Bought samsung 1.5 ton AC two month back. very pleasent experience in early few days but later on found technical glitch very often. techincal assistance of samsung is very poor. firstly they don’t pick your call and if u r lucky enough n they pick your call then they give time for visit and theteafter they stop taking calls.sound coming out of ac while running is horrible. its surely not pleasent any more. waste of money.waste of energy. very poor service from company like samsung.Frustrating!

We bought samsung bio sleep 6 months back and now it's not working properly, it's making horrible sound while on and couldn't sleep due to that sound. Auto sleep mode is good but it makes sound very loud. Customer care is very bad, they keep on hanging phone or keep waiting without responding. Later they finally came and serviced it by taking extra charges for repair. It's not the same when we bought it, service is also poor.

We had brought this product last year. In starting 1-2 weeks it was quite good at cooling. I thought it was best investment till date..but after that it does not cool at all..then we ask customer support they said they will do service but with extra money.After that too it doesn't works well. Please don't go for this product.

I bought a Samsung inverter AC 2 ton in 2016 and I have been facing problems with that AC right from the beginning. So far I've changed the fan motor and now that mother board has gone back. I registered a complaint on 21st April 2020 with Samsung customer care and it's 8th June 2020 today and they still haven't resolved the issue. The AC is lying disassembled in the living room since 12th May and they haven't come back yet. They have stopped taking my calls. I payed them 2100 rupees for the mother board and I think that money has also gone to waste. Samsung has the most horrible customer service when it comes to AC's. I also own LG AC's and I have never faced such issue with them.

Samsung ac is one of the bad quality product in the field of ac.it look is very fine but its working capability is not too good.so when you wants to buy ac then you must carefully see the feature and cooling capability and how long its service period

Like other products of samsung the airconditioner of samsung is also good product.

Its quickly gets cool and make surrounding more cool

The only worse point of it is that it consume more electricity.

It has many motlre features like good sleep

In this function its automatically starts and switch off as per the cooling of house.

We have two Samsung Bio air conditioners both working perfectly well for the last few years. Purchasing air conditioners is not an easy job, we need to take many factors into consideration, especially the room size. In fact I was cost conscious and planned for more economic brand but later changed my plan after hearing some bad experiences from my friends who bought some inferior brand. Now I realized that it is worth opting for a reputed brand due to their high credibility.

Thanks to Samsung it gives us very comfort sleep . It is noise free and it cools effectively and efficiently. When we come from outside we are in sweat and need instant cooling where the turbo mode plays it role and it cools 15 percent faster than normal mode.

I strongly recommend this product. With all user friendly feature, the price is justifiable. In Kerala the temperature rises exorbitantly but I really relay on my Samsung Bio sleep air conditioners.

Aamsung air conditioner are hightech and stylish as their other product.but they are not certainly good in terms of service life I have seen a lot of samsung ac that failed witHin 7-8 years.better go for other big names like carrier, hitachi, etc.older lg ones had excellent service life d9nt know about new ones

We Purchased this samsung Airconditioner but we disappointed to buy samsung AC and We wasted our money.After a one year it had problems and after 2 years its all gas pipe damaged and then we had to retire this AC after 2 years.I will not advice to any body to buy this product.This is a wastage of Money.

the company free service for 3 times yearly at once. they are ac installment ac in free cost.so service & support is good and best service.

Samsung ac cooling the floor so quickly and fresh cooling air give energy to work at home. the ac is more require at time of hot summer. so install the ac and enjoy the ac in hot summer also.

no sound in the ac at the time of running . it is really silence at the time of night also. so you happy to sleep in the night with out noise.

Is not working properly.

It consumes lots of electricity and you have to pay heavy electricity bills.

It makes too much noise, it will take almost an hour to get used to it.

service and support is wonderful for samsung company fast services given and engineer is 1 working day in service ac only like service for samsung

I am not satisfaction for this product it product dealer is called it bio sleep but it good quality

Its value of money is not worth.
