I purchased Panasonic 1.5 ton ac from Croma Jubilee hills Hyderabad


From the first it's not working after installation i asked the technician why it's not working he did his duty is only for installation


I complain regarding this the 4 day technician came he filled gas it was working for one hour again same issue then the same day i raise again the issue


Again 3 Rd day technician came and he said sir something got inside damage which we cannot repair and he left after this no one one came again I raise my


Complain with croma also I said same thing after 4th day again technician came and he said we need to take your AC unit and when it repair and we need to get it back then I said it is new why should be repair please replace it then he took it for the replacing and after 20 days also no answer this is headache Panasonic people don't lift the call they don't answer

This review is specifically for the bajaj electronics store located in shaikpet branch. These guys are frauds, do not purchase anything from this store, had false commitments, and have no response after purchasing the product. Even managers do not take responsibility for delivering the product.


Pathetic service and poor customer experience. Wondering how this store is even operating


NOTE: You cannot even log a complaint against this store anywhere as they haven't created such a medium for customers

PCBs warranty is just 1 year. if it fails after 1 year the replacement cost is almost the price of a new air conditioner . in my case Rs 24, 000/-, unreasonable and unjustifiable .


and the company never took seriously the complaints sent to the email id available in the website.


strangely contact details of the senior management is simply not available . neither of the Indian company nor the parent japanese company

Within a year of purchase, it started making noise. As suggested by company, I had to replaced blower my own. Then after a year it stated making noise again and company technician now asked to replace Blower and Motor both.!

I have bought this Inverter AC and after two years have to change outdoor unit PCB which cost me around 16000+ and Now same problem again . Company should take responsibility as manufacturer defect and compensate users.What will be benefit If Cost on repairs and parts will 5 times more than savings on electricity by using Inverter Ac.

7 Months ago we bought a Panasonic air condition from our nearest authorised dealer of Panasonic. I have reported the problems13 day back to Panasonic authorised service centre ( TEMP AIR SYSTEM, Kadavanthra, Ernakulam. it is still not resolved.

HE KNOWS HOW TO CHEAT PEOPLE HIS NAME IS DHINESH.BOUGHT IT FOR 34250 WHERE AS AMAZON ONLINE PRICE IS 31120 ITS 3130 RS LOSS.ON TOP THAT THE AC IS MAKING SOUND WHEN RUNNING. CALLED SERVICE CENTER AND FOUND THE INDOOR UNIT BLOWER BENT.THEY ARE CLAIMING THIS IS DUE TO TRANSPORTATION PROBLEM.AND I FOUND THE INDOOR UNIT 60 PERCENT IS MADE UP OF THERMCOAL INSTEAD OF PLASTIC.ITS BEEN 4 DAYS ALREADY STILL AC PROBLEM NOT FIXED.MY COMPLIANT ID IS 310719061412.I SUGGEST NOBODY SHOULD BUY PANASONIC AND DONT EVEN GO TO RATNA COOLS PVT LTD THEY ARE ALL BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS.

I bought this a/c thinking my consumption of electricity will be less. But believe me its consumption is 25 units daily. 750 monthly & 1500 for 2 months.


Go for some better option than panasonic otherwise monthly electricity bill will be a big tension.


I am putting case in consumer court.

I'm using this 1.5Ton Panasonic split A.C. for the last 4 yrs and never had much problem. But one month back it stopped cooling, and considering the costly product I decided to call the service guy of Panasonic, but they sent the technician on their service dealer "S.V. Cool Service". This technician informed that capacitor is gone and it needs to be replaced, and we went ahead to replace it with Panasonic original part as suggested by technician. And with change in parts technician only superficially cleaned the indoor unit, and said outdoor unit don't need servicing or cleaning. But within 45 days again the A.C. has stopped cooling. Now panasonic again need visiting charges for technician and not ready to replace the faulty capacitor, which was changed 01 month back. Hence I can say that product is good by service backup is extremely bad, since these dealers are just trying to extract money for visits, but not doing their job properly

I am using the Panasonic AC since last two years I needed service for my AC so I called customer care of Panasonic but after 5 days also I am still waiting for service. I called them few times then they provided me the number of dealer. I called him but he is also not answering which is very bad.


So my conclusion is if you buy Panasonic AC then do not expect service from them.

I am Disappointed with panasonic including their customer support, product and their repair service. Their product started giving problems on the second day of installation starting from the pcb of indoor unit failing, t hen the fan motor failing, then the outdoor unit of the ac leaking gas into the open resulting in losing the cooling effect within the second week of installation. and calling the customer service is even more chaotic with repair personal coming whenever they like and not diagnosing the problem properly. then finally after finding the problem they take weeks to repair it. I strongly do not recommend panasonic air conditioners.

Took the AC after high recommendation of the sellers person at Vijay Sales for my ckinic. The AC worked fine for about 2 months and immediately started giving problems. The AC used to work with no cooling. The service person was called repeatedly but with no relief. They gave all possible reasons and one even said the AC will cool only this much. The compressor doesn’t work at all. It’s in warranty but the service people refuse that there is any problem in the compressor. Finally had to buy another AC in total disparity. Hopeless AC and worst service.

If you are looking for a A/C that spreads dust and cools less, I think this is the perfect product for you. I bought this product a while ago and im at loss ever since I bought it. If I dont use it for atleast 3 days in a row it goes crazy and starts malfunctioning. Sometimes if not set to auto it varies by itself. Dont buy in conclusion!

Hello Friends, My Name is Sourav Roy. Today I am going to Share my experiences about Panasonic Split AC 1.5 Ton.


I have been using this product for 4 years but now we are not using it, and I know about the performances of this product very well. So I am writing this review so that you guys can aware of it's Performances and the quality information of this product.


Atfirst I would like to say about it's performances and the quality of this product which make me upset a little bit.


As I have already mentioned in my title that it needs some improvements in Performances because though my Room is not big enough but it takes around 30 minitues to cool completely. It makes me quite disapoint me.


Lets talk about the durability of this product, and here I am too disapoint with this type of service.


At the first time it gave me a good service and even I was soo impressive with this product but after 1 year it has not contain the same power in cooling the room. Even I serviced the product in time to time but it had not that much of performance power which it gave me in before.


And the Most Important Issue is the Remote Problem. I have noticed a lot of time that the Remote did not work properly. It was 6 months after bought this product, I informed their service team but No results. And the last period of this product, the remote was too problemetic to use. I was getting Irritate with this type of service.


Some time The AC did not open at all. So I have decided that I swicthed this Product.


Hope The Panasonic Team will take care of this problems very soon.

This is regarding the problem in my A/C unit which is clearly mentioned in the trail mail. For your ready reference note down the job ID no.: R040818659123 Regret to note that there is lot of discrepancies in the remedy processes given by your technicians and your service team. Attaching here with the first note saying that the cost of rectifying the problems is Rs.3, 068/-. After escalating this issue in mail and in social media, your Area Service Manager, Mr.Sathish said that the cost is Rs.8, 215/-(the proof is attached with this mail). Two statements for the same issue can not be true. Either one of them should be false. Why your people are giving false statements? Also it was mentioned by your people even after rectifying the problem now, again after a period of 1 to 1 and half year the problem will araise. This is clearly understood that the unit sold to me is manufacturing defect piece which is to be replaced. If the unit is not replaced within 3 to 4 working days from this mail date, I will definitely move with all the proof I have to consumer court and social media. If you want maintain your brand reputation and goodwill do the replacement of unit with guarantee immediately without prolonging the issue any more. Awaiting your person with new unit for replacement. KIND ATTENTION: Mr.Manish Sharma Kindly intervene in this issue and close it immediately.
