisfied with this product .sometimes it lead to the leakage of water from the ac. it's just waste of money I preferred you to not to take this ac.as well as the service is also not good if its paid service you will highly charged for different products replacement .so I think you should not waste your time as well as money in it.

Quality level of samsung has been changed and proved to be game changer in the world of electronics and specifically appliances since last 3 to 4 months ago and one of the best matter related to the AC is reliability and satisfaction which gives almost I think 2 years almost warranty for his products.

As far as, service and support is concerned, so its service is so quick and their persons prefer to perform fast working and fast troble shooting after rectification of any issue. and Price level is much better than any other AC brand.

3 years before I have bought it in a little high initial cost but it cost very one forth of the electricity cost by my another hitachi window ac. The only diffrence between them is that the cooling effect of this ac is far less than our another window ac. It design is very good than that window ac but has a bad service as compaired to the window ac. I

Here I am review samsung bio sleep and I will see you this that it is for this air conditioner was the only hope you had during summers under 43 degree selcius in 2013. This Air conditioner safe me and my roommate from dying out and son but it is killed us latter with the huge electricity bill it had. who had price of the bill of one of our friend who had air conditioner for the company . Power consumption was busy visibly high of this air conditioner . However, this air conditioner is only 1.5 ton so it can hardly cool a princess size room with three people in it mentioning it's dis advantages , this makes noise , so much that you can't sleep fair and square. So for all those people who want to sleep in peace, get a batter air conditioner .

In the beginning days in worked so well but as days passed on ot started giving trouble the wings of the ac started blowing hot air and started making so many creeky sounds and at times it use get so cool or so hot even the wings got spoiled so soon.so I suggest not use this ac we should on this ac before 15 mins if we want the room to become so cool.

Hello dear, Today iam going to review on Samsung AWT18QBHDC, My father brought this is thas summer, the AC is so good, but after some month we feel that how bad service give this AC because after some month many problem occurs in this AC and when I reparing cost is so high also sometime after it not cooling our home very well also one main reason is that it produce so much sound it really irritating, One more negative point is that it consume so much electricity our all money going in paying electricity, So iam not recommend you to bue this Air condition. I have been using this product since an year my father after much forcing buy this ac and thi s is first one in aur home

When there is start it is functioning well later on bad voice of flipper start coming high usage of electricity and large amount ogf bill wehave to pay the air is alsoo much affecting without any filter water is alsoi coming out then I bought new flipper ac

I bought this window air conditioner with capacity of 1.5 ton by samsung. In the starting I felt the room that I am in the northen pols that is so obious because it was first air conditioner in our house and that was my first experience of sleeping in air conditioning room. But after that I felt that my air conditioner is consuming too much electricity that gave me a shock of extra bill.

Also with this the Air conditioner was not properly working and not cooling my room. Then I was forced to shift it to another room and buy a new air conditioner and this time I bought a split air conditioner and its so cool now.

Hi, I have been using this AC from almost 2 years now and now I am thinking for another AC as on September I have to pay 9000 rs as electricity bill.

Negative points of this AC's are:

It consumes lots of electricity and you have to pay heavy electricity bills.

It makes too much noise, it will take almost an hour to get used to it.

Takes time to cool the room almost 15 to 20 mins.

Needs maintenance twice or thrice in a year.

Only thing good about this AC is the support and service Samsung gives is quite good. They solve issues quickly but also charge a high amount.

Samsung as a brand is very reliable but in this product I am not sure as this is not a good product form Samsung.

It cost me around 32k 2 year ago and I don't think its a value for money product as it consumes a lot of electricity. Hope that my review will help you in buying AC.

I can used many electronics products of samsung company such as ( LED, REFRIGERATOR, ELECTRICAL WATER GYSER) but inthis summer I brought a samsung company airconditioner( AC) of 1.5 ton its give more than satisfied result their compressor can on quickly and start cooling the room many of my friend and relatives check my AC cooling speed and give me a poistive response their service is easy and their cost I much low according to their features they dont produce much sound their sound is very less their body shape is very good company also give me I year waranty they are available in black and white colour in the market 2 of my nehbiours check my AC and bring same AC with Same brand I use my money but I give me poistive response I advice you to that choice this product for greate and best response

I used this newly inverter ac but unfortunately I m not happy with this just because of its producing too much noice which is not comfortable and also its not easy to use . I try to contact service center but they also didn't solve my problem and they said this kind of noice produce in this ac and this is not a problem but I am not comfortable with it. Personally I am not recommend this product to other.

Samsung guy came within 3 days of delovery daspite heavy rainfall is my area and installed it ptoperlly. Service and technicans were very humble and dedicated. Istelled the ac and guided my paent how to use it. Only one cons was installation charge was written. But ehen call to samsung caustomer care they told installation.

Hey guys if u thinking to buy this AC and if you watching my review so please do not buy this AC because at this time I am using this ac and trust me I am not just satisfied with this so that's why I wants to share my personal experience in front of you.

The cooling of this AC is normal it cools my rooms in just 10 to 15 minutes but it make noise very loud, that feels me very disappointed.

And if I talking about its air so it not gives a fresh air as I feel. so if you wants to buy the AC so please do not buy this AC actually samsung is very good brand but this samsung's modal is not good .

so in this price you can buy another ac.

This is so damaged product from world class brand Samsung. My grandpa use it more than a year and he really feel unhealthy because which air this air conditioner provide is such a mixture of some harm gas and air which really hurts your skin and your health. Coolness is limitless but its sound noise is so more which I really feel bad. In my way this is a symbol of harming bird. So don't choose this and see another option. This is sometimes not work as user friendly but is okk. Because with this air conditioner we accept only this. So young charmers join another healthy option which refreshing your mind and charm you.

COOLING AND SOUND: it product is 1.5 ton and cooling normal does not good friend this ac in my room and my experience with this product my room is big but I set ac on 16 degree but does not best cooling many time  sound on ac fan in my room mainly duck is so sound and I has been service after 1 months  but just a little sound create not work silently I dont like any disturb at a sleep time and cooling many time lowest temprature on ac work because 25 degree on I am feeling heat so .

SERVICE AND SUPPORT- service and support is wonderful for samsung company fast services given and engineer is 1 working day in service ac only like service for samsung

RELIABILITY AND SATISFACTION - I am not satisfaction for this product it product dealer is called it bio sleep but it good quality but ac is any time off heating room  and some time later cold I have cold them

VALUE FOR MONEY- it is 3 star but like more consuming electricity my light bill is more than and long money bill given I do not like this product

Hey guys! Today I am talking about Air condition. Low prices and high efficiency make portable air conditioners and window air conditioners inexpensive room air conditioner alternatives to central air for cooling one or two rooms. Its a good product. Samsung airconditioner AWT18QPHDA air cooling is wondarful cooling.  it will cool the room with in 10 to 15 minutes and it has got one stylish remote control with option like temperature up and down, etc and this AC has also have swing option by this coolness can be spread to corners of the room.

This inverter 2 ton Air conditioner is an exception. The sound is not enough created as this is good from user point of view. Its very hot in summers in the area where we were residing(kolkata), at temperature above 40 to 45 degree, it worked efficiently.

So friends, I recommend you this product.

Cooling and everythng does matter but we have to mange wd some parameter. everythng depend on ur behaviour of using.i saw many of them happy wd this brand. so I can this brand can be trustable at some extent and we to take care of all thing so that it can perform better as we can make it comfortable by giving their poimts with feedback.
