We have bought two AC machines from SAMSUNG PLAZA , under Classic Electronics System, Malhotra Towers, Siliguri on 1st May, 2023 . The fitters/service personnel did not appear trained on sound line. First impression thus was bad.

The machine suddenly became defunct on 9th June, 2023, though the machine was not in continuous use. It was too early to face such a situation. An Engineer inspected the set on last Monday, 12.06.2023 and told my brother that some part(PCB board perhaps) is to be replaced and it will come by 4 to 5 days.

But the part did not yet reach the Showroom at Siliguri, West Bengal. The 1.5 ton is silent. The Company too is silent. Perhaps they are waiting that the warranty goes out of date. The above all experience with Samsung AC is not good.

Bought samsung AR18AY4YAWK in April 2021.

Worked well till warranty period, then no cooling, gas leak, had to call 4 times, gas leak fixed, then no cooling again, filled gas has leaked again, then call for another 4 to 5 days, 6000 rs fixed, then now again filter cleaned 3 months ago, now again, no cooling, filter clogged with gel?? Another 1800 rs, but again had to call 4 days, fed up, never again

2 month se jyada AC ko liye huae ho gaye, jab se AC liya tab se ye kam nahi kar raha hai or in logo ko 2 mahine se lagatar complaint kar raha hu but koi bhi solution nahi ho raha or aaj bhi mera AC kharab hai. ye log har dusre din sirf ise check karne aate hai or bapas chale jate hai, Rudrapur service center ke incharge ne mana kar diya ki aapne ye AC Reliance Digital se liya hai to hum isme kuch nahi kar sakte, Reliace wale ye bolte hai ki Samsung ka AC hai to ise samsung hi karega. ab batao dosto kya kru me. isi liye bol raha hu Samsung chor ke koi bhi AC loge to service achhi milegi.

Purchased 2 AC on 31 Oct 2020, 1 Never worked a single day, everytime starting from installation was a horrible experience, it never cooled, they always blamed the copper piping provided by the builder at fault, finally after 3 years, this summer they filled with nitrogen to check for any leakage and on not finding any leakage they took my Indoor unit and found the fault in it, they are asking for 9000 to make it work and what an horrible experience it has been, looking at approaching consumer forum with my complaint and look for resolution

I have previously used Crarrier, LG and Haier ACs. The first two even after 10 to 15 years of usage had never given any trouble. I bought SAMSUNG 1.6 T Split ACs, three numbers on 09.03.2021. These were sparingly used, just for 2 months in Summer of 2021 and 2022. During April, 2023 all 3 ACs when started were noticed to be not working. On the panel it was showing as C1 01. When I lodged a complaint with Samsung Customer Care, they were referred to Samsung Service Centre at LB Nagar, Hyderabad. It was diagnosed that in all 3 ACs, the EP Box was not working and that the gas plugs were leaking in two ACs. They were taken for repair and I was charged a huge amount of Rs.14 000/-. How can it be that all 3 ACs purchased on the same day go out of order at the same time and with same diagnosis. It must be some manufacturing defect. But the customer is made to suffer.

It is another nightmare to get the Technitians from the Service centre.They make you beg and crawl on your face. Especially the Samsung Service Centre at LB Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana State is the worst one. I complained on the Service Centre to the Samsung Customer Care and they are least concerned.

Except for Samsung Phones, I never trust any other products of this brand. The repair of my 3 Samsung ACs are dealt by Samsung Customer Care in Service Ref. Nos. 4368940676; 4369035053; 4369184494 and 4369184495.

I HAVE TAKEN AN OATH THAT IN MY LIFETIME I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN.

The worst AC I have ever purchased and even worse service, Reliance charged us close to 42K, it’s been only 3 years and we have had to get it serviced 8 times already! Each time the servicing guy says that the last guy did a bad job. We are stuck with this piece of junk now. Slow clap Samsung. Never buying another Samsung product ever again. For ACs buy VOLTAS or any other brand but not SAMSUNG.

Too much sound and within 1 year the cooling reduced. Severe gas leakage issues costing and the company is 6k for gas refill and valve replacements.

Wasted ac in the world.

Micro holes 5star ac splite ac in my house. Just 10 months so many problems coming in ac. And no colling. wast money wast time. I think o general or blue star is the best company

Bought a AR18RV3HEWK Triple Inverter Split AC powered by Digital Inverter 8-Pole 5.00kW (1.5T) for Rs 47k. On top of that we spent another Rs 30k for every 6 month gas refilling, servicing and foul smell problem. Samsung technician told us the ac model is bad and they are trained for that. The ac smells like sewage gutter water. Even after servicing it starts doing the same thing. Dont even think of buying this ac ever or considering samsung.

I bought this ac 1.5 ton at price 40000.First don’t buy this product from Amazon they don’t provide stand and copper wire where we get all these from other electronic stores, we need to buy from outside for extra cost I compared and cross checked. Also cooling will not work and the sensor of the AC is poor. Completely waste of money

Bought Samsung AC which cost us close to 45000 (including installation), the AC worked for roughly 10 days and broke down. I am ever since calling the customer care everyday but the AC is still broken. I raised the complain on 15th September 2022 and Today is 10th October 2022, the AC remains broken. I deeply regret my decision of purchasing SAMSUNG and I request everyone if you have another choice, please don't buy SAMSUNG.

Very worst exp .. Purchased new Samsung wind free ac .And had issue from the first day of installation.. cooling nahi kar raha hai... Copper pipe mein ice jam rahi hai... Service engineer 3 din se kabhi gas bhar rahe hain.kabhi gas leak ho rahi hai..kabhi compressor overheat ho raha hai..sab ho raha hai bus ac kaam nahi kar raha hai...

Purchased in 2018. The salesman gave false surety about many qualities but none of them passed in its standard. Firstly, it's outlet was installed in a very poor manner by their servicemen. After it in the first year gas got finished whereas we used it for very little time. Then next year wires and it's PBC board get corrupted and charged 5000 bucks to get it repair. Since first year getting water leakage problem repairing of which costs ₹649/- x 3 in the same year. Customer care takes more than a day to listen the problem. After the service no one bothers about feedback or customer satisfaction and all that. Worst than worst product ans pathetic is rhe after-sale service.
