Panasonic Air conditioner

The service engineer of Panasonic Air conditioning department had come to reinstall my 1.5 Ton Split Air conditioner. The said the job is completed and have taken an amount of Rs. 4, 600 and left. To my shock, the impact of Cooling is very negligible. I had called up the engineer and they never turned up. I called up the customer care and escalated. I asked her to put me to a senior person but in vain. Till today neighter the Panasonic company or their service team had atleast bothered to turn back to atleast know the service quality of services they render. I had never expected a pathetic service of a so call branded product.

I wanna share mah experience with you. Panasonic Air conditioner is excellent and I have been using this for last 4 years. I got good result from this. In the summer, it is a perfect glaze. I found it very interesting and it gives us more comfort zone or entertainment value. It works very smoothly ansd smartly and it's not make a noise neither inside nor outside. One important thing is that it is very good in price as compared to other Air conditioner. I want to say, everyone should buy and using it.

Panasonic is the best company to buy Air conditioner.

Being a loyal to Panasonic brand, I bought an A/c, guess the coil gets damaged in 2 seasons .

When complaint no one knows the reason and put it on policies .

no one hear customer grienvances

no solution

everyone spoken in management from service team shubhankar/Kusum talks about policy no reason shared for the fault.

the moment you mention its a service defect they say no as your a/c is out for gurantee period and its an electronic item we cannot taken any responsibility.

ask for seniors involvement, got an answer they cannot come on phone, they have much to do then to listen to customer.

Worst ac. Problems started eight months from purchase. Service is pathetic. It is having sparks now and no response from service. Service guys does nt even know what they are doing. They broke several components and disabled many features. Dont buy panasonic ac

I bought 3 Panasonic AC last year and it's really very bad experience with respect to service and support.

I called the customer care center of Panasonic AC but the response was very bad as they don't have my data nor they are ready register my data nor ready to help the customer with the needs.

The user manual is not good and is not informative for the end user to understand the features and how to use them.

They a free demo concept to educate the customer and requested for the same with customer care center but no body turned up till date nor any call from them. It shows that they are least bit bothered about the customers and their grievances.

Being a Japanese company it's rather surprising to see this type of response. Hope the company will take note of this situation about their service status and act upon it swiftly.

It's a real caution to Indians before buying an AC as its always a one time investment.

Till date I have not been able to use the AC to the best possible extent.

I have purchased an air conditioner in the month of Aug 2018. Which was used for 2- 3 months before winter.

While testing the ac this year, I found there is no cooling.

I lodge a complain on 16th March 2019 at toll free number 18001081333 vide service request no R170319968873.

But even after 12 days no one from panasonic service centre has visited my house.

Very good cooling with silence.only concern I found is not a trendy look and on screen panel like other companies give otherwise for collingn purpose it is a must buy product with a good price range and value for money.using it more than 5 years and still no gas filling or no external cost.only time to time service only

We have purchased a Panasonic air condition from Panasonic retail outlet . we bought an inverter AC because of panasonic sales person recommendation. within just 3 year it broken down( coil damaged) and not working . Panasonic authorized technician( Temp air system, ernakulam) simply told me that the coil of AC is needed to replace, the cost is around 14000/-

We have very bad user experience on this panasonic product, its not value for money.

Don't waste time and money on this brand.

I purchased the AC from Panasonic considering branded company. Actual fact is different. I had very bad experience of the AC. Installation is very poor through unskilled persons.

Facing gas leakage and tripping problems since warranty period. The piece is defective.Iam spending lot for its repairing.

I discussed with customer care and technical team. They are interesting in charges required rather than solving problems.

For defective piece why I should pay?

Comany should take care.

But this is not happening.

This is the most pathetic air conditioner I have come across. Have used Voltas, LG, OGeneral but have not come across such low grade product. The product started giving problem after a year. We changed cooling coil 2 times spending more than 15k on it and 3rd time also the cooling coil alongwith the condensor coil was asked to be replaced. Finally we decided not to continue spending on it. First I thought that the service agency is the one creating problems with the air conditioner, couldnt believe that a Japanese product would be like this. So I wrote to the service head of Panasonic stating the details. However the response which I received was that the AC is now out of warranty and the estimate of 14K needs to be approved. They were least bothered about the feedback of the product or service. I would say LG gives the best service and response to their customers. There are times when products give problems however the company should be considerate in their response to their customers. It is cheaper compared to the other quality products available in the market but I would say the overhead expenses are higher after the purchase and after sale service of the company is not at all good. Would advice everybody not to get attracted with their price but focus on the quality.

.1: 50 tan ac is very well for a room .colling is beeter .looking vise so apperisahde for eyes .its is a nice product .always buy .

Hay guys I wanna share my experiene about panasonic air conditioner.i have been using this air conditioner for last 5 years.and I got very good result it's a 5 star air conditioner.becouse it's not consume too much electercity.And also it not make a noise inside or outside. Espacially it's very light wight air conditioner.there are many option in remote like the fan mode and swing etc.With the remove we can oprate it easily.about it's degine so it's a well degined by penasonic company which is most powerfull electronic company.So guys I am still using it and got awesome result.

I have purchased Panasonic air conditioner in May 2017, Padmavati Navsari Gujarat. Worst service provided by both Company and Dealer. Only 1 free service received during 1 year warranty period after so much follow up, even Remote of air conditioner in not working in 1 year but no response from Panasonic company and Dealer.

I don’t recommend to anyone buy Any Panasonic products in Navsari Gujarat India.

Panasonic senior sales person of navsari is also not interested to hear or take any action on service concerns.

I recommend to don’t buy any Panasonic products in Navsari Gujrat until service issue noted by Panasonic Higher management team.
