The samsung galaxy core 2 is a really fast quadcore phone. It has a lot of great features. I like it but I wish it would be better if it was 4G.


samsung is the best brands among any other brands. Even im having samsung refrigerator at my house and it has no problems.


I've never gone to service centre yet for the reparing work. Hands up to samsungs! and it is the best brand ever on this planet as compared to others

I got the AC of this company and as quite impressed by the product. This is a 2Ton AC but still consumes less power than conventional ACs in the market.


This is because it comes with intelligence sensors that provide the optimal temperature and also cut-off if not required automatically.


This has also laminar air flow that is quite comfortable. It has also quick cooling technology which cools a big room within 5-6 mins. This is also compact and quite blends in the wall. It has a nice displayed remote control that shows temperature, fan speed and other controls. I am very happy with this AC indeed

Bad experience with after sale service

This is about after sale service experience of Samsung AC.


I had purchased a Samsung Split Ac that has inbuilt stabilizer. It was an attractive offer, with free installation and free three services for one year.


Ac was installed in time, without any problem. The guys who came to install were efficient, quietly did their job and left.


The chaps who came to service the ac first and second time were good too. Both the times, two chaps came. They were all humble and gave good advice on the upkeep of ac. They even swiped clean the floor, after asking me for a wiper, as there was muddy water everywhere due to ac service.


Then came the time for the 3rd and the last free service. Before the service guys came, as usual, I covered my low marble top side table, that was just below ac, with newspaper, to avoid dust. Now, these two chaps came in a hurry, one guy constantly talking on his mobile, and climbed up the heavy marble top table, with'his shoes on'.  I had to shout at him and then he stopped talking on phone and looked at what a blunder he was doing.


He came down the table saying, he thought the table was covered with newspaper for him to climb. Couldn't he notice or apply his brain that standing on this low height table, his hands would never reach the ac on top? The table was very expensive and the top was already so heavy and had wooden legs, it could have broken due to this chap's weight. He didn't even have the decency to ask before taking this step.


Even during the service, his phone kept ringing and he answered all his calls. He hardly did his job seriously. In the mean time the other guy cleaned the unit that was on the floor and resulted in muddy water everywhere. Remembering my experience from before, I gave him the wiper. But this man simply said he won't do it. Let the floor dry on its own.


By now, I too wanted these two useless guys to get out my house. Probably, they were not serious in this free wala service, nor did I like their presence.


If I have to bear with such brainless and inefficient service guys of Samsung, then I will rather not have any kind of after service from them.


AC is good, its inbuilt stabilizer has saved me space on floor and now I get its service done from my local ac service guy who is efficient and gives ample time to his job.

We have 2 ton split air conditioner of Samsung in our work station, number of air conditioner in our office is around 4 which is enough to get the whole area chilled, As you all know we all get frustrated with the work load at this bad situation the only one who make us feel is the cooling of the air conditioner.


the performance of the Samsung split air conditioner is very good as it does not require servicing every month like others, we does service every quarterly.


Cooling of Samsung split air conditioner is very chilling which make us feel relax and relife from hot sun.


I would say the one who are using this air conditioner will always be relax and chilax.

I recently bought samsung 2 ton split AC for my office. samsung provides a good cooling solutions for your purpose. It is having good power rating so it also saves my money.Good display screen is provided for temperature adjustment.


Nice remote sensing and powerfull breeze of cool air makes you fill fresh and comfortable.power jet mode provided in this particular model makes your room chill.design is durable. As samsung is a china company it   provides a good electronic interface for users.its cooling mechanism is very strong as per the compressor.

Horrendous experience with Samsung - DONT BUY

I have used the Samsung Split Ac for less than a year. Within 9 months, the condenser conks off!  Worst was I had to call service centre 10 times before anyone agreed to come to check up the A/C. After informing me that they will come and rectify it took them nearly 2 weeks to come to my house. After coming also they refused to help in lifting the Ac from the window sill and I had to get my own people to left it. Finally they repaired the AC and have now refused to install it again - saying they find it difficult! This didnt seem a problem when I had initially bought the Ac! That time everyone was willing and agreeing to come to my house at my convenience.


This is a product which cost me 40000 bucks and have given me zero value.


Please do not buy Ac or anything from this company! they have exhibited this sort of arrogance even in their smart phone service. They apparently only service if you are a big shot! Not for the common man.  I have written to the top management as well and they have all not responded or sent me auto reply saying our technician will get in touch with you. NO QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL.


Samsung 2 ton split AC

Samsung is a leading brand for many electronic products, they have good share for Air conditioners as well.


My sister has this AC at her home in the living room. Her living room is quite big, around 600-800sq ft, this 2 ton AC cools the room in just few minutes very efficiently.


Samsung has majority of its AC which are designed for low consumption of electricity, this AC has 5 star rating. The only thing I didn’t like about this AC is, it is very bulky & space occupying.


One more most important thing is, free servicing for 1 year(thrice a year). Warranty of 5 years.


Recommended for large rooms

Worst Product and Disgusting Service

Hi All,


I had taken a Samsung AC and on the 4th day I was facing a problem so raised a request to Samsung and the technician stated it was of GAS! I seriously don't understand how can the product go out of gas on the very 4th day. Requested Samsung to replace a product has I did not want to it be fixed by filling gas after using for the very 4th day and Samsung have refused it.


Spoke to most of the Samsung representatives and l they dont know English and the most funniest part they doesn't have a Employee no and they still work.(based on call to Samsung representative Mounika & Nikhil Reddy Contact No:+91 7799289078)when called toll free number the maximum they can escalate to was a team leader who doesn't have rights to take decision, so there is no point in having a call to team Leader. people doesn't know to update the logs as well, some one please give access I will do that part for you.


They will tell that they will arrange a call to you from concerned team and which will neverr happen.


Still waiting for update from Samsung since a week. Hope this issues is fixed at earliest. Will update you guys. Please don't buy Samsung products. Services have turned worse. A year back when I went to a Samsung store , issues was resolved in 30min and was given a feedback form. From which only have 4 options were solved in less than 30min.But now more than a week has passed.

Poor quality aluminium coils in outdoor is wrong

Samsung ACs are junk, because they have aluminum coil in the outdoor, which fails often. Although they have copper coil in the compressor, the presence of aluminum coil in outdoor unit has very very very poor performance. Recently, Samsung has started to give 3 years warranty for the aluminum coil as well.


The product I have bought is just 2 years old, which I paid 27, 000, but now I have to undergo recoiling.


Even the service engineer is not sure what should be done with this aluminum coil which fails often. Recoiling costs approximately 9, 000 Rs.


Spending 27, 000, and year on year 9000 would become a norm if you buy Samsung AC. While Samsung has very good other products, they need to a run a long miles in AC section.


Pls pls pls don't go for Samsung ACs.


Caution: Samsung ACs and their Service Sucks.

I bought a 1.5 Ton Samsung Split AC in March 2009. 10 days after the installation and after a complaint of “No cooling” I was told by the service engineer that the AC had FAILED Compressor, which was replaced after 5-6 days after much follow-up. In Summer 2010 the AC stopped working because od Condenser Coil Failure. While replacing this, the Engineer informs that there’s no refrigerant Gas in the system and had to Top-up by paying Rs 1000. Now in March of 2011 the AC has no cooling.


Have registered a complaint on Friday 23rd March Complaint No 8426596941 and even after 60 hours the Engineer Has NOT turned up. have made some 10 calls to service centre, and have had no luck so far. Am not sure id Samsung reads these posts but am wondering why Samsung is killing their reputation by such a shoddy products and service In India?

If you want to wait for eternity and good service means nothing to you only then go in for a Samsung product, we were harassed to no end after the split a/c 1.5 tons was bought within 15 days it stopped cooling for which we had to make some 20 calls to top it the service men denied that they had fitted it in the span of one month this happened twice.so this is definitely a no-no on our list for our next purchase.


They need to improve on their customer care service, because of which they have lost out on more people buying their product.we deterred some of our friends who were on the verge of buying new a/cs for their house.i hope the comp turns its attention to this important aspect of marketing.

I was happy with Samsung as a group & hence decided to buy a split 1.2 ton AC. However after 2 years of purchase when I wanted to go for a full service and repair ( the temperature is not going below 26 C) ..i received the biggest shock of my life.


I registered my request on 26th April 2009 ..my BP No is 8407236874..yet till date my AC is neither serviced nor repaired. Two engineers did come in the mean time only to inspect the site..thereafter they have chosen to remain incommunicado...Everytime I register a complaint or speak to the customer service they say that the problem would be solved..


However nothing has moved till date. Following is the name of the outsourced agency which is to be blamed: Service Location : Howrah, West BengalService Centre : Time O Service, 37 & 38 Motinath Porel Lane, Salkia, Howrah. WBPh. No - 30308282 My question is why should a brand like Samsung take chances outsourcing service requests to a callous third party who do not care about its & the parent body's reputation. Pretty ok system – doesn’t cools the rooms pretty quick, quiet (unlike my old one), doesn't have a long range of movement. There are some good features especially like the ''Smokers Option'' which allows you to smoke in the room without any temperature changes. 1 fault, though, is that u have to clean it pretty regularly or it will start leaking like hell. Overall not so good not so bad product – needs lots of improvement Samsung!
