From the first time we switched it on we had a ticking noise from the inside unit(sounded like a rotating blade was hitting something solid) and also the fan on the outside unit made noises like a helicopter in our backyard. As well, the inside unit plays a tune after being on for a couple of hours. Panasonic sent their contractor out twice and said they couldn't fix any of the problems and I needed to contact Panasonic direct. Panasonic said I needed to take videos and send to them of all the issues before they could action anything else. Two months down the track and multiple phone calls have still not resolved the issues. I have spoken to my installer who said he has 5 other customers who have the exact same issues with the same model and Panasonic are of no help. This is obviously an issue with this model that Panasonic do not want to take responsibility for.

Ref: Grievance Number: 1839393 it is not fare Panasonic it selft declare its big problem need to re-installation and asking for 6000-7000 Rs, once we register complain against panasonic in consumer help, panasonic declare it''s not an issue everything is ok not need to re-instaliation there is no problem. I cant understand how can panasonic cheat with customer, I dont want to fight but I want put under observation for 3-4 months at the time of actual using, but at that time warrantee will be over, how can we check panasonic''s solution? and how can panasonic close my complain without take any action? what ever panasonic attached sheet which is not under my sign, under sign by house wife and she dont know any technical things
Panasonic air conditioner is the best air when we tired it gives the release on tried mode.good electronics material purchase soon.and product also less. Now it model of indoor and outdoor model is good.less product buy soon.

I purchased the AC on 6/12 /19 The technician arrived on next day for installation Despite telling him to fix indoor unit in the center of the wall he shifted it to one corner of the wall so that extra pipe is required to complete the installation, and he will make extra money in the process.
Complained the same to Panasonic service head and helpline there is no one to attend to the real issue.
Whole Decor of the room is spoiled so far AC is not started and company is passing the buck from one service center to another.
It seems the company don't have a single AC technician of their own who can attend to the problems of the customers.
Everything from installation to servicing has been subcontracted to unscrupulous contractors who just want to make money even if the consumers are put at loss and inconvenience.
I ve bought nearly 12 ACs of three different brands for my various residances as on today. Last 3 are Panasonic Split ACs, fixed at my Mumbai residence since last 2 years. It is regretted to quote here that 2 out of 3 ACs have stopped working due to failure of master circuit board in external unit 4 months back. As on date no circuit board is available for one AC unit since last four months.
I am very disappointed from the service by all the products launched by panasonic . I personaly used panasonic Air conditioner for last 2 months but my feedback to panasonic is zero. In this hot summer me and my family do not get any service by panasonic . It seams that panasonic products are not made for middle class family . It's quality must be improved to the best ever for the people to theire comfort . I think following points must be improved in the ac . .
1) Electricity consumtion : - I think the 5 stars on panasonic ac must not be there as it consumes much more electricity than expected to it. It is the most popular problem among all the users.
2) Cooling Room : - Panasonic ac not cool the room very well as it takes much electricity but cooling power is very less .
3) Lifetime : - Panasonic ac do not have long lifespan . It needs to repair ons in a weak .
I will not recommend all of you not to use the panasonic ac
Panasonic is the best company in the world to me I love it and I don't know what I want a relationship with you I love you and everyone likes ac
Every Indian should not purchase Panasoic ac even any product. Perormance is very poor. I will not suggest this AC to anyone and that is why I have give one star. Please don't purchase it.
The worst customer care and Service centers, They make you fool on every point. The product is not good in first year itself the gas was leaked/ cooling coils got leaked. I got it repaired after following them up them for 1.5 months. Now its second year of the season and compressor got leaked and I am waiting for the service for last one month.
A VERY BIG NO TO PANASONIC PRODUCTS.
I just bought Panasonic ac split 1 ton yesterday and installation was headache... To my surprise when we opened indoor unit fins were broken and tech said it will take week to replace and in case it does not happen pls put compliant... And after that you know follow follow and followup.... It was my bad decisions to buy Panasonic. after sales service is very poor...
The ac is of worst quality...it was leaked after 6 months only and the worst part is they torment you afterwards when you go for its repair. They are pathetic people with worst customer care...plz do not buy any product from Panasonic...its for you convenience. I got trapped in this mess ..plz you people save yourself from this money suckers ...I am not advocating for any other company, but plz don't go for them.i have to give 1 star coz there is no option to give 0 star.

Right now, I'm in my bed taking a nap. but i ain't able to sleep because of this useless a/c, it makes noise like hell and this problem was started from the first day can't believe such a big company products are making me irritate and they say they are no1 company in japan.the cooling of the a/c is also quiet slow it takes 30 minutes to cool a small bed room.for installation they didn't send their engineer.some outside guy came with a 12 year old assistant child and installed it. This pain is from my bottom of the heart. please improve your quality.
I bought Panasonic window A/c just a month ago. My experience is so far has been horrible to say the least.
Issue started with delivery wherein I have paid for one model and ultimately I was delivered different model. After multiple follow ups I got it replaced.
Then second issue started, right from the day it was installed, we are so much of noise from the A.C. Till now 3 times, Panasonic Engineer has come and tried to fix it.
Everytime they will do something which will temporarily fix the issue for a day. Again Noise issue will start again.
Fourth time I raised the issue and till now no engineer has turned up till date.
For this also now we have started following it up,
My suggestion would be dont go for Panasonic A/c.

I bought panasonic inverter ac in the month of March 2018 and the coil of indoor unit ac has been corroded by April 2019 this is the first ac in my 20 years of experince that ac get corrded its coils in span of 12 months see the cheap quality product that they sell see the quality of product that they sell it is waste of money buying panasonic inverter ac never everbuy it .
And after sales service is a big zero they don't have the concept of after sales service , even after speaking to naresh customer service manager nothing is done. Am manoharreddy from hyderabad

This Panasonic sky series AC is a good idea with no follow through or delivery. The installation process is lengthy and in the second year you will face issues. The service call after the first free year is s taks in itself. Most technicians have not seen such an ac and Panasonic has no concept of after sales service.
The most horrible horrible ac and one of the worst service , I bought Panasonic 1and2 Ton AC not even a month ago and it started leaking and very bad cooling as 1 ton dint fit for 1010 room also , not even half the room is cool after 45 mins of keeping it at22degrees and and worst service ever , the said it should leak so that the cooling effect will be more , and he dint kno wat to answer and the person who came to install has put screws so bad tat compressor can fall anytime , dint expect this from Panasonic , u can c the screw already coming out of the wall , not worth buying this if it’s cheap also
This is a very very best Panasonic Air conditioner and this was taking low voltage and a better cooliny technology and this is a good and excellent conditioner and I was recommended to buy the Panasonic Air conditioner and a best services the awesome air conditioner
I brought Panasonic AC from reliance Digital on 5th may 2019.
after installation installer gone without showing the the demo and I found this product blower is running but cooling effect is not there.
I called so many time to the reliance digital and also called to the installer but bot are not responding .
it is very bad experience .next time I have to think twice for buying any product from reliance and also the Panasonic product.
my money is totally wasted.

I have Panasonic AC CS/CU-WU18WKYXF. This is just 1 month old. I want to turn off the Beep sound when we press any button in remote control. Since that sound is little loud and kids are waking up from sleep and starts playing. I tried the option mentioned in below link, but I am not able to get into "Various settings" mode. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/116975/Panasonic-Cs-C12dku.html?page=55 Any help on this?

I have a quite old Panasonic through the wall unit It's not blowing cold. Probably time to replace. Can I get just an insert to slip into the existing box? The unit was put in by builders who renovated my house and they caulked it in. Not the end of the world I suppose to remove the caulk but I'd much rather slip the "innards" out and replace that.
